The place smelled, people were smoking in the hallway. The rooms floor was clean but they didn’t change the bedsheets. There was sperm on the sheets. I opened my door without a key card just pushed open . I asked for new sheets they said there was no housekeeping. It was terrible . For breakfast they only give to go box that had a juice and a muffin. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. It’s more like a motel . If you looking for a getto place to stay this hotel is perfect for you .

The room was good. Large, quiet, plenty of new and nice amenities including super large TV, nice toiletries, non fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and more. and renovated bathroom. Very comfortable and super clean. Staff was efficient.
The common areas are in need of renovations and are very worn down. The lobby does not look like the pictures. I did not see the promised continental breakfast or gym, but the condition of the common areas made me think twice about looking harder for either of these (which of course are not pictured on the website-so that should have been a clue). Parking was easy.

Our stay was terrible. Dirty, stinks of marijuana every corner of the hotel. Bathroom clogged and no one of the staff went to unclog it. Gave us the plunger to do it ourselves. The digital door lock never worked. Were given 2 different rooms and both locks were not working. A third time were given 2 other rooms and lock was still not working. Since we got 2 rooms next to each other, we had to enter through one room to get to the other room. There roaches in the rooms. The room safes were not working. Towels were overused and worn out. The hotel was in bad conditions. When getting breakfast there was none. We were given a to go box with chips, juice and old fruits. Lots of women coming in with men and leaving the hotel within hours. Ice machines were used a trash can and full of condoms. When getting there and seeing all of this wanted cancel but charged us and we’re going to give a refund. We never felt safe in the hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

The whole place smell of marihuana and it was intolerable although it was supposed to be a nonsmoking place, the room was smelling of humidity and the was noisy hallways with screaming people. The breakfast was few snacks, a juice given in a to go package from
The check in counter area, no place for breakfast. The place feels unsafe we left after the first night and they did not want to refund for our already prepaid 2 nights at our check out. It was a total disappointment, I just stayed there because our flights got cancelled and due to extreme weather I just found thru Expedia the closer hotel to airport with available spot and was a really a bad choice. Totally not recommend this place.

OMG THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE I THINK PEOPLE LIVE HERE. The heating unit had no labels, hallway STINKS SO BAD, Room FUNKY AS EVER, tub dirty, NO PARKING IN LOT, just a mess. I came for a basketball game and just got a room for the night. DO NOT STAY HERE PAY THE EXTRA COUPLE DOLLARS. I was trying to be cheap cause it was just for 1 night. WORST MISTAKE EVER, RAMADA EAST ORANGE. **DO NOT STAY HERE**

Staff was super rude the price doesn’t make sense for the roaches and mice that are in this hotel , they have a large price for booking because it says free breakfast included there’s no breakfast here at all… I’ve been staying here for a while due to illegal eviction and needed a place to stay but I’m going broke and still having to pay for food in the morning with my family this is ridiculous we rent 2/3 rooms at a time

This is not a great place. No amenities. Staff sat behind what was probably bulletproof plastic and barely spoke to us as we arrived and left. Advertised breakfast is a \"grab and go box\" that included all prepackaged foods (Oreos, little bites, apple juice, and unrefrigerated drinkable yogurt) plus one tiny orange. No soap in the bathroom to wash hands, just one set of very small shampoo and conditioner. Hardly enough if one of the three of us registered for the room needed it. Elevators smelled of marijuana and people were yelling on the halls and banging on doors till 2:30 am. No instructions for finding programs on the television. Beds were ok and towels were clean. Decor and furniture was very dated and shower looked stained. Surprised to see staff member feeding pigeons in the parking lot when we left, attracting a whole flock to fly over guests' cars! Not what I expected for a Ramada by Wyndham.

I’ve stayed in third world countries with cleaner rooms. I pulled back my sheet and there was a cockroach. The key cards stop working anytime it touches your phone in your pocket. The cleaning staff used shopping carts it was ghetto overall.

As soon as you come to in front of the property, 2 or 3 homeless people are seated in front of the building. The concierge was not walking at all, we arrived alittle there was a long line. The room we were given smelt of stale cigarettes, paint chipping off the wall, shower rod falling, light in the bathroom dim, shower head broken, chair in the room peeling off. When i returned to the concierge he stated the room was not a smoking room and nothing else was available. None of my concerns were addressed until i went back the cincierge the following day and continued complaining. Only the issue of the shower head and shower rod was address. I wasnt offered a room change until after my second night. Lets not discuss the breakfast situation. THERE IS NO BREAKFAST. ITS A GRAB BOX GIVEN BETWEEN 7 TO 9. It contained a lil bits muffins, a tangerine, lays potato chips, a yogurt, and an apple juice. The regional manager needs to look into this hotel especially after hours. This site is a horrible representation of the brand.

I made my reservation clearly stating that the payment would be made only upon check-in. However, the hotel charged the full amount in advance, plus a deposit, without notifying me or requesting authorization. No one called or emailed me before charging my card.

The check-in process was fast — and honestly, that was the only positive part of my stay.
When I entered the room, the floor was dirty, the toilet paper holder was broken and lying on the floor, and the toilet paper itself was dirty and placed on the sink, clearly having fallen to the floor before.

The entire hotel smelled strongly of cigarettes, including the hallways and elevator, even though I specifically booked a non-smoking room. I don’t smoke, and neither I nor my family should be forced to stay in such an environment.

I went back to the front desk immediately and spoke with the general manager, who told me there were no other rooms available but that he would send someone to “clean” it.
A man and a woman came to the room, but instead of cleaning, they sprayed Febreze on the floor and wiped it with a mop — that’s not cleaning; that’s ridiculous.
I mentioned the broken toilet paper holder, and they said only maintenance the next day could fix it.

At that point, I was too tired to find another hotel. I had been driving for hours and attending an event all day, so we stayed — but only because we had no choice.
The bathtub was filthy; we had to shower wearing flip-flops.

This hotel is filthy, dilapidated and a potential health hazard. Expedia should NOT be promoting this hotel as an option to its members without having visited and verified that the condition is liveable, it is not! When I turned the AC within minutes my skin, eyes, nose and throat immediately started to itch. I asked them to clean the AC and its filter. The staff that came, dusted the AC, dusted the filter but did not wash it. I had to wash it myself in order to stay the night because I couldn't get a refund. The floor needed sweeping and felt sticky even with shoes on. The room and bed sheets had an awful smell and one pillow smelled so strongly of urine that I opened the pillow case, the pillow was stained brown all over, disgusting! The furniture is peeling and falling apart, the phone wasn't working to contact the front desk. I definitely did not feel comfortable to eat anything they offered for breakfast. This hotel should be cited by the authorities and closed down but since it open to the public, it is not worth $20 a night.
