Nota; El Airea Condiciones tienen que limpiarlo con Clorox porque olía a cigarrillo y tuve que apagarlo eso lo único que no me gusto.

Stayed at this location for easy access to the airport via the shuttle, which was great. The hotel itself was fine, the room was clean and the AC worked well. The tv only played a few select channels (major disappointment), the bathroom sink faucet was explosive, so be prepared to get wet! The door to the room did not seal against the floor so you could hear everything in the hall. Breakfast options were not what I expected but fine if you enjoy cereals and fruit, and are happy with light fare. All in all, not bad; I could stay here again and most likely will next time we need to fly out of Newark.

Called for the shuttle from the airport after landing at 3:30 AM, and waited 40 minutes past when I was told that it would arrive by the front desk. Called back to see how much longer it would be, and they said only 5 minutes. Ended up hopping into a nearby hotel’s shuttle just to get in bed before 5 AM. Would have just preferred a little more consistency in shuttle schedule, especially that late at night. Clean place with nice sized rooms for the price though. Breakfast had a nice spread as well.

Expected more from a Hilton brand, but cheap price - you get what you pay for. Was clean and acceptable as a EWR overnight stay. No restaurant/eating options in it or the neighboring 3 hotels; ordering in was the only option. Noticeablely small ants crawling around the shower. Mass produced pre-prepared breakfast was edible.

Needed an inexpensive to sleep half the night after my 48 hours of flying from Central Asia ended at midnight in Newark. Moved to NYC the next day.

Found this place accidentally. Very good small suite. I’ve lived and worked in hotel rooms for months at a time, and this place would be much, much more comfortable for that purpose.

Stayed two nights here to visit Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty. We love Home2 Suites and stay at them often. Every was good, but our bathroom could’ve used some maintenance. Shower head dripped constantly (did mention it to them upon departure). Beauty rings on grab bars in shower need attention. Pool wasn’t open when we were there. There is NO restaurants or shops nearby. Hotels are placed between 2 highways. I would stay again

Very convenient as I arrived at EWR very late. I sent a message that I was arriving late & they kept my reservation. Shuttle bus from/to the airport/hotel was very convenient. It leaves the hotel every top of hour & half an hour from the hotel. Breakfast was served every morning. Waffle, warm sandwiches, oatmeal, and cereals. Egg choice was only boiled & eggs on the sandwiches. It was plenty of choice & quantity even for 3 night stay. Gym was small, but functional. Laundry machine was brand new & worked well. The dryer was old, but powerful. Both machines are coin operated & you can exchange to quarters at the front desk. It was very nice to have fridge & microwave in the room. Only negative thing is that AC unit starts with “cold” mode always. So on a chilly night I had to wait till the room temperature goes down a couple of degrees before the unit turns to “heat” mode. Once the unit heats up the room it achieved to the desired temperature soon. It maybe controlled by the central system, since 2 nights were a bit cold side it was a minor inconvenience.

Our room had a bathroom door that would not close. It appeared the lock had actually been cut out so when you wedged a towel under the door to keep it shut, there was still an inch by inch or so peep hole into the bathroom. Also, our room wasn't straightened up.

Besides that the property was maintained well and clean.

Told the pool was closed but saw a group using it...? Hmmm.

Breakfast was ok. There were lots of carb options but only boiled eggs for protein. Staff was ok, but only one lady seemed to be remotely knowledgeable about the area and actually advised us how to get to Penn Station. Upon arrival/check in the beds were clean and room smelled fresh, however, there were dirty dishes in the sink, no toilet paper on a roll they were sitting underneath the cabinet instead. Not all of the lights worked in the room either. The bathroom vanity light was all we had because the shower light wouldn’t come on. Not all of the lamps worked or had bulbs. And the blinds were torn as well. I did speak with the staff about my concerns and was told they’d put in a ticket but no one ever came to fix or even check on anything. My stay was the 6th - 11th. I did enjoy the shuttle service to/from the airport but my children hated not having a pool available. The pool is open, but only for the British Swim School participants!

Room was very clean. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the airport and can use as many times as you like. Perfect way to get into the city with out paying city hotel prices. We were in nyc from hotel to nyc in about 45 minutes. Pool is closed though. Which stinks. But we didn’t come for the pool. There were some loud teenagers running the halls at late hours but someone yelled at them. Breakfast smelled good but we were leaving to go to the city too early to get breakfast. Would def stay again.

The only problem that I had was the mobility accessible room has bars in the step in shower and no shower seat. I had to request a shower seat. No toilet seat risers were available. Just regular toilet seat. No bars to hold onto in toilet seat area to help you get up from the toilet commode.

Phyllis the night manager caused me to miss my flight and had to stay at airport another evening at a significant additional cost. Hilton offered only an \"apology\" as compensation. Avoid this hotel at ALL costs- no pun intended!

Hotel was good for a one nighter. Not a good location for lite sleepers. The location isn’t far from the airport therefore you hear planes taking off and landing constantly. The walls were thin as well, so you can hear people in the hallway coming and going. The air conditioner works well but it’s extremely loud. The faucet in the bathroom sink pressure is obnoxious which resulted in you hearing the faucets being turned on/running in the sitting/bedroom area and water splashing every where constantly. The bathroom door slams shut. On the other hand, the room was clean, very spacious, was well stocked with dishes, utensils, large freeze, microwave, and dishwasher. Plenty of sitting area, table and counter space. I would stay here again but with ear plugs.

The property is welcoming to pets. Clean rooms. Staff is friendly. The indefinitely closed pool being is an issue. The breakfast is excellent. The basic bar is price worthy and convenient. The outside grounds need attention including the pet stations(trashcans and dog litter bags)

An extremely loud alarm coming from the phone went off at 4am the 3 mornings we were there. We couldn’t shut it off and the man at the desk didn’t believe us?? We have a 2 year old so he woke up each time with us. Annoying. But besides that it was a great stay.
