Worst Travelodge Do Not GO!

Smelled like cigarettes entire time. Loud noises from nearby rooms. Room had weird stains and roaches inside. Staff only cleaned room only once

The towels and wash cloths provided are very dingy so bring your own. I paid $60 for an early check in. The Hotel was not that spectacular to be charging that much for an early check in. I was woke out of my sleep from other guests yelling and screaming. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

Nice Comfy Stay

We had a nice cozy stay for couple days. Room was clean and everything was functioning properly. Grab and go breakfast was a plus. Staff was friendly. Manager Rupal and front desk guy was very helpful. Overall satisfied.

Returned after a day long of exploring to the same dirty room, no fresh towels, etc

We had an issue with our original accommodations and needed a place to stay, but I DEFINITELY would have rather stayed elsewhere. If we had a vehicle we would have stayed in there instead. There were bugs everywhere and no one slept at all the entire night except for my baby who had a cockroach fall right next to his face while he slept. Needless to say we were up all night watching for bugs. In addition to the bugs, the other people staying there were sketchy to say the least. I would not have been surprised if we had come back to find someone rifling through our belongings, which is why we kept all our valuables on us when we were outside of the room. Also there was an incident right next door to our room and the police were out there for over 5 hours through the night dealing with it. If there was no bugs and we had been able to sleep, we would have been kept up all night hearing someone loudly crying right outside our window for hours. I will never stay at another Travelodge after this. I'd definitely advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere and take a chance at another hotel. This one is a hard pass for sure. Don't risk it.

Rats and hot.

After checking in and getting situated in the room a rat ran across the room and tucked away through a crack. After reporting that to the front desk and trying to get reimbursed to go elsewhere they assured me that they would take care of it. Because it was late and I was exhausted waiting for them to take care of it I went to sleep. The air conditioning didn’t work and neither did the fridge. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room that me and my children stayed in had dirty washcloths and towels in it it had blood stains on the walls in the room the room was dirty nightstand lamps the door to the bathroom was broken up the shower was even dirty the only thing good about the place was the shower head the staff was very rude keeping up on my door at 10:30 about check out and when I requested for a late check out and got approved for it the guy in the morning cuz I checked in late late that night come knocking on my door three different times about check out to the point that he got nasty with me and wasn't a good experience for me or my children for the amount of money that I paid for that room definitely not worth it.

This place is falling apart. I was given room 139, as soon as I opened the door water coming out the room. The entire room was flooded. I have person at front desk, he was totally rude. Didn't want to listen just told me he will send housekeeping he has no more rooms. There was a line of people checking in at the time and only one person at front desk. So I went back to room waited. Housekeeping did not come so I went back to the office and again front desk was rude and took me housekeeping is coming. I tried to explain room needed more than housekeeping but he didnt want to listen. I seen housekeeper in parking lot ask her to come to my room. She did, and the minute she entered she said OMG you need another room. I said I know, please tell the front desk. She did, I was given another room which had a leak in the bathroom. Water on floor in the bathroom leaking all night. Also lock on door is broken, as well as chain. Not safe.

I find it unbelievable that this property requires a $50 cash deposit. Yes, it does say this on Expedia but it is not easy to even find it. The property is also very difficult to access due to the divided road. I do not recommend it.

Was clean with a large comfortable bed and a fridge and microwave. Good room.
Unfortunately it was a bit isolated, no eating places nearby so we had to order in. Using the menu in the room - I definitely don't recommend. They take the gratuity they want and the food they delivered left a lot to be desired.

If you're not a heavy sleeper I would recommend not coming here, it's directly next to a highway, like the furthest you'll be away is from the highway is 40 feet so you can hear traffic go by all night long, with random people playing loud music at odd hours unless you're a heavy sleeper or plan on drinking heavily, you won't get much sleep at all.

Other than that it was nice, only complaint is a leaky faucet

If you need a clean, spacious, discreet place with professional and respectful staff this is the place you are looking.
Room clean and comfortable, the only suggestion would be on the lighting but overall they own all the stars. Their quality and service had never disappointed me.

It is very basic and simple. It was adequately clean. We had to pay what a consider to be too high a price because it was a holiday weekend and there was nothing else available in the area. Unfortunately our sleep was interrupted at 2 a.m. by someone trying and trying the electronic lock on our door and talking loudly (drunk?), which did not open. They had the wrong room number. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone in the room did not work. I had to get up, turn on lights, etc. No apologies or offer of compensation!

They room was not very clean. The step down into the bathroom is simply a safety hazard. The front door is not well installed. The floor was bare cold and dirt tile.
I will not stay here again nor can I recommend to any family. Maybe a single guy but not sure.

I twisted my knee early on on my arrival they called me a taxi for hospital and even allowed me to stay on an extra hour with charge next morning very well recommended for a reasonable priced motel, even breakfast was

Owners were nice, and the room was as-expected from online photographs. It's considered a two-star hotel online, but other than the room being small, I would definitely mark it up as a 3 star. It was very clean, smoke-free room was definitely smoke-free, and the bathroom was freshly cleaned.

This property is a great deal if you’re on a budget and have a car. It offers free parking, free breakfast and free WiFi. Our room needed an update, but the beds and bathroom were clean. Even though it’s a motel surrounded by busy streets and highways the room was very quiet - I recommend keeping the A.C. fan on for a bonus of white noise. There are even private bus shuttles to Manhattan offered daily.

The property itself is a bit run down. The staff is helpful and polite but I wouldn’t book this place if you’re looking for a nice/decent room. The rooms give you more of a motel kind of vibe. Things are a bit worn out in the rooms. Bed springs are loud, the walls are damaged with paint chipping, and the floors are uneven. Like I said, the location is not nice. The staff is accommodating. The area around is super sketchy! Only good thing was that we were close to NYC.

The worst is were is located. You need taxi for everything and around it’s very ugly. For the rest I didn’t expect mothing different. Was ok for our pourpose except for location as i said. Worst Motel Stay of my Life

This motel was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy, there was blood on the walls, there was filth all over the walls, broken furniture, broken doors, filthy curtains, it stank of cigarettes and alcohol. There were hairs in the sheets, I had to ask for clean sheets, and there were no blankets provided. I had to ask the receptionist for clean sheets and blankets but she could only provide me with one set, therefore, 3 of us had to sleep in one bed. There was no water available only from a vending machine. It cost $150 and was supposed to be a 4 star accommodation. It was the worst place I have ever stayed and honestly I was worried about the safety of my children staying here. Unfortunately, we had no choice because it was 1.00 a.m. in the morning and it was a last minute booking due to flight complications. When I complained, the receptionist was not helpful at all, did not apologize and barely spoke English.

It was what I expected. A place to sleep. Nice comfortable beds, awesome pillows. Room was clean, they could work on the house keeping a little as there were stains on the walls. Parking seemed a bit limited. They have a little breakfast nook by the office, nothing to write home about, but you could get coffee and fresh juice and make toast or eat cereal. I m easy going, plain ordinary room with bed(s). Good bang for the buck.
