Everything seemed outdated. The couch, chair ottoman along with curtains were quite dirty. We wouldn’t sit on them without a cover. The bed mattress was extremely comfortable surprisingly even though the comforter was pretty much a sheet and the ice machine didn’t work on my floor.

I had to fix the shower curtain properly because the shower rod was loose, it just wasn't working the shower head had to be fixed I fixed that as well I had to screw and twist parts of the shower head to fix it. Lastly, the staff talks way too loud in the morning time before I check out

I booked 4 nights 5 days no one came to clean our room until day 3. I heard the lady outside cleaning and I went out there and told her I need service.She told me that my room not going to clean until 4pm that day.3:15 pm I heard a knocking on the door it was her came to clean the room she just changed the sheets wash out the bathroom tub and that was it.

They did not clean my room when I asked them to service the room never while I was there. I asked for sheets to be changed. I was skepticle after reading reveivews on this place but since you cant beleive everything you resd on the internet i thought id give it a try... its a $100/night hotel and thats exactly what it was the bed was clesn and comfortable but there was nothing special about it... the plumbing sucked ahlwer head was straight out of the 60s and the toilet barley flushed bit it got us throught the 2 nights... best thing was the all you can eat tacos at the resturant. $21 i ate 10 chealer than taco bell and WAYYYYY better. Oh and please add some lighting and clean up the gym since its the only things to do there.

Overall, the trip was worth what we paid roughly $100 a night. For me the room needed to be wiped down, especially the floor. It was a hardwood floor and I used a wet wash rag to wipe it down. The rag was really black with dirt after I was done. The towels were not real white, slightly old. There is a very nice restaurant and bar at the hotel. Coffee in lobby but only regular sugar and powered milk. Was only worth $100.

The place must still be doing renovations. One elevator was working and it was also being used by the service people. Several times I had to wait because the elevator would being use by them. I was on the 6th floor and they were using some kind of sawing or cutting tiles at 430pm and then again at 8:45am in the room next to us. The beds use to be very comfortable but these new beds were like sleeping on a wood plank. I didn’t sleep well and was in so mush back pain . The bathroom had two medium size towels for two adults staying in the room. I had to ask for two addition towel in the morning so we could shower. I mention I had stayed at this hotel probably 20 times under the old name . But probably won’t anymore.

The hotel is generally fine, but there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. There were many people smoking outside, which is allowed, but the number of people made it feel uncomfortable and a bit strange. The cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, could be improved. There was a very small hole in the bathtub that was rusty and looked like a blood stain. Additionally, one of the elevators was not working during the stay.

The staff was nice and the bar/restaurant was very good but the hotel was run down. The couch in the room was so filthy I wouldn't even put my luggage on it. While in our room before going to a banquet, the ceiling started leaking water ALOT. We were on the 2nd floor. Apparently their maintenance crew were drilling holes in the wall on the 4th floor and hit a pipe. It was ALOT of water. They moved us to another room. I could see the staff was trying hard, but the facilities were run down and filthy. The exterior looked freshly painted which have us a good impression.

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The first room was over 100 degrees with a broken AC, and after wasting time with maintenance I was moved to another room where the toilet didn’t flush. Bright exterior lights blasted through the blinds all night, the halls reeked of heavy fragrance masking odors (triggered a migraine), and the place felt dirty and falling apart. Only one person was working the desk on a Friday night, with long waits and no way to reach the front office by phone. Absolutely horrible experience — avoid this hotel.
