***VERY IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER*** the toilet, sink and shower plumbing is connected. When you flush the toilet, if someone is in the shower they will get burned instantly and if you wash your hands right away you’ll also get burned. DO NOT flush the toilet if someone is showering. The pool isn’t heated but still felt good and the pool towels are hand towels not body ones so bring your own. Otherwise the breakfast was good and everyone was very nice.

Great stay! My boys loved how cleaned it was. How great it was to be able to swim in their indoor pool. Beds were comfortable. The ONLY thing (which is kind of a big deal because of the cold weather we’ve been experiencing) I had a complaint about was the AC unit was a bit broken, so the cold hair from outside was seeping through. I didn’t speak with anyone regarding this issue because I didn’t want the hassle of having to move all of our belongings to a different room. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay very much.

Several TV channels were giving an error message of \"No Signal\", our toilet was clogged upon check in and took an entire day to get someone up to fix it, there was NOTHING within walking distance and the closest bus stop was across THE RIVER and over a FREEWAY OVERPASS, and the hotel parking lot entrance was literally right off the freeway in the most inconvenient manner. However, despite all of that, our stay was exceptionally pleasant. The free breakfast every morning was delicious and varied from day to day, the pool was heated and relaxing, the staff were all extremely nice and welcoming, and the room was cozy and well kept. The only reason i would stay here again would be the location, given how inconvenient getting into the city was.

The property was clean. I was almost stranded in East Rutherford NJ because they failed to communicate an extra charge when I booked the room. Our television didn't even work and they told us it wouldn't be fixed until our check out day

So the property is nice the room is nice and had a lot of toiletries and things. The room was clean and nothing looked messy. I chose this place specifically for their buffet and it didn’t disappoint it was a real classic breakfast buffet style. The pool tho looked murky when I went to check it out so I didn’t go in. But for the price of the hotel I don’t say it’s too bad. I just decided not to get in. They do offer you 12 pm check out which is convenient. It was a nice hotel I do wish they made the pool look a little bit nicer and more inviting but everything else was great

The only discrepancy is the location of the facility. It’s very difficult to get in and out of the hotel due to being right ontop of a highway. No sidewalks to use to explore the area. It’s a very busy and congested area. Otherwise, the facility was clean, and affordable. Very nice.

Stayed this past weekend for two nights the first night a group of teenagers kept knocking on my door and running to the elevators tried calling the reception and no luck went down and no one was there second night there was a party till about 130 am in the room next door i didn’t get any rest while there I wouldn’t stay there again

Driving to the property was too dangerous. This is my 2nd time staying here, but I don't think I will stay here again. The traffic to get in is an accident waiting to happen. The beds are old. The shower won't drain. Just an old property that needs major updates

Entering the hotel from Route 46, we had to cross over an on ramp. You are force to sit on the shoulder until it clear. Just an unsafe entrance.
My room door was not sitting properly on the top hinge. The screws were loose hence we had to push up the top in order to close it. I reported this twice to the front desk but it never got fix.

They were helpful the breakfast was wonderful everyday with one of our ladies had their monthly they had to supplies for her I don't have any negative thoughts about the hotel would stay again pool was nice too did I mention the breakfast was good everyday we were there for 3 days great job and there was four of us and we all say the same things the only negative thing I can say is not really anything about the hotel it's just the location if you don't have a vehicle get used to Uber eats mom mom

First and foremost, every single person who works at this hotel is absolutely incredible. They are all so genuinely nice, accommodating, helpful, and overall fantastic. I would come back for them alone!

Second, my only issue is with the entrance and exit to the parking lot (which is something they may not be able to fix because of their location but it's worth noting) it's right on a major highway/roadway, and kind of difficult to get in and out of. You better be comfortable with cutting people off and stopping in traffic.

Was good. Bus stop to New York is not easily accessible so you need to get an Uber there and back. Breakfast was good - waffle machine is great! Tea and coffee accessible all day. Room was a little poor condition as bath didn't work so had to fill it up with the shower. A few bits could have been fixed before we come.

We stayed one night. The people in the room next to mine were extremely loud as well as the individuals having a party several doors down. I finally called the front desk at 12:30am (twice because no one answered the first time) to ask that they address the noise. The front desk called the room next door right after my complaint. Personally i think it would have been more effective to have someone actually go to the room.
I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter and did not want her to be disturbed. I still heard the people in the room next door for another half hour but was too annoyed and tired to address it again.
