I booked a city view king bed room literally 2 hours after check in time the same day out of the blue, just to get away with my daughter & boy let me tell you, we were very comfortable. The view was amazing & honestly did not expect the room to be as spacious as it was… exceeded my expectations. My 8 year old was ecstatic since the hotel has an indoor pool so we definitely took advantage of that. We spent just one night but I’m impressed with how it went. Front desk was also very friendly & helpful.

First of all the hotel was dirty, not well maintained, rooms were old, the restaurant was always closed and the worst was that I got bit by bed bugs in my legs. I'm Immunocompromised and I was so scared, I went downstairs to the front desk and asked to talk to the manager, no one helped me they just changed me to another room, which obviously.. I did not sleep there.
bad bad experience!!!!!! never again staying here.

The staff were awesome, the hotel, restaurant and bar were great. The elevator issues were horrible. During our 3-day stay, only one of the two elevators worked most of the time which made for extremely long wait times, since the one operational elevator was always full. On our last day, neither elevator was working. We had to use the cargo/service elevator which was also always full. This is an absolutely unsatisfactory situation.

Due to some unanticipated little crisis I was downgraded in respect of my booking. I had a king size bed with city views. Downgraded to queen and city views and compensated with a breakfast I couldn’t take because restaurant opens at 6:30am but my ferry departs before 7am. I told them I couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast perk offset. They didn’t have any alternative. Booked room was predicated to have city views. It didn’t

We enjoyed our stay in Weehawken. The parking was reasonable, in comparison to hotel options in and around Manhattan and the view from the parking lot was of the beautiful skyline and a very walkable neighborhood filed with restaurants, cafes, and shops. We had dinner at the hotel for convenience purposes and it was ok. Other options in the walkable area were quite a bit more expensive so that worked well for us for our 1-night stay.
The staff at the front desk were quick and friendly and although the hotel is a little older, the location was great for us and our trip. Thank you for a smooth and safe stay!

I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, it was a highly frustrating experience. The entire hotel is very old and severely lacking in basic maintenance.
Here are the main issues I encountered during my stay:
Broken Elevator: The elevator was completely out of order, making it a hassle to get up and down with luggage.
Filthy Carpets: The carpets throughout the hallways and rooms were visibly dirty, heavily stained, and clearly haven't been washed in a long time.
Missing Essentials: The bathroom lacked the absolute basics. There was no shampoo or body soap provided when I arrived.
Faulty A/C: The air conditioning unit made a strange, loud rattling noise all night and barely cooled the room down, making it very difficult to sleep.
Honestly, there are very few reasons to stay at this hotel. You are much better off booking somewhere else that actually cares about cleanliness and guest comfort. Save your money!

The only pro to this hotel was the location right on Lincoln Harbor. Our room had several issues. Certain outlets didn’t work, weird divots in the floor, AC unit was very noisy, sink was leaky, and the shower pressure was abysmal (seriously, we’ve had better pressure at a campsite). Phone also didn’t connect through to the front desk. Staff was nice, but overall experience was very disappointing. Will not be going back.

The good stuff:
- The room was clean.
- There were parking spaces available all the time
- The location was great.
- We had complimentary water bottles, coffee and tea in the room.
- They have a complimentary water dispenser in the first floor (cold and hot water) which was very useful and convenient.

The NOT so good stuff:
- Despite we're in the 21 century the room did not have a mini fridge (despite the hotel high rates), I asked for one, but they told me they only the really expensive rooms have a mini fridge.
- The bathroom sink was leaking.
- The A/C was VERY noisy and did not work well, the room was always warm.
- The staff is not super kind, actually a little rude.
- Despite the location is great, the only grocery/convenience stores at a walking distance close at 8:00pm.
- Dirty towels were collected, but not replaced, I had to call to request clean towels.

This place is all about the great people and location. I had a fantastic view of Manhattan (room 640). Every single staff member who I interacted with was polite and helpful.
The water taxi to midtown is literally steps from the lobby. At the pier on the other side there are busses to take you across town north or south.
My only issue was the first boat was not until 10 am on Saturday and Sunday so plan accordingly.
The property is not new or newly renovated and It shows in the room fixtures.
Some surfaces show wear and tear and the design and carpet seem dated and old. Then again if it were new or recently renovated I probably could no afford it.
It was clean and safe and did I mention the view? Fantastic.

Manager at restaurant ruined entire experience. We had to eat there a lot as we were there for a personal reason but the interactions we heard over the days were unacceptable. The issue with the voucher breakfast that nobody else can even purchase came up repeatedly with customers and then there were confusing different types of vouchers and customers were getting denied and charged excessively..Manager constantly made condescending comments to customers. Check your bill- another customer's drinks were added to mine and when I pointed it out I was treated as if it was my mistake. When I asked for a booth one morning the waitress rolled her eyes and tossed the menus on the table without a word. Very uncomfortable for everyone - a lot of head shaking and commiserating from customers all around.

I booked this hotel for the convenient location & views of NYC.
Hotel is outdated & the AC unit was loud when trying to sleep. A floor lamp was broken, the 2 beds had the black metal support railing sticking out which you can't see, my 9 years hit his leg against ot by accident which caused bleeding.
This hotel could use some TLC.
I reported both to reception upon leaving.

Old and out dated. Purchased a king bed and they gave us a queen for 3 of us to sleep in with no resolution when we confronted them about it. Ice/vending machine didn’t work. Iron in room didn’t work. Never actually stayed at a hotel before that doesn’t put a fitted sheet on their bed or trash bags in their trash can. Was just an overall bad experience that kept going downhill. Luckily we only stayed one night.

If you’re looking for additional dining options, there are plenty of restaurants and attractions within about a 15-minute drive. Everything is in close proximity, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, a convenient location with great views and easy access to food and nearby attractions.

I honestly loved staying at the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor Hotel. The views of the Hudson River and the NYC skyline were absolutely beautiful, especially at night. The bed was seriously like sleeping on a cloud. I haven’t slept that good in months.

One thing I really appreciated was how quiet it was compared to staying directly in the city. It felt relaxing without being far from everything. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming the entire stay, which made the experience even better. Having restaurants right on site was also super convenient.

The ferry into the city being right there was probably one of my favorite parts. For a small fee, you can be in NYC within minutes without dealing with all the craziness of actually staying in Manhattan.

Parking being included in my stay for a small fee was also a huge bonus. Even without choosing that rate, the parking here is still way cheaper than parking in the city and it’s right on site, which made everything so much easier.

This will definitely be my go to hotel anytime I visit NYC from now on.

Check in/check out was easy.
They stored our bags which was helpful on a tourist day out.
The room was a bit dated and some of the wiring for lamps/outlets were inoperable until I found the wiring and reattached them.
Would recommend. The cafe next door is good.
