No geral hotel bom mas como tem uma rampa para chegar até portaria eu não achei viável para idoso pois escolhi esse hotel pensando na comodidade de ser central e poder caminhar com minha mãe mas tive que pegar o carro todos os dias pra passear com ela. Se eu soubesse não teria reservado este hotel e sim outro de mais fácil acesso para minha mãe mas hotel é bom!

Falta de recreação para crianças de 3 anos
Hotel é legal quando se trata da experiencia natalina com papai noel para crianças. Porém falta recreação no hotel. Crianças sozinhas na brinquedoteca somente acima de 5 anos, mesmo com recreadores lá, no Brasil todo outros resorts e hoteis aceitam crianças a partir de 3 anos. Portanto pais que querem um momento pelo menos para jantar, não conseguem. Os quartos são velhos e camas e travesseiros ruins. Em nosso quarto uma cama fazia muito barulho ao mexer e acordava o quarto todo.

A experiência no hotel Casa da Montanha é muito boa, desde a recepção, com taças de espumante de boas vindas, upgrade de quarto, para suíte, com ótimo atendimento do Matheus da recepção. Ao chegar no quarto, no final do dia, somos surpreendidos com espumante cortesia e torre de frutas, com um cartão de boas vindas, e de noite, nos espera na cama uma caixa com dois bombons e um cartão com a previsão do tempo no outro dia. No café da manhã, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Matheus, Mário e Letícia. Faço questão de registrar os nomes, pois eles tem um padrão de atendimento muito bom, o hotel está de parabéns! Saímos revigorados com tanta gentileza.

É sempre encancatora a experiência no Casa da Montanha. Nos ofereceram um upgrade de quarto, para a Suíte da Montanha, um lugar lindo, pela decoração, pelo espaço, pela vista da cidade de Gramado.
Fomos surpreendidos com um ovo de páscoa da marca Prawer, uma das melhores de Gramado. Depois, recebemos um espumante com torre de frutas e um cartão de boas-vindas. Ao final da noite, na cama, havia dois bombons com cartão escrito desejo de boa noite e a previsão do tempo no outro dia, e duas águas, uma em cada cômodo da cama.
O café da manhã é maravilhoso, tudo muito bem disposto e decorado. Os favos de mel, lindos e saborosos. Os ovos beneditinos e o café machiatto maravilhosos.

Hotel muito bem localizado em Gramado, na Avenida mais badalada e a mais enfeitada para o Natal Luz e onde tudo acontece. O Hotel é temático (tema de animais de caça e no Natal é deslumbrante), com decoração impecável e com bom gosto. Todos os colaboradores são muito profissionais, prestativos e atenciosos. Parabéns a todos, pois seria injusto especificar apenas um ou outro. O café da manhã e simplesmente fabuloso e apetitoso e durante o período do Natal Luz tem shows toda a manhã com temas natalinos, sendo extremamente emocionante. Tenho 57 anos e adoro Papai Noel e volto a ser criança (rs). Os quartos não são grandes mas muito aconchegantes. FABULOSO. Eu e minha esposa já nos hospedamos diversas vezes no hotel e temos vontade de voltar sempre. ADORAMOS.

Tivemos uma experiência incrível no Casa da Montanha. Escolhemos o hotel para passar o primeiro dia dos Pais do meu marido e pedimos que ao hotel que nos cedesse pratos e talheres para partir um bolinho que levamos pra fazer um chá revelação bem particular. Chegando no local, encontramos o quarto cuidadosamente preparado com flores nas cores rosa e azul, macarons nas mesmas cores e até 2 presentes (um body e um livrinho do Pequeno Príncipe). Além de pratos e talheres que acompanharam a decoração nas cores rosa e azul.
Não temos palavras para agradecer a sensibilidade e delicadeza do time do Casa com este momento tão especial. Com certeza viveremos muitas outras celebrações em família no Casa da Montanha.

Estive no hotel há 14 anos atras e ele manteve a qualidade com o passar dos anos, atendimento muito bom dos funcionários, café da manhã excelente, ótimos drinks no bar com uma música de piano ao vivo, vale també destacar a qualidade da cama e do chuveiro.

Notei que alguns funcionários (café da manhã) com uniformes diferentes dos mais antigos ( Mario, Marcos, Lisiane, sempre excepcionais ) desatentos, mal humorados, não respondiam ao cumprimenta-los, não retiravam a louça usada da mesa e os pedidos não vinham necessitando de nova solicitação. No geral, gostei! O café da manhã é muito bom, porém quantidade escassa de atendentes, demora pra fazer pedidos e demora para entrega dos mesmos. O restaurante é bem menor do que a quantidade de hóspedes do hotel, o que em alguns horários causa fila de espera. A suíte que fiquei era boa, mediana, mas os preços cobrados nas diárias, são muito além do oferecido. Na minha opinião, o hotel é overpriced!

Caso a sua expectativa seja um café da manhã maravilhosos não se hospede aqui. Fiquei com meu esposo 3 noites em julho 2021 café da manha super demorado 30min para receber uma mísera cesta de pães e 1HORA para o omelete Café da manhã é um verdadeiro caos, funcionários batendo cabeça muitos sorrisos e zero competência. Não vale o valor cobrado pelas diárias , tem inúmeros hotéis de alto padrão em gramado com serviço infinitamente melhor. Decepção total.

O hotel é maravilhoso, os restaurantes e o atendimento da equipe foram impecáveis. Nossa decepção foi a acústica do quarto. Era simplesmente sofrível para um hotel do porte do CM. Dava pra ouvir o quarto ao lado e praticamente o que acontecia na rua. Há muitos anos não nos hospedávamos em um hotel com uma acústica tão a desejar. Com o barulho, éramos obrigados a acordar cedo. Outro detalhe importante foi o WiFi. Desistimos de usar e passamos a ficar com nossa rede 4G. No mais, o hotel é um sonho de lindo e cheio de charme.

Adoramos a nossa estadia no hotel. Estávamos com medo em função da Covid-19, mas o hotel tem uma estrutra para nos atender com toda a segurança. Acredito que no café da manhã ainda estejam se adaptando, pois demorou um pouco para sermos atendidos, tanto para montar a mesa quanto para o atendimento na mesa. Mas entendemos que são tempos mais complicados e que seja realmente uma fase de adaptação.

Al llegar dejamos el coche en frente y no habia nadie para recibirnos el carro, tuvimos que dejarlo ahi y meternos a pedir que alguien lo estacionara o nos indicara en donde estacionar. O Hotel é encantador com a equipe muito educada e prestativa. Café da manhã maravilhoso, cama, lençóis, toalhas e amenities perfeitos. Minha expectativa em relação ao hotel era que tivesse infraestrutura para crianças, pois todos recomendam por causa do carrossel na entrada. Entretanto, o banheiro não tinha chuveirinho para dar banho nos pequenos, e o pior é que não cabia mais de uma pessoa dentro do box. A limpeza deixa a desejar, pois trata-se de um hotel muito velho que precisa limpar até as paredes. Minha filha no primeiro dia começou com uma alergia que piorou muito, chegou em casa e ficou boa. A brinquedoteca é péssima, pequena e com brinquedos quebrados e sujos. Não voltaria com filhos nesse hotel!
