We stayed here while visiting NYC, it was a short uber ride to Tetterboro Station to catch the train to the city. Was worth the savings and a decent place.

At check-in, the female staff did not smile at all and did not provide any explanation about breakfast. After check-in, I went back to the front and asked whether a breakfast voucher was needed, she only then took out the breakfast cards, without any apology.
In the room, the bathtub drain stopper was broken, and the hot water temperature was far too lukewarm to take a proper bath. I contacted the front desk to request repairs. About two hours later, the drain stopper was replaced, but the water temperature did not improve at all. I was told that when many guests use hot water at the same time, the boiler cannot handle it.
I contacted the front desk again and was asked to change rooms. However, the alternative room had only one king bed, while my original reservation was for a room with two queen beds. In the end, the hot water issue was never resolved.
As a result, I spent a significant portion of what should have been a pleasant hotel stay feeling frustrated, which greatly diminished the enjoyment of my trip. What disappointed me most was that I did not receive a single apology from the staff throughout this process. This was far below the level of service I expect.

Room was outdated. Nothing like the pictures. Water pressure in the bathroom is horrible. Walls are paper thin you can hear people next door as if they are in the room with you. Shuttle bus to New York wasn’t working any of the days we were there (part of the reason we booked this hotel was the shuttle). Wouldn’t recommend

If you think you found a good deal, think again. The online pictures are not reality. The standard queen bed room looks like a room from the 80’s. The carpet smells and is stained. The restroom tubs are dirty. When I asked about the rooms that are advertised online they said the only room that looks like that is the handicap room. The food at the restaurant tastes like frozen food. I’m very disappointed in the service. The expectation that is shown is far from the truth.

The property has not been properly maintained. The sink and shower did not drain properly, the parking lot was full of potholes, and the pool area was not attractive. The noise from Rte 17 is loud even in the back of the hotel. Many people were sitting in cars smoking weed, which did not make it look amicable.

I stay here a lot. So I’m a little bias. The staff is always great and accommodating. But I selfishly plan mini getaways to visit friends from my hometown. Hoboken, just to lay out in that oasis and float in that great pool. You wouldn’t even know you’re on route 17. lol.

Staff did not give us a credit on parking as per Expedia member VIP benefits. I enjoyed the place it was very nice and comfortable. My only feedback for improvement is about the pool. I came there just for the purpose of taking my 84 yr old mother to swim. And was disappointed to see the pool overloaded with a bunch of kids and wild adults. There was no way to get in. I feel that there should be at least an hour and a half of time toward closing for children to not be allowed in the pool after 7:30pm. And from 7:30 to 8:45 should be a time for just adults. Especially when there is a heat wave and people will be specifically looking to swim.
