One of my fav hotels. Affordable, 24/7 staff, there’s a kitchenette to cook stuff so you don’t have to DoorDash/UberEats. There’s a nearby Dollar Tree and Kohl’s to shop a bit for necessities and clothes. If you have friends over there’s a lil closet for them to put their jackets and they can park wherever. There’s a gym, vending machine. Walls are pretty sturdy and muffles sound. The cable isn’t the best, better off using streaming services on your phone, tablet, laptop, whatever. There’s plenty of outlets! Beds are very comfortable and look and FEEL clean! Great Wi-Fi. Central air works great.

I was relocated here due to an issue with Expedia and once I arrived with my two year old, we were pointed to a room that fit the beds I wanted, but once we went in, the beds were made but the sheets were itchy, my son got a rash a day later, and it smelled like stale cigarettes and mothballs. I requested a refund and I had to work from home that night, they then told me their WiFi wasn’t working.

We arrived later in the evening and had to prove that we had not only booked our room, but that we were charged because according to the staff we did not have a room. Our room had been put out of service because the dishwasher wasn’t working and the hotel made no attempt to contact us to let us know this occurred. We were allowed to stay in the room, but had to make the bed ourselves and found trash and sticky floors. We had no way to shower due to a lack of a shower curtain and due to the fact that the shower was dirty from the last person using it. We were not offered any kind of discount or reimbursement, which I will be going after.

My son accidentally dropped the toilet paper in the shower and when they went down to get more toilet paper they only gave them one roll of toilet paper for four people.
They refused to give us anything additional saying it was the hotel policy.

It could have been so much better. The hall ways stunk really bad and my upstairs neighbor was really loud all the way up to the early morning about 2:30am preventing me from getting rest. I reported it to the hotel management but nothing was done.

It was unusual to stay at a hotel that doesn't even have a coffee bar near the front desk. I settled on that, but then I had no iron or ironing board in my room. When I went to the front desk, the lady was very sweet, but she told me she had an iron for me but no ironing board. So I ironed on a towel on the makeshift desk. \"Sad\". It's dark and isolated at night and no eatery within walking distance. Your staff's customer service is lacking. They don't smile when greeting a guest. When I checked in I felt like an inconvenience instead of a welcomed guest. It seemed like I was a burden. After a long day of flying and traveling, the somber lack of welcoming reception was a let down.

I am not one to write negative reviews but this hotel needs to be called out. The first interaction with the front desk attendant was not pleasant. She came from outside smelling like marihuana and was not very helpful. As soon we arrived to the room, we noticed a pungent cigarette smell. We were so tired so we decided to stay there for the night. The next morning, we asked them for the possibility to move us to another room but we got shut down rudely. They instead assured us that housekeeping will come and \"remove\" the smell. 2 days passed and no one came to clean the room. We asked again to be moved and got nothing but rude attitude from the front desk attendants. I must point out that the 2 gentleman that worked the front desk were a lot more helpful and had a more sympathetic attitude. Overall the hotel is not well kept, hallways smell like urine and there's garbage everywhere. There's random people hanging out in the lobby and at some point they were sleeping in the couch. Unfortunately we paid for the full stay upfront so we had to stay. Stay away from this place, I would not recommend it to anyone.
