We loved the fruit infused water, free drink and complimentary coffee. The only small suggestion would be to add a few additional hot options to the continental breakfast.

Una was a spectacular concierge. Javier the shuttle driver was cool and laid back. Matt the barteneder has a heavy hand when it came to making the drinks. Definitely recommend this hotel. Harrison station is 1 block away and is a straight shot to the 911 memorial. 25min train ride staring to new york. Perfect for the korn and sod concert we attended.

2nd stay here. My stays here have been very comfortable and no issues. The first stay last year I had exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. This time staff was professional and somewhat helpful, but not above & beyond and friendly like the first time.
I appreciated that the shuttle brought us to the Prudential due to other people having requested it, so I was really pleased with that service. I did request to use it for Penn Station when leaving and the shuttle was sitting parked, so I’m not entirely sure why that request was denied. The shuttle to the Prudential was quite helpful, though and I was pleased with that comfort.

Telephone in room did not work. Displeased with hotel, woke up 5am day of departure to discover hotel had turned off TV access. Went downstairs to ask what was going on Clerk told me “had no idea”; however Tv screen said “ goodbye thanks for coming”. Never seen nor heard of anything like this. Checkout was not until 12noon. Unable to get weather or early morning news. Stsnge to me.
