It felt like an elevated camp lodge experience rather than a hotel. Cozy rooms with all you need. No tv! Great shower and comfy bed , good restaurant for dinner and breakfast buffet( nicer than others we experienced). Such nice staff and beautiful views. Especially from the hot tub which was great to use before dinner.

Very easy check in process. Street parking is difficult to find but if you park it at a nearby parking deck, there is various public transportation you can take into the city. Apartment was exactly as featured in the pics. Highly recommend!

For a premium property which we use quite often is like better toilet paper and a box of tissues. Also two full size towels per person would be great. I had to do laundry and washer stopped spinning so maintenance had to come - which they did promptly. Also the dryers need deeper cleaning.

The elevator was not working, which made it very inconvenient since I was on the third floor. The residents staying across the hall were loud and disturbing. That was a strong smell of burnt food and cooking all the time. Ventilation from the hallway was poor.

Clean and beautiful! Parking not great. When staying alone it is impossible to unload luggage and park two blocks away.
May I suggest a ten minute unloading area for guests without the threat of being towed?
Otherwise the place is excellent!

Not a good experience

This is our third stay at Dharma Suites in Hoboken. It is very expensive and the German Biergarten next door was doing Karaoke until midnight on Saturday night which you could hear loudly. The TV was not operational. I will not stay here again and will stay in Jersey City to visit my son in the future.

Very comfortable accommodations with all practical amenities you need for apt-living. Level of luxury was a little wanting as the bathroom supplies were sparse and bit of high quality. In the same vein, the bed and pillows were not high-end but passable for this lower price-point. Would stay again if in need of basic accommodations.

I loved the layout of the place. I loved the rooftop and all of the amenities. However, there were a few things that were damaged upon my arrival that i had to send over to the owner once i got there just to make sure i wasn’t held responsible. Overall I loved my stay here and would definetely stay again .

I rented this property through VRBO and I am so happy I chose this location. It had amazing views of Manhattan, it was super clean and spacious. The only issue I found it’s that you have to Uber or Lyft almost everywhere and it could be very costly.

This is our fourth visit to Dharma Suites on Grand Ave in Hoboken , NJ. Our son and family lives close by. The room has always been clean, roomy and very accommodating to our needs. We don't cook or even make coffee there but they have all the amenities to make food. Communication with them is great. They were very responsive and entry directions are always clear.

2 bedroom apartment we stayed almost felt like a perfect holiday rental, very spacious, ultra clean, top of the range appliances/ amenities, we could not have asked anything more! except perhaps car parking arrangement of some sort. Great location for transport, food / groceries and restaurants. Our family felt like at home during our stay at Dharma!

Amazing views!! Perfect suite. Well priced. Was super clean. Loved it. The woman cleaning the unit did come before checkout time to make sure I was leaving, and that was a bit annoying (if I had stayed past the checkout time, that would’ve made sense). Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I enjoyed the location and the beautiful room.

I usually don’t write reviews unless I thought the place was exceptional. What I liked was how homey it felt compared to a hotel. Just like coming home to my city, loft apartment after a long day. Good lighting, personal kitchen, peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

I had to attend a Conference and a trade Show in Javits Center, Manhattan. As I traveled with 2 colleagues, taking an apartment made our life easier to relax and prepare for our daily work.
We stayed at the Nubia, transportation is easy; either by Uber or the taking the ferry.
the area is clean and nice, with some close by restaurants. The view on Manhattan in the morning and night is amazing.

This property could not have been better for my needs. Spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Large enough for 2 couples, full kitchen with needed utensils.
Location also excellent. Trader Joe's and The Pilsner Haus close by. Many great restaurants in Hoboken. Walk to NY Ferry just 10 minutes and subway not far.
Highly recommend. Hope to return.

Property was excellent. Location OK. On the West side of Willow about a 10 minute walk to the Hudson. That pocket is still developing. Would definitely consider a return stay next time I am in Hoboken with family. Tremendous value in comparison to W or even Sheraton in Weehawken

Nice apartment. There is a Traders Joe's around the block got dinner for three nights and lunch for one day for less than the price of eating out for one. Very handy nice location. Went to the movies one night less than 1 block away. Only Roku so TV selection was limited.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. I did have an issue with security, I was asked by the management to allow work men into the apartment whilst I wasn’t in. The apartment had no safe so I wouldn’t have anywhere to leave my private papers etc. Also on numerous occasions during the day the main front door was left unsecured. I have stayed here before with out security issues. I refused admittance to the apartment advising them to carry out maintanance at check out time.

