The room is clean, comfortable and warm during the cold weather. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet was slow to flush. The sausage was dry, and is my only complaint about breakfast. This is my second time staying here in two years, and I enjoyed it both times. It is very convenient for where I need to go.

This is an older facility, but they make a great effort to make it a comfortable stay. It is kept very clean in all areas thanks to a dedicated staff. The front desk people were courteous, the room was cleaned and fixed up daily, the breakfast was pretty good and in a nice area. We felt it was a convenient location, although the traffic on Rt.17 is difficult. We would recommend it at being good and at a fair price.

The room was nice and decent size but there seemed to be a depression or dead spot in the floor at the end of the bed. It made a sound when I stepped there and I was a bit worried about possible collapse. The blackout curtains were excellent in keeping light out of the room and the lighting was done really well. I loved the penlights under the lamps on either side of the bed. The bath was spacious with ample towels and the soap was changed daily. Fine work by the cleaning staff. The hotel itself seemed in need of a bit of renovation in the hallways. There was ample parking but some spaces on the front side were not accessible at check in due for longer vehicles due to the pileup of snow. A bit more removal could have been done in that area. There wasn't any problem with noise and I was able to sleep well. The bed had four pillows which I really appreciated as I tend to use a lot of them when sleeping. The staff did a very nice job during check-in and departure.

The staff was courteous. The room was handicap accessible with a large bathroom. Everything is very dated and could use updates. The bed was King size with only a queen size sag in the middle. The room was clean. The coffee maker didnt work but was promptly fixed by maintenance. Non smoking but smelled like smoke in the hallway. I mught stay here again. Maybe? Breakfast......Dont bother.

Everything was smooth until we checked into the room. We happen to find a bunch of hair all around the bathroom and in the bed itself on the sheets. I’m not a super clean freak. But it just simply looked like the sheets didn’t get changed at all. Spoke with staff and they didn’t have the option to get new sheets. So we tried a different room. And the new room was exactly the same situation. I know with lower budget hotels. I guess you can’t expect the best. But we ended up finding some thing two times nicer and cleaner that was only $50 more. So I guess you get what you pay for.

I first i arrived didn't look like the pictures it give you the impressions as a motel not a Hotel . The front desk lady didnt ask for my ID to confirm my name just by asking my last name and ended giving me and revealing someone else information who had my same last name and exposing there information. When we walk in to the room the room smells like someone just had a cigarette and i found a roach on my pillow and in the ceiling. I reported it and they changed my room .

Tater tots and a weird disk of some kinda egg, waffle maker, high sugar little yogurt, small bagel or roll, corn flakes ,...and the only thing I did eat-a fresh apple.... Yes we'd stay again but would not depend on breakfast. Yes, Refrigerator in room, no microwave-in breakfast room only. Maybe we'd bring our own healthier food for breakfast.

I've stayed at this hotel before and it has gone down hill, a lot. The hotel stank like heavily spiced (smell similar to Indian food) cooking the entire time. The room carpet was disgusting when we got in, pieces of food on the floor. We found a cockroach on the window sill. The staff in the breakfast area and the cleaning staff were all very friendly and kind. However this hotel is not one I would ever stay at again and I would actually recommend people to avoid it. We're not fussy people but this place just felt gross.

I checked out one day early and was told that the General Manager would process refund when there ethened to office on Monday (I checked out Sunday). I asked for receipt they said no need. I trusted them. I called for general manager as there was no sign of my refund on Wednesday and was told he was not there and to call Thursday. Called Thursday and was told the general manager wasn’t there and wouldn’t be there for a while. I told them my concern and they said there’s no refunds. I also never got my security deposit back. BEWARE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE

We had to extend the stay for odd reasons and the manager was so accommodating and polite helping us in our time of need. He made our stay pleasant. The staff are also very pleasant eveyone had positive greetings. The breakfast is awesome and we enjoyed getting up each morning to fresh coffee. I will recommend this place to family and friends.
