The room supposed to be smoke free, but it was smell of cigarettes. The whole way smelled so bad, I went to the front desk 3 times for them to change the room. They did not. The shower room was terrible with water all over the floor when someone took a shower. Even in the last day, when I checked out, I asked that lady for my receipt, she been so rude. She even asked me why I needed that receipt for? That was a horrible experience for me. ( the A/C was working).

This is not a regular hotel it’s like a shelter homeless people in lobby on floor sleep people hanging out in front yelling fighting room was decent but thank god we brought our own linen cause theirs terrible with stains burns on blankets wash clothes look used will never return ever again

The room was great minus the jacuzzi looking gross. I didn’t appreciate that the police were harassing me making sure I got a parking pass several times or the fact that I was not allowed to have visitors they got all types of shady people in there but I couldn’t have my family over. It was super locked down. Clean but I won’t return due to feeling locked up in there

Hot tub jets didn’t work. I called the front desk and asked for somebody to come fix it, they sent a maid who didn’t speak English. I finally was able to fix it myself.

More importantly, there are structural damage to the floor… feels like actual holes. They were covered up by carpet but you could feel it giving away every time you walk on it. There was also hair and debris in the hot tub. I stayed in room 106.

I’m tempted to call the building inspector. That they would charge me for this room is deplorable.

We dropped our bags off before check in. And then when we got there to check in they couldn’t get to our bags because house keeping had left. Not only did they leave but there was no way for the current receptionist to open the door to get our bags. Eventually we got our bags 2hrs after checking in.

The room itself was in great condition. The hotel lobby is a dump (the picture is accurate but well taken to make the lobby look nicer than it is). The neighborhood is questionable, but various restaurants are not far: IHOP, Burgar King, pizza places,... .

Pretty sure this is a crack hotel that hosts prostitutes. Always sketchy people hanging outside. Super bad neighborhood. Got woken up at 4 o’clock in the morning by someone pounding and screaming at the door next-door to mine. I probably would’ve felt safer sleeping in my car at the Newark airport.

Horrible stay

Woke up to find BEDBUG! Killed it then stripped room & bed to make sure I was safe. Told room service, only speak spanish & NOBODY DID anythibg or offered a suggestions or move 2 new room. Tv cable static. This stay was horrible.

We rented a hotel room here to be close to the airport for an early AM flight. This place is Ghetto and in not a great area of the city. There are random people hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night smoking and hanging out with the people working. The person who checked us in never got off his phone call he was on, which was on speaker phone. The rooms are old, dated but were comfortable enough. The hot water and shower pressure were literally the best though so they do have that going for them.

The hotel is located in a very unsafe area, with some homeless and prostitution outside the hotel. Super unfriendly staff and rudeness.
I was very concerned for my safety while staying there. I would not recommend and saw people going in for a couple hours for escorting business.
I pretty much wanted to get some sleep but I could not very noisy all day and night.

- Requested hand soap for the bathroom and was told they do not carry any. Was given a bar of face soap. Asked if there was anything they had to kill bacteria on hands and they said they only had face and body soap.
- The hallway and room smelled of old human urine.
- The staff talked with each other and used the F word while me and my daughter were checked in.
- Very run down building. The air conditioner made an awful noise that I couldn’t sleep through.
- The bathroom was actually very clean and in good shape. The bedsheets seemed clean but had a few small black stains on them.

This place is a hole in the wall. Staff was slow and not helpful at all. No elevator to get to the room so had to drag the luggage upstairs. On top of that, there was a lady screaming at the front desk when I arrived and the staff was not helping. Room and hallway was not cleaned and smelled.

Hotel repeatedly claimed to not have any rooms. Said they had no reservations under my name. Showed the details of my reservation and they claimed that since it was reserved in April, the reservation expired. What sense does that make??

After contacting your helpdesk, they suddenly found my reservation... Then charged me double the price of what I had booked, coming to $436. When I got to the room, I found out why. They had given me a honeymoon room with a goofy heart-shaped jacuzzi and a single king sized bed instead of the room I had booked with two double beds.

One of the \"clean\" towels folded and in the towel rack had a bunch of pubes and feces in it. The jacuzzi was filthy. Electrical outlets were literally falling apart.

Simply an awful experience all around. I want the difference between my reserved price and paid price back.

The service was horrible. Guyvhad no odea what he was doing had to get whatvlooked like the janitor to help. The day we checked out a fight happened with other guests oitside our door and made it hard to leave. The area looked like a drug den. It was horrible.