Our experience at this location was great. It was big and spacious with a modern look and feel. Few blocks away from bus stations, grocery store and few average restaurants. If you are traveling to Manhattan on bus it can be a bit difficult for a first timer. Uber,Lift and Cabs are pricy as well for a party of 5 or more. Overall the experience was good and I would not mind staying at this location again.

Overall property was excellent, along with communication regarding checkin. Only thing we were disappointed about was the staff was still cleaning when we arrived, made us wait outside until 3 on the dot! Once entered the room the staff was still there cleaning 30 minutes later. Then the cleaning ataff was rude once it waa brought to their attention there was food all over the floor in the second bedroom, was basically called a liar and said we made the mess within the first hour we were there. Other than than, we would most definitely stay with this company again!

Door handle was loose and was hard to lock. Deadbolt worked, but it was still unnerving to have a handle that wasn't working properly. I tried to call the Customer Service numbers on the document that I had received prior to arrival, but was on hold for so long that I twice gave up and hung up. I find lack of ability to reach a human staff person in the local area to be very frustrating and disappointing. I would hate to be in that building if there was a fire or other emergency because there would be no one to take responsibility on behalf of the building owner or management.

Great space with modern ammenities plus the location was key. 5 mins from the Lincoln tunnel which puts you in the middle of midtown Manhattan which is minutes from time square, msg, and Empire State Building. The apartment was clean and upgrade with stainless steel appliances. I will definetly stay here again for my next trip.

While the suite was terrific, our trip was marred by other guests who blared music, one morning at 6am! When I made the hotel know about the situation I was told they investigated and that no music was played. Won't stay again.

Nice twi bedroom apartment with ample room.

The apartment was beautiful with tastefully appointed modern Furniture and the two bedroom suite was large. Full kitchen with all necessary utinsels, although breakfast cooking smells does linger a bit (kitchen not ventilated).

The view of the Manhattan skyline was amazing, especially at night.

The only downside is the lack of onsite parking. Dharma website says parking was $15/d but in reality it’s only available to long stay tenants. Ended up looking for parking at night and day as there were no 24h sites nearby.

The studio apartment was perfect and just as described and seen on the website. It was home away from home. The only downfall that's no fault of the Dharma Suites was no free or convenient parking. Coming from a city where parking free parking is an option and a convenience was a tough pill to swallow. You have to get a resident to purchase a parking pass for $5.00 a day which would make the visit easier. Too bad Dharma Suites don't offer that option. Otherwise, I'll just have to do Uber next time.

Best View!

Looked at 50 locations before booking this one and I though we made a great decision. The room was as described. We arrived way before check-in and they even have storage for our bags (locked supply storage). This was the best price for any location around it. The area is nice and walking distance many shops. However, it did took forever to get to Times Square because of traffic, but the stay was pleasant.

Dharma Home Suites is in an excellent location within walking distance to most Hoboken locations I visit. Suite was very clean, modern and supplied with everything required. It is on a quiet street, great for sleeping. Trader Joe's is next door, easy to pick things up. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying there again.

The.only improvement this place needs is parking. Parking was on the surrounding streets and only 4 hours during the day. From 9 PM to 9 AM it was not bad and free.

Had to wait over a hour after check in time at 3 pm to get room. Ridiculous. Washer and dryer in room which was good no clean towels, etc provided. No cleaning services provided at all. Room was nice but if you need clean linen and towels make sure and take laundry detergent with you

Fantastic place. Take the 126 bus to the Port Authority bus terminal and you are 10 min walk to Times Square and app. 20 min to Central Park. Very easy to find. A $23 Uber X ride from Liberty airport. Clean, spacious place and would stay here again. Modern appliances, a few minute walk to groceries .

Holiday to New York and New Jersey. While the apartment was lovely, the area is a total let down. Would be totally fine for a weekend stay perhaps if you just want to chill out. Also, the beds aren't the best. Comfy but not great for the back!
