Very hard to sleep with the door to the hallway , opening and closing until 2 am we stayed in room 202, if we decide to return it would definitely not to stay in that room even though the room its self was good, just too much noise outside the room. Also towels really need to be upgraded.

Room smelled bad, old and weak furniture, the bed kept making noise, fridgd wont stop making noise and tbe pillows were terrible, it’s not a real pillow and very small like its for a child, the bed was itchy all night, possible of bed bugs. Never staying there again.

When we got there, they told us that they did not have the room that we had booked, we had specifically asked for the room with the king size bed and a pull out couch and paid more for that room. The guy said that they did not have a room like that, if we had any issues to call Expedia. After 15 minutes he finally figured out that he did have a room like that. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out. The top blanket had old stains on it. The rooms have been updated but the cleanliness is questionable. It comes with a continental breakfast but that is the cheapest continental I have ever had, cheap bread, cereals in dispensers and waffle machine. No fruits and no yogourts.

Very nice hairdryer didn't work but that's okay hair was almost dried. Very nice staff rooms are always clean when I go. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. 🐇

Parking was easy. Air conditioning and heat worked well, only thing was the continental breakfast could have had a little more variety of fruit, as there were only bananas which were more green than yellow. Overall, it was a decent stay for a night during travel.

Do not ever stay here. It was disgusting. Our room had had the fridge and microwave stolen, door kicked in, blood stain on the window and curtains, bathroom mirror was cracked. The bedsheets had cigarette burns, the door had clearly been kicked in at some point. The carpet was stained with either blood or vomit and the walls had feces on them. There's stagnant water in the bathtub and it reeked of mold. I have pictures to prove it.

Party animals were shockingly loud in about 3-4 rooms. 7 police showed up at 2am and knocked so loudly woke my kid, multiple times. Little to no sleep. Free breakfast was toast, cereal and waffles.

You need to install door openers for mobility disabled people. When nobody is at the front desk, it is impossible for somebody to enter your establishment on their own. You should also have an opener on the door going into the rooms on first floor. This is law. Shocking to have this experience in 2026! Super 8 Sudbury you need to do a lot better!!!! I had to ask the guests having their breakfast this am to hold open the doors for me so I could leave the hotel this morning because there was nobody at the front desk. Understandably everybody needs to use the washroom or emergencies happen, but this is a perfect example of why you should have those door openers installed ASAP. Thank you for your attention with this serious legal matter.

Out of all the refurbished hotels owned by non-Canadians this was the best one yet but it would be nice just for once to walk into a room and not see any of the 'old' fixtures. Also cleaning should be a deep clean and not just the surface - thick layer of dust behind the microwave.

Overall nice rooms, comfortable bed and great service.

The hotel is well located, but it needs a major interior renovation. When we checked in, they put us in a room on the second floor. It was relatively clean, but the furniture and bathroom really need to be updated. The minibar was unplugged, and when we plugged it in, it made more noise than an old car engine and the smell was really weird.

We asked to change rooms, and they had no problem moving us to the room next door. This time the minibar worked, but the carpet was completely stained, the bedding was dirty with black marks, and there was even a cigarette burn on the duvet. The pillows seemed extremely old and worn, and the bath towels had visible wear (I assume because they’ve been in circulation for a long time).

We didn’t feel comfortable showering in the bathroom. The bathtub curtain was very old and stained. Considering the price we paid and the fact that it was only for one night, it served the purpose of giving us a place to sleep, but the experience was not very pleasant.

Toilet paper was actually toilet PAPER. Mold,mildew in shower,telephone constantly flashing a red light even though i mentioned it to check-in employee,1 facecloth for 2 adults even though we booked as 2 adults,the microwave exterior was plastered with greasy fingerprints,the interior was very dirty.

Good location right near the intersecting highways. Room was clean but could’ve included a couple extra towels. (Only 2). Breakfast tables need to monitored and cleaned when needed. All tables were dirty when we attended the breakfast area. Cereal and whole wheat bread, waffles. Ok breakfast for something quick. Rooms was spacious and good price compared to other hotels nearby. Good for one stopover night.

It was an overnight business trip and that the fact that there was no internet access for the entire evening/night, is the prime reason for my disappointment.

The only good part of our stay was the check in,
Bed had terrible worn sheets comforter was stain with blood and chocolate, requested for the bed to be changed and they still put back the stained comforter, did not get it replaced until late evening on our last night of our stay, the room next to us had a dog that was continued barking.
The breakfast was poorly stocked , this was a very disappointing two night stay, and unfortunately it was a birthday celebration time , for myself and my husband.
Cleaning staff should be really looked into!

We arrived later in the evening, about 9pm. We parked at the very rear. Given the surrounding area, the rear lot seemed very dark and almost unsafe. We actually rolled my sons entire mileaukee pack out into our room for safety sake. 2 guys were out there by the back door smoking up. Then walking up front and 2 people just out from the main door weed smoking, then the entire hallway to our room being overpowered by the smell. I’d almost think someone was smoking in their room. I didn’t mention it to the front desk, because, what are they going to do. Try to search people’s rooms?
The rooms were simple, and seemingly clean. The front desk clerk very friendly. Even changed our room to ground floor when he saw the 4’ tall stack of tools being rolled in. Nothing fancy. Breakfast options in the morning were very limited, and the hot option, had multiple people waiting to use the one waffle maker.

1st room we got was disgusting. Stained bedding. Stained towels. Sticky substance on night stand. Pull out couch was just gross and no bedding was provided for it. When we complained front desk offered us 2 choices. Shes give us fresh bedding and WE redo the neds. Or switch to a new room. We picked the new room and it was just as gross. Just dont go here at all.

Checked mattress as I do every time I travel, for bed bugs
Not only was there a lot of dead bedbugs and dirt on the one bottom sheet but when looking for the bedbugs saw the mattress had a big pee stain on it
Mattresses r very old and soiled
Although I didn’t see live bedbugs there was a lot of dirt from them on both beds
Left the room and told front desk I would not stay there
They told me I had to contact u about this problem
I was in room for 10 minutes tops
I took pictures of mattresses
It was disgusting
How do I go about getting a refund
Had to come back home
Ruined my plans for tonight and tomorrow
