The place had bad service the manager was a very rude person left my id there on last visit about 10 before I try them again so went to front desk and asked for my id then found out that they had cut it up and threw it out Because I told th mvid pick it up in a few days

Loved the water refill station. It was great to have that and the ice machine close together. The breakfast was hot and delicious and the staff there ensured that all stations were fully stocked. Very friendly desk staff. Great two day stay!!

Dirty dishes next to clean dishes to start .. no potatoes, beyond terrible coffee, stale bagels and the most disgusting eggs you can imagine. .. grey watery scrambled eggs i wouldn’t feed a dog I hated. Luckily I only had to spend one night

TV reception was terrible. Constantly cutting in and out. Construction was being made just outside my window at 6pm. Bath tub was very old with rust spots. And no garbage bin in the bathroom.

The room could use a touch up(glue or something like it in different spots on the carpet, walls were marked up) but overall it was ok!
The staff was great! And we enjoyed the breakfast.

We had an extremely late check in after a long drive and were really just looking for a clean place to put our heads down before we continued in the morning.
The welcome staff was exceptional and friendly. The room was extremely dated with old gross carpet. The bathroom had some constant water drip in the toilet and the garbage had not been emptied. The shower was pretty hacked up as well. The plumbing in the walls from other rooms was also quite loud evrytime someone would flush.
The bed was amazing, so the actual sleep portion was a win, which was most important. Breakfast was ok as well.

The hotel was ok at best. I was disgusted when I pulled the sheets back and found a 30cm by 30cm gross stain on the bed sheets! Clearly this bed linen was not changed from the last person. The other strange thing was the TV was set to come on to the pay porn channels. Not a huge issue but seeing the unclean linen gave me the creeps. I called front desk and they thanked me for letting then know. Nothing else! Thankfully it was a double bed room and switched to the other bed. When I checked out, same story \"thanks for letting us know\". Would never stay here again.

The door to the bathroom was too tight. The light was way lutside of the bathroom and there was toilet tissue holder so the toilet paper was just sitting on the counter. I told the front desk the next morning as we were tired the night before and she did not believe me and on check out she came down to the room. Proved there was no holder and said sorry Good breakfast some was cold though and the windows to the front desk goi g down the hall were dirty or streaky

The room had fixtures ripped off the walls in the bathroom. There was jagged pieces of tile in the bathroom that we almost cut ourselves on. No plug for the tub either. I advised I was checking out a day early and they still charged me for the bight even though I gave notice the day before.

Very disappointed as this is the hotel we usually stay at.

The staff were very friendly, check in was great however my room was in dire need of renovations. Evidence of water damage everywhere in the room, walls and ceilings discoloured, bubbled and paint damaged. The tub was rust stained and missing tiles, the loose tub stopper on the side of the tub was black. No seals on the door, you could see light through to the hallway and my door latch had a hole in it on the outside. The smoke alarm was hanging by its wires.
I would never return.

Overall nice enough facilities. In my room the shower was not working well due to most of the water was still coming out of the tub filler instead of the shower head. But the biggest issue was the room beside mine had people cooking in it. The food smell was so overwhelming it made it impossible to sleep. There was no rooms available to change to.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms and environment other than the dining area. The tables were dirty in the morning for breakfast. The food is alright, wish there were more options. The kitchen staff don’t seem well organized, they would take a long time to get new plates or fill up the food when it gets empty.

It's about what you would expect from a Days Inn. The staff were amazing so I commend them for that. We were given water and snacks at check in, and that was unexpected. The room was decent, some sloppy painting and rust in the bathtub, despite being more recently tiled.
The breakfast was decent, warm not hot. My first bagel was mouldy but the staff response was swift and my second one was fine.
Checkout was fine and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a reasonably priced option.

The hotel location was excellent. It was clean and updated. Check in and out was simple. Staff on the other hand was terrible. Young girl (Maddie) with a major attitude. Didn’t want to help. Was rude and very abrupt. Had iPods in her ears the whole time and clearly did not want to engage at all.

