The accommodation was clean and in great condition and it had all the utilities we required. The host was easily contactable throughout the stay and very accommodating. Location wise the apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood but was walking distance from most tourist locations. Overall a positive experience and would definitely recommend.

My wife and I loved the location for the close proximity to historical and national sites. Hotel as advertised and the space was clean, safe and comfortable for our visit to Athens. Easy walk from the hotel to center city. Delicious restaurants within the neighborhood. Would return and definitely recommend to others!

Wonderful apartment to stay as it had all the amenities just like home. The extra features of the washer and dryer were great too. I loved that the location was walkable to the tourist attractions but also far enough to avoid the crowds. There are great restaurants close by too that are excellent and inexpensive (must be great as the locals go there too!). Would definitely recommend!

We were two adults traveling with two tweens. booked a one bedroom with pullout sofa bed. The place was very clean, We appreciated the coffee machine and laundry facilities and were pleasantly surprised by the location. There were many nice restaurants within walking distance and very close walk to the Olympic stadium and other attractions without being in the noisy Plaka district. Pull out sofa bed wasn’t comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay here! From the start, Eva's communication was excellent—she even arranged an airport pickup for us, and the driver was ready and waiting when we landed. Throughout our stay, she was always quick to respond to any questions, making everything smooth and stress-free.

The neighborhood was a highlight—quiet and charming, with great coffee shops, bakeries, bars, and restaurants nearby. I appreciated that it was outside the main tourist areas, giving a more local feel, yet it was still just a 15-20 minute walk to the main square.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Athens!

This is a great apartment right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to the Acropolis and all through the area no problem. Eva made sure we had everything we needed and helped us coordinate rides with a wonderful taxi service. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for families.

Fantastic find. We had everything we needed for our stay with our 14 year old son. We had reservations about the area and the walk into the centre of Athens but we shouldn't have worried. The walk through the park to the historical centre is a lovely way to start/end the day. If you don't fancy the walk, why leave the area. Definitely stay close to the residence for dinner and/or an evening drink. It's much cheaper than the centre, and the food and drink options are so much better.

Big shout out to Eva, our host for the trip. She was great and always on hand if we had a question about anything.

Will definitely book again for our next trip to Athens.

Communication was excellent with this hotel. They arranged my transportation from the airport. Gave me a list of local restaurants to try. I tried several and they were excellent. The location is good if you want to be near the tourist, but want something with a more local vibe.

Management was very responsive to our needs. The area around the apartment is safe and there are small supermarkets and eateries nearby. It takes 15 minutes walk to metro. There is washer and dryer in the basement so it's very convenient. Kitchen has everything you need. I would stay again!

We had an incredible stay at the Olympic Residences. We stayed in the Aphrodite suite and could not be happier. The rooms were perfect for what we were looking for and it truly exceeded our expectations. Eva was a great host and provided tons of dining recommendations which we tried and really loved. Beyond expectation!

My friend and i stayed at the Artemis apartment for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our plane arrived early and Eva was very kind to let us check in much earlier than planned. The view was amazing and the room itself was incredibly clean and spacious. It felt like a luxury apartment for the price. The only downside is how it has ruined all other hotel rooms for us in the future😂

We enjoyed our stay at the Olympus Hotel apartment. Such great accomadations! We loved that it was in a great Greek community not far from tourist destinations.

I think it was great and well kept. The only thing I didn’t like was that it is almost impossible to park in the area. So, if you are taking a taxi or bus you will be good, but if you rent a vehicle the parking is basically not existent.

not what was expected

The apartment was actually a basement apartment and there was little to no natural light. We found this claustrophobic and dark. The pictures that we looked at on the site when booking were nothing like the apartment which was disappointing. The kitchen had a fridge and stove and the coffee maker had paint in it so we did not use it. there is no place to put dishes when washed as there is literally no space on the counter. The laundry is separate and in the basement next to this apartment so there was the noise associated with that. We could also hear all the pipes at night especially when people used bathrooms from apartments above.
Each room had a tv and wifi with streaming services but no logins for all of them. The wifi worked and my son liked using the gym. We were grateful for the airconditioning esp as night since we were unable to open windows properly.

