Very clean property with friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious, although I found it a bit pricey. The hotel is conveniently located, but because it's surrounded by highways, there was some traffic noise at times. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

The cleanliness of the room was just okay. Upon arrival, it was immediately noticeable that the room had been cleaned quickly with little attention to detail. There was hair left in the shower and on the bathroom floor.
Housekeeping came daily, but the quality and consistency of the cleaning varied a lot. Some days our towels would be replaced, but we’d receive different types of towels each day and were sometimes missing washcloths entirely. Some days the bed would be made, and other days it wouldn’t. Our used glassware was never replaced during the stay either.
The staff were friendly enough and helpful with navigating the bus routes. There was one employee in particular, who I believe was a manager, that was especially helpful and kind.
Overall, I would rate my stay 3 out of 5 stars.

The hotel did not inform me upon checking in that they would automatically be charging me a $10 fee for WiFi, and they would not waive the fee after I checked out. The hotel was clean and our room was nice, and the property was located in a great spot. We had drinks from the bar and the bartender seemed irritable and stressed, and our drinks were not well prepared. Overall, it was an okay stay.

The stay was very disappointing overall. The bathroom fixtures, including the flush, were loose and poorly maintained. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, and their behavior felt unwelcoming. They were abrupt when asking for IDs and did not greet guests politely.

This was the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. 1st night there were groups of kids running around the hallways all night. 2nd night the room next door was up all night speaking loudly. It was like there were no walls at all. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Not too bad if you’re staying for a night or two. The hotel was clean, however it looked a little more run down than in the pictures. When we checked in our keys didn’t work and had to wait about 10 min for maintenance to change the battery in our door, they told us this is a common occurrence. Please be aware everything costs extra. Just to park your vehicle in the parking lot they charge $11/night and then wifi is around $10/day and it may be per device, I don’t remember and also no complimentary breakfast. The staff were friendly and the check in/out process was easy. Overall not the best, but not bad either.

We had room only. Definitely not Marriott standard. Multiple issues. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and had to be forced shut, mentioned to manager who said a repair person would come up to repair (nobody came). We had cold water in the shower on the first day, the jets were extremely powerful. Again complained, the water situation rectified but the jets remained extremely powerful. The shower cubicle was rusty. The carpet had a really bad odour. There were items left in a drawer from previous occupants. The room was not cleaned on 2 consecutive days. I was asked to complain to the director who was very unhelpful.

The room smelt like weed when we got there. There was no hot water in the entire hotel in the morning. They wouldn’t offer any sort of compensation without signing up for a Marriot account, where they would just add points. The breakfast was $22.50 per person for basically snack foods. And you have to pay $11/night for parking. The only perk was the close proximity to Metlife Stadium.

The hotel was nice and quiet, and the room was clean. However, the bathroom ventilation in our room wasn’t working, and on the second day our room wasn’t cleaned. The receptionist apologized sincerely for that.
Other than that, everything was great. The staff were very kind, and after we checked out, they even allowed us to keep our car parked for a few hours.

Overall everything was good our Hot water was an issue but we made one call and it was fixed. The lady who checked us in was quick. The front desk gentleman last night was very nice. The manager when it was time to check out was nice as well. I really don't have much to say but it was a short sweet stay. I will be returning.

All the negative was based upon a young lady at the desk not the one that checks me in. I have been going there for a couple of times now, and I did not pay for parking but this time the one who was not helping me was telling me I have to pay for parking. I was assume she was the manager.

The AC in the room wasn't working properly and I had a very very uncomfortable nights sleep before I was to fly long haul and straight to work. I spent the night in a cycle of resetting the controls, trying to sleep expecting it to work (as one should), only for it to stop again. When I reported this to the night staff i was berated for not reporting it early (I'm sorry i had not expected it to be stop starting and my priority was rest. So his poor attitude letting me know all his challenges (e.g. work) outweighed the customer experience I should expect and paid for would have been funny if I was not so exhausted.
The used towels were refolded, the bathroom shower was not cleaned, the bed sheets were not replaced after a dining spill, and complimentary water was not restocked. On the first day i left the hotel late so missed a 'room clean/tidy' but I would have expected housekeeping from a hotel in the Marriott range, to try and clean when i was out.
All in all very underwhelming and utterly disappointing overall. I should have stayed in Manhattan.

The property was pretty standard and unremarkable. Basic hotel in an area convenient to MetLife Stadium. There was a shuttle service offered to the stadium for $20 pp each way which was handy although it took about an hour and a half to get back to the hotel (2.5 miles away) after the event. Maybe not the hotel's fault due to traffic but there were not enough shuttles and they were overcrowded.

I have been in many affordable hotels. This hotel by fair has been the best one! You can tell how well every staff takes care of every room and guest. Anywhere I go for now on, I will be looking to staying at any Renaissance hotel. Just by this experience alone. Absolutely recieved more than what I paid for! 👍👍

Stayed for a concert at MetLife. Convenient location although getting out of MetLife is absolutely terrible. The restaurant was very good for breakfast. Staff were attentive even though it was so busy. Shower could have been cleaner/bathroom could use some upgrades. But overall a comfortable stay.