Carpet was disgusting and stains all over it. Bathroom small and gross, toilet seat was broken. Room smelled like a whole bottle of after shave was spilled. Towels were stained. Breakfast eggs were brown, fruit (bananas and tangerines) were brown and rotton!!!! Coffee cups were stained brown, clearly being run by people who don’t know how to clean anything properly or cook or have standards. Awful.

Very nice front desk staff. They did do some updating to cabinets and counters in the room as well as the the hallways and front desk but the hotel definitely needs some TLC.

The back entrance to the hotel, that was suggested to use, had a carpet of cigarette butts outside the door and was quite a sketchy, unkept area so we decided to park back at the main entrance.

The room had an odour that just wasn’t good. We were thinking it was possibly from the carpet. The carpet in the room felt crunchy when walking on so we wore our shoes the whole time, the bathtub definitely needs to be refinished due to significant rust stains.

The fire alarm testing went off at 5:45am, we had to go to front desk to see if there was a problem. The room has no soundproofing. Feels like the person in the next room is in the same room.

The breakfast was fair at best. All the fruit was bruised, scrambled eggs were rubbery, tater tots greasy.

Breakfast variety was excellent however the trays were not always tended to and left empty, the same with the coffee the 2nd morning we were there. The parking is great, along with the location. Staff at the front desk were very helpful since we always have issues with how the TV works, not their fault, but ours as we are Seniors. We stay here quite often when visiting Sudbury for medical reasons. The renovations that they have done so far are good. Rm. 139 is missing a towel rack for drying the towels when you stay longer.

Tons of shops near by. Close to downtown and amenities, we drove as it was cold and snow was still on the ground, cannot comment on walkability. Hotel overall was nice, however no elevators and some parts of the hotel were run down and requiring renovations. Our room had an old leak, discolouration and warping still clearly visible. Some mold noted on the grout in the shower, which made the stay questionable. The USB outlets were very slow... we ended up using our fast charger adapter. Overall, free breakfast was the best part of the entire stay. Convience of not needing to head out first thing in the morning for something was really nice especially when the breakfast was hot and refreshed regularly.

The room was terrible. When we first walked in there were 3 bugs on the floors. My husband killed them before I could take a picture. I told the girl at the desk but she didn't seem like it was a problem and didn't offer another room or even bother to check. When we tried to take a shower later there was no hot water. We went to bed and during the night and next morning more bugs.I took pictures. Still no hot water.Told the front desk and showed them the pictures. They sent someone to check the water but didn't seem concerned the bugs. I was told by the manager that I probably brought the bugs in andthat they were harmless. He said I was also my fault for not asking for another room even though I had reported it .The water issue was not fixed either. I have never been to such a terrible place with such an uncaring staff.At the check in the staff said the restaurant was open at 4pmWe waited only to find out it is closed Sundays. The sheets were paper thin ,there was no hand soap by the sink,and there was a strong smell when we walked in.The picture of the dining area on your site is a old one.Not what is there now.Do they give the worst rooms to the people with pets.Overall according to the manager it was all our fault. Not impressed and will NEVER stay at another Days inn again.

The hotel is in as midst of being renovated. Staff were pleasant. Continental breakfast was decent. Only recommendation would be getting help for the person replenishing the buffet. You had to wait for dishes etc.
as for the room, it was clean. You can tell the person that cleaned the too took great pride in their work.
We were in room 128. The toilet seat need to be tightened.

The staff and there are nice however the hotel itself is very old. My shower head had a bunch of mold on it or guck the bottles of conditioner shampoo and all of that stuff was also pretty filthy it's like they don't clean them.. the bathtub was questionable there was like shoddy repairs that were done to the ceiling of the washroom it just didn't feel clean. It could also be because the hotel is very old. my washcloth was ripped. I'm not faulting the staff at all it's just for the pictures compared to what you get when you get there completely different