The apartment is well maintain and the decoration and names are associated with greek gods and we liked it. A bus stop is 2 block from the apartment. It is 20 minutes walk to Acropolis and other attractions. We had a very good time in the apartment. The only small thing is that the sofa bed is not very comfortable and I recommend to change it. Other than that great location. Eva was very clear with the instructions to check in and we did not have any issue.

Property in general was great. New and modern. King bed was so comfortable. Four people the sofa bed very uncomfortable and creaked when you moved. I emailed about the sofa bed twice and got no response. Location was great. About a 20 minute walk to Acropolis. Lovely restaurant there also. €7 taxi ride to it. Area is poor looking but we felt safe.

Location is another advantage, near acropolis & all major attractions.

Eva the host was extremely helpful and provided lots of information. The area was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I was not impressed with the inside of the place it looked to be more updated by the pictures on the site but it was okay for what we needed. I did not know that Greece had piping issues so to have to dump our toilet paper in the trash can and then to have to take it out was not very sanitary. Other than that part the stay was okay.

We stayed in the 5 bedroom unit. The apartment was well furnished, clean and inviting. The terrace was a nice place to hang out and sip wine.

- There is a small grocery store just 2 blocks away so that was convenient. Also, there is a yummy coffee shop (Oh Boy) 3 blocks away. You must try this place.

- Athens is a walkable distance from the apartment as well.

We loved this accommodation and would stay here again!

This is our third time staying here and we were happy once again. The location is perfect to walk to everything we wanted. It's a ten minute walk to the metro from the airport. There are good restaurants, grocery stores and even a gelato place nearby. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has most things one could want even a kettle and a toaster. Be sure and specify if you are two people who don't want to share a double bed in order to have bedding. We had another great stay.

I had the pleasure staying at this hotel apartment during my stay in Athen. It was only 7 min walk from Evangelismos metro station.
All the touristic attractions were around reachable on foot.
There was a laundry room and a gymnasium.
Eva who runs the place was super helpful and attentive to everything. She was communicating with me via w app and she assisted all my requests.

Communication with Eva was great making our trip seamless, she arranged airport transfers and provided recommendations. Beautiful stay in Athens

This place is amazing we stayed three nights at this residence very clean and cozy. Has everything you need even free washer and dryer including the detergent. The location was excellent only half an hour walking to the plaka area not to mention the local authentic restaurant near by. Eva the coordinator was amazing and quick to respond even in a weekend. Avoid Ground floor apt otherwise super residence!

I was given a room on the ground floor: AVOID IT at all times. It was smelling rotten eggs for the 2 nights we stayed and also because you will always be waken up by the people coming in and out of the buidling, taking the stairs / elevators, chatting, and grabing the suitcases.
Besides, it is very convenient. It has everthing in the appt to cook. Very modern. Best thing, they have a laundry room FREE. the best!

This was an excellent place to stay.
1. The customer service is excellent service. Eva our host was Wonderful! Despite having excellent instruction, I forgot so much ( going to blame it on jetlag) Eva helped and was gracious, professional and just excellent.
2. The property is beautiful. We had the studio and was well kept. More than enough space for 2 people. Loved having a kitchen. The location was so nice. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood. In walking distance to many cafes and shops. We took a taxi to get to the Acropolis but you ciuld walk it also. Nice gym. They also have a nice locked cage area to leave luggage. Which we used as checkout time was 11:00 and our arranged ride was not until 1:00 so no need to walk around the town with your luggage.
I definitely recommend checking this place out if you are planning a trip to Athens

Loved this hotel! Was in a great neighborhood with lots of food options nearby and within walking distance to many of the main attractions like the Acropolis. Check in was super easy - no need to go to a desk, use a code and go straight to your room. The room was very clean and well maintained as well stocked with all appliances and dishes you might need. Eva was very helpful with providing instructions and information regarding the stay. Would definitely stay here again!
