The room was clean sure but honestly the staff were the worst part of the trip. Didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked through the door. One of them was eating at the table in front so I didn’t even know she worked there until she came behind the counter. Then the room he gave me at first wasn’t clean so they had to give me another room. And on top of that the only vending machines are on the first floor and ice machines are only on the third and fifth one so my room being on the fourth made getting ice and snacks annoying. And then on top of that I paid for late checkout to be at 1pm since it was two of us staying; they kicked us out before the checkout that I pay for! Honestly the stay was ridiculous and I will NOT be coming back.

The staff as reception, had a unpleasant welcome, the night staff especially, it’s like he didn’t want to be at work when checking us in and the morning staff, he was busy having a conversation on the phone with his friend, while trying to deal with us at check out, very unprofessional.

I stayed here during the great blizzard of February 2026, and while the circumstances outside weren't ideal, the hotel couldn't have been better. All services still operating, staff was very accommodating. The hotel itself seems like a place that was very nice when it was built, then got a little run down, but is now becoming much better. Would definitely stay there again, blizzard or no.

No hot water to shower. Stood here night before flight and neither of us could shower because the water was ice cold. Airport pickup should be explained better. We were not prepared to have to go out into the cold since we had a pick up and had to travel to a different part or the airport. Directions were not clear!

We where treated great everyone was so sweet and understood we had canceled flights for 2 days and still helped us with checking in way earlier we loved how to learn had bunkbeds on top of two queen size beds that was the cutest ever and ever makes those littlel toilet paper you are an artist so much talent the transport from the hotel to the airport is so convenient 24 hours. That was nice overall great stay.

I waited an hour in the cold for the shuttle, watched every other hotel shuttle come and go - some of them even twice. Finally called them and it turns out they are the only hotel that doesn't have a regular shuttle.

Reception, restaurant and shuttle staff were not the warmest welcoming.

The room was ok, clean and quiet.

I did not have breakfast in the hotel but did lose money in the coffee machine as it wasn't working properly. Nobody was able or wanted to reimburse me since they said it was a third-party supplier. I also ordered diner in the restaurant. It took a very long time to get served and the portions were tiny and a lot of the ingredients from the menu dish-description were missing.

In summary this hotel offers a clean room close to the airport. If you don't expect more, it is perfect.

So hard to sleep at night with whatever was happening in the floor above us. It sounded like beds were being moved around and jumping. In the morning, construction began very early and we could not sleep in due to the noise.

The room was clean, but either too hot or cold. No rug on the floor = chilly feet. Also no thick blanket on the bed. Just a sheet and a thin quilt. Made us keep the heat on, but then it got too hot! Also didn’t find the bed/ pillows comfortable - but that’s a matter of taste.
Also no hand soap in the the bathroom. Conditioner, body wash and shampoo in the shower was fine.
Front desk was super. Helpful and I was provided toothbrushes and toothpaste when we needed it (bc didn’t expect the overnight stay).
Airport shuttle was convenient.

Only good thing about this place was the very friendly and helpful young woman who worked reception that evening. Would never stay here again however. Room smelled awful. Terrible and strange fluorescent lighting throughout. No hand soap in room. Dangerous and precariously stacked heavy boxes throughout the hallway. Entire hotel reeks of weed. Reservation said we booked a “family room” that had a bunk bed. There was NO bunk bed and, instead, a totally unusable pull out couch that was not usable for any human being - adult or child. Pull out couch mattress was like a piece of felted cardboard and bed was nearly impossible to pull out. When I called the front desk, I unfortunately didn’t reach the nice young woman but instead, spoke with a very unhelpful man who offered no assistance regarding the room not matching what we reserved. Many broken appliances. Nothing was good. Room stench kept us awake.

Hotel did maintenance without notifying so when the first alarm went out I panicked and jumped out of bed.only after did they announced it was false alarm due to maintenance. Alarm kept going off every 15 minutes which was horrible because I was trying to rest before flying across the country and I simply could not because the alarm.

The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and fresh linens and towels. The staff were helpful, attentive and professional. The free shuttle service from Newark airport to the hotel and back were punctual, effortless. and took barely 15 minutes from the pick up area of the airport. I appreciated the windows in my room that were large making the room feel spacious with great views. and they seemed to be efficient at reducing the noise from the traffic and busy area around the airpot.The full blinds kept out the early morning light enabling me to catch up on some well-needed sleep after travelling. I appreciated the on site restaurant that was open till 11 as i had no car and there was no where else around to have dinner. I would only suggest that they add a few more healthy options on the menu, and the same for breakfast. I would have paid more for gluten free and vegn options which were not available but the manager was receptive to my comments and is interested in improving the menu. And most importantly, they listened to my comments and tried their best to help me find something to with my dietary restrictions. I would definitely stay there again.

I came in late 10/31, flight got canceled due to weather. Got to the room to lay down and there was old blood on the bed sheets, pillow case and in the bathroom below the toilet, these are the pictures..I went downstairs to ask for a manager and they gave me a card. I asked for a change in sheets and to clean the bathroom. As a military service member this is not how I expected to be treated totally unacceptable, unprofessional and extremely nasty.

The colombian driver was so kind and friendly
But the other one with dreadlocks was rude.
After check out we asked in from desk if we could use the shuttle. The girl said yes. When he came, he focussed in other people and then, he said there is no room for you, you didnt make the reservation, and super rude he talk as he tought he was our dad.
We had yo wait for him to take the other people to the airport in other to go. Wait was not the problem, his attitude was. For that money, no breakfast and that issue, i wouldnt stay again.

Front desk people were friendly. Restaurant workers were not. There was no breakfast. We were startled when someone tried to open our door. The mistake of front desk giving out duplicate keys. Shuttle ride was quick and convenient, which was why we chose this hotel. Shuttle driver was nice as well.

I think this property is as convenient as any if you want to stay close to Newark airport. They have a shuttle service which was nice and we left promptly at our 5:30 AM scheduled departure. Rooms are decent and comfortable. I have stayed at some very nice legitimate five star hotels, so I am a little tough on my grading curve. It is a great place to stay for a quick overnighter if you are flying out early in the morning.

The property looks like it just had or is going through an upgrade. The common areas look really nice. The rooms (we were in 2) were clean but lacked the attention to detail. The phone was old and broken, the lamp did not work, the day bed was so squeaky every move made loud noise. Overall it was clean and safe.
