The room was cleaned once during the 9 night stay and it was sparkling again. Wish they clean atleast on alternate days. That could keep cockroaches and rats at Bay in the Journal square area

The room was just falling apart. The bathroom ceiling was leaking from the upstairs room. Picture frames was broken. The towel rack was barely hanging on as well. The shower also had hair I guess from the previous people who stayed. It just didn’t look well taken care of. Other than that everything else was good. It was cozy and the balcony was great. I probably wouldn’t stay again though.

The staff was so accommodating. The location was perfectly located for buses and journal square, the room was spotless and gave us so much space. There were grocery stores, a dollar tree, and food all on the same block making for an easy walk to stock up when we were there during a snow storm. Booking the Peachtree was a great choice for our stay!

Customer service was not good. I booked this for a night as a surprise for someone who Unfortunately got sick and there was nothing they could do or I should say would do to help me with some kind of refund. I wasn’t asking for a full refund but something would have went a long way considering things happened that were out of my control. Very disappointed I understand there’s a reason for having a “no refund” policy (which is not good for business in my opinion) but these were extenuating circumstances.

We were assigned the corner unit, the street noise was bad. after 2 in the morning it slowed down some, but who wants to wait till 2 in the morning to sleep. Also the window had a draft of very cold air my husband tried to cover it with pillows but nothing worked. The area is under a major construction project and the streets are blocked off. Overall I wouldn't stay there again.

My husband was sleeping slight lower than my side, not as comfortable. But we did rest . It was extremely cold outdoors. The heater worked perfectly. The room and bathroom was renovated. Very nice. Within budget ! So we appreciate that! All of the local hotels were really expensive , this hotel was very affordable and worth the price.
Overall we would definitely visit again. Located in Little India. Let than 2 blocks from Journal Square Path Train. 4 stops from NYC.

The room was just ok, the kitchenette is very nice with new full size appliances. The mattress was soft and lumpy, and the window was drafty, but the heat made up for it. The room had been cleaned by the cleaning staff before my arrival, and the sheets were clean, but in the cupboard there were crumbs left by the previous guest. I saw a few small roaches during my 5 night stay. Location is great, but this property needs more attention to cleanliness.

If it’s not the refrigerator it’s the air conditioner. That can become a nuisance. Other than that, the aesthetics of the place is great. The ability to cook full meals is great location great. The room was relatively clean but not well maintained. Paint was peeling from the shower ceiling. There were screw holes in the closet wall. The lock to the balcony door fell off. The hair conditioner dispenser was broken. In addition the doors to the room do NOT lock automatically and we were not advised of this. When you leave the room you need to key in the code to lock it. When you are in the room we were told we had to adjust the inside knob to lock it. I tried to lock it from the inside but it did not work.

This place literally had no parking and the nearest public parking lot (which requires a fee) is a 10min walk from the motel. The young boy at the front desk stands in front chain smoking cigarettes literally his entire 8-12hr shift so there's a nice dirty pile of cigarettes to greet you upon arrival. The place itself looks slightly surface clean but the sheets were dirty and unchanged and there was a dead cockroach on the kitchen counter upon arrival plus there's a strong air freshener scent throughout the facility masking the funk beneath. Bring a black light and you will see this place is swarming in dna, and other bodily soils! The sofa was so filthy with strange stains that my husband and I avoided it. This is no vacation nor any type of relaxing trip. I imagine this is only appropriate for youngsters that don't have an apartment to take their cheap date back to. If you're traveling with your spouse or children go with a trusted name like Marriott or Hilton. This place is disgusting!

Our room's fire alarm battery ran out, and it was delayed for a long time in order to replace it. When someone came with a battery, it was not good enough to make it run and they suggested us to turn off the alarm.
We also had a slight leak of water from the bathroom ceiling for 1-2 days, but was stopped after 2 nights.

Ok...no one in lobby. We had to call to get someone. It was hard to even see the phone number from the outside door. The person who eventually answered said 10 minutes and it was 10 minutes when we were outside with a truckload of stuff. There was no card to bring our luggage in. There was one blanket in the closet for the pull out bed which was kind of ratty and no pillowcases or sheets. One of the window shades was completely broken and there was a problem with the shower door plastic bumper. Not for some of the other people who are staying there. We would not even have been able to get in and wait for the attendant to let us into our room. The street was awkward and we could not even get down it due to the construction. The parking was advertised as available but it really wasn't. Oh, when we checked into the room, smell was horrible because of the heavy cleaning products that were used. It took a while for us to even get over the smell. The blank can smelled too. It's kind of sad because the hotel is in a good location, but you can hardly find it.

1st trip to NJ. Hotel itself was not well maintained. The \"fully furnished\" kitchen was very lite on furnishings. (Cups, plates, etc) Lots of unsatisfactory patch jobs. (Exposed wires, tiles missing in places, lite bulbs blown, etc) They \"balcony\" was not even a thing. The road was closed in front of the hotels almost the entire time. Very hard to navigate if you are a driver. The staff itself on the other hand were very sweet and did their absolute best to make you feel welcomed and accommodating. This was my 1st time staying in a hotel that was not a common chain so it was very different than what I was expecting. The bed was phenomenal though. Slept well and felt very safe.

I had a room for a night on the 5th floor. It was remodeled and clean. Towels and sheets looked old, but everything in room and bathroom was renovated. Coffee supplies, fridge, microwave, oven, plenty of shampoo, body wash, and a small lotion was provided. Front desk was friendly. They gave access code to enter the building and the room, so felt safe. 3 blocks from Path, easy to walk.

DO NOT STAY HERE… it is advertised as sound proofed and blackout curtains. It has neither. Within a minute of walking in the room I could hear all the street traffic and that was at 10pm at night. Then I started to hear the noise from the hall and other rooms. I called the front desk to ask for another room and they said they were fully booked. After finding a ball of hair in the sheets and starting to get really annoyed by how loud the street noise was I called and asked for a refund and I would go elsewhere…. Miraculously another room was available after that.
The next room I was out in was quieter but definitely not quite so don’t stay here if you are a light sleeper. Once entering the room the tv was on and the remote to turn it off was missing the power button so I had to call the front desk to manually turn it off. Then I went to close the curtains and those were broken as well and needed to be finagled closed by the front desk attendant.
