The Hotel was what you would expect of an average city centre hotel. We arrived Sunday afternoon. The Restaurant was permamently closed which we were not advised of. Other than that and the street noise it was OK for a couple of nights stay and reasonably convenient.

Ideal hotel for a stopover or local sightseeing. We only stayed overnight but parking was free and right outside the hotel in a safe area. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable - well appreciated after 450 miles on the road! Can't comment on the breakfast as we headed off early to Andalucia! Would certainly stay there again and maybe do some sightseeing.

Terrible staff and zero noise insulation
Took zero notice of my room request. Despite requesting at check in, receptionist couldn't be bothered to look at my request either, really bad service. Despite a recent refurbishment, the door didn't close properly and let much sound it from outside. The walls are paper thin, so I got to learn some new Spanish words from the energetic couple next door. You could also hear people go to the toilet, really not nice. I used to stay in a lot of NHs, and gave up about a decade ago as thought it was a bad chain. My last two stays at NH have reiterated that view, and I will a kid booking at NH where possible.

Cuenca is a lovely old town well worth visiting. Surrounding areas are also worth exploring. Hotel is in the new part of Cuenca so is approximately 2km from the centre of the old part. Quite an easy walk though.

Hotel Staff were helpful and hotel is located in a safe part of Cuenca. However, the non-smoking room smelled cigarette smoke. When I checked in, I was given an actual key with a big key holder. The internet was very slow and unstable. The breakfast was very basic.

If you come to Cuenca in a car this is a great hotel. It is not close to the central area, but that means you can park right outside. You can get to the central part of town and do your sightseeing on your own by bus or by car. The hotel has very good amenities (internet and gym), the breakfast was overpriced so we did not get it. No good restaurant options nearby however. Comfortable hotel overall and very pleasant stay.

We knew when we booked this hotel we would have to walk to the old part of town, but as we were arriving by car we decided that it was worth the trade-off as the price was very good. It takes about 20 minutes to get up to the old town, which is turn takes about 20 minutes to walk from one end to the other. The hotel itself was very nice and parking was easy right outside the hotel.

Una noche, para visitar la ciudad. Todo bien en general. Hotel de negocios a buen precio por las fechas (agosto). El baño tiene bañera, prefiero ducha. Las camas son comodas, 2 individuales unidas, no cama grande; 4 almohadas. El desayuno no lo tomamos porque nos pareció caro salvo que lo tomes como brunch, más de 17 eur x persona, si no recuerdo mal. A 50 m hay varias cafeterías. Alrededor del hotel se aparca muy bien (gratis), aunque no se si es así siempre o por estar en agosto.

Check in rapide, réceptionniste très gentil.
L hotel est situé sur une artère principale de Cuenca mais l insonorisation est top, pas de bruit de moteur ou même des clients dans les couloirs.
Nous avons une chambre au 6eme étage et dernier, vu agréable mais pas sur la vieille ville qui est située à 25mn de marche. Jolie ville au demeurant....
L hotel NH est comme les autres hôtels du groupe bien placé, chambre spacieuse mais cette fois petite déception avec le ménage...beaucoup d endroits avec de la poussière.

Belle chambre; literie confortable, près autobus pour se rendre au centre. Gros point négatif : air climatisé avec ancienne roulette désuète, limitée et très peu efficace même si on la laisse marcher toute la journée au minimum possible (19 degrés), il doit faire 22-23 dans la chambre donc pas assez frais pour la nuit. Manque un bac de récupération pour bouteilles..
