DON'T STAY HERE. We had fresh towels and the bed was made but room had not been cleaned. Bathroom sink was dirty. Bath tub was chipped and stained or dirty. Shower head had a leak and spewed water towards ceiling which ended up flooding bathroom floor. Room had kitchenette which is nice to have but microwave and stove top vent were rusty. These could be replaced for under $200 so don't know why a hotel wouldn't do this. Counter was dirty. Then room next door had a party playing music and loud people til at least 4am. I called front desk to ask them to address. He did not until 3rd call. He tried calling room and then knocked on their door around 1am. The people next door responded by getting louder. As a woman traveling with my son (we had gone to American Dream Mall for the weekend), I was afraid to confront them myself. I didn't feel safe. No coffee maker in the room either but there was a to go breakfast which we missed since we only got an hour or two of sleep. So, our day started later than planned and we were exhausted so took away from enjoying our trip.. Morning desk person was great and offered me manager # to complain to and maybe get a partial refund or credit. Have not contacted him yet. I won't try this chain again. I have used Expedia for years never had a bad stay. Expedia should consider dropping this chain from their line up. Lots of other bad reviews for this place. Unfortunately, I did not check reviews before booking.

Hallways are dirty, smelly and some jerk was smoking on our floor in his room stinking up the place; this hotel is in a good location but it’s not walking distance to anything so you’ll have to drive or order delivery. It’s cheap and the staff is nice, but you ultimately get what you pay for. Also breakfast is just oatmeal, nutra grain bars and coffee

This hotel has definitely seen better days. The staff does their best to keep it clean, and I appreciate their effort, but the property clearly shows its age. The building feels old and damp, and there are visible patchwork repairs throughout the hallways and rooms. The furniture is outdated, and the hallways, rugs, and kitchen areas are all in serious need of renovation. Overall, the hotel would greatly benefit from an urgent remodel.

The staff were friendly and the location is right next to the American dream mall. The beds are very comfortable. Tv is good. The heat and AC work very well.Everything is really in need of an overhaul. A rusty microwave. permanent stains in the bathtub damaged walls covered in spackle only. Some of the lights work some don’t.

The room was abused: fur or hair was still on the carpeted area of the room, linoleum flooring had a light coating of what felt like kitty litter, microwave door had large visible rust, fan over stove underside was filled with rust, chair in main area had cuts in it, blow dryer in bathroom did not work (no light on GFI plug (missing) and one plug prong missing), outer wall section looked to be missing a picture frame as the mounting points were there. I will never use this hotel chain ever again as this room did not like like any of the posted room photos.

Room had damage to walls, only one lamp worked at the nightstand, no usb ports-needs upgrading, breakfast “options” were a joke (oatmeal, nutrigrain bars, and packaged mini muffins does not a breakfast make), coffee constantly ran out and took 15 minutes to replace, etc.

When we arrived to check in, there was no one at the counter. Someone arrived almost 10 minutes later with a bad attitude and didn't apologize. The place is also filthy. The carpet in the breakfast area looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in years. The hallways are full of garbage outside the rooms. Rust on the bathroom door hinges. Ended up checking out a day early. Will not stay here again.

The room felt like a cell, cold and barren of any design, style or warmth.The furniture seemed like it was all second hand from goodwill.
The ‘heat’ would not go above 66. I tried raising the temp on the wall box and it would then stop at 66 each time. This was about 10;30 at night and I was soooo tired I didnt want to call the front desk. There were no extra blankets so I had to fold the ONE thin blanket in half. It felt like I was camping. The highway just outside the room was noisy most of the time which didnt help.
The so called ‘breakfast’ was a coffee pot, hot water and a few crappy breakfast bars full of processed food, WTH!

We stayed at the Extended Stay in order to attend the Cowboys/Jets game at MetLife Stadium. The hotel was adequate, although lacking in some basic amenities. The rooms were not provided with plates, silverware, glasses, etc, despite being a property specializing in \"extended stays.\" There were no vending machines on the property and no sundry store, either. The towels were very thin and frayed. The pillows were terrible. Overall, the stay met our basic needs, but the hotel itself is in desperate need of attention.

Kitchen faucet was very loose (reported it). No glasses, dishes, pots and pans or coffee machine. No grab bars in tub. no non-slip decals in tub or bath mat.
Worst breakfast I ever had. their \"grab 'n go\" was a nutri-grain bar (only one choice) a small blueberry or chocolate muffin that were very dry. coffee was ok but coffee-mate for cream/milk substitute. No juices. oh, almost forgot, bathroom door handle was broken and didn't lock. I forgot to report that (i was alone in the room. desk clock /alarm was an hour fast and couldn't fix it. Nobody was ever behind the desk. You had to ring the bell for assistance.

The staff and location to Metlife Stadium were great. On the other hand the rooms smelled terrible and are dated. We understand it's a pet friendly facility but we didn't want to smell the pet if it's not there. The pictures are deceiving, there wasn't any carpet on the pictures but there were carpet in the room. Which I'm sure is what's holding the oder. There were also roaches and that's a big \"NO GO\" for us. We will not be revisiting this hotel.

Stayed one night for a concert. Room had a musty smell upon arrival. They did clean whole we were out. AC was dripping in the main hallway outside of our room with a bucket under it. AC in our room did function well. Lots of chipping paint on walls.

This is the worst hotel/motel I've ever visited. Once you get off of the elevators the hallways smell terrible. It smells like mildew with a hint of old soaked in pet waste. The rooms are not only old and outdated, they are also filthy. The carpet is incredibly stained and almost black from years of dirt accumulating in some large spots. The showers/tub are disgusting. I don't know what the shower walls are made of, but the material was missing large chunks and exposed black mildew and/or mold. The tub looks permanently stained with a greyish ring inside it. The faucet didn't cut off when I turned on the shower so the tub fThe water pressure is low, the shower head is too big and could not be adjusted downward enough to keep the spray from shooting directly on the back wall - which is a bissue if you are short or just dont want your hair wet. The bathroom floor and door are peeling. The outside of the white refrigerator had visible dust and dirt smudges all over it. The microwave has to be at least 30 yrs old! There are no curtains, but the fabric blinds they had on the window is ragedy. THE SHEETS WERE DINGY! They were pilling and had those tiny balls of lint/fabric that accumulates on clothes/fabric when it starts to get old. The sheets are no longer white, they are grey-ish off white color looked like they stopped replacing them and don't use bleach to clean them. Every surface in the room is dirty- the counters, the light switches, lamp shades, the phone...Everything!

The hotel is just okay. We only stayed one night for a show at Met Life. Just average hotel for average price. As long as you don't expect much you probably won't be disappointed. I would stay again though for another show at Met Life now that we figured out a few inconveniences.

Perfect for a Quick Crash, Not a long term romance

To be fair, the staff was lovely — but they’re basically working in a disaster zone. The hallways smelled like stale urine, the laminate floors were grimy, and the kitchen came with… absolutely nothing. No pots, no pans, not even a spoon. The bathroom? Cracked tiles, toothpaste on the walls, moldy grout, and a peeling tub so dirty you’d rather not touch it. And let’s not forget the mattress that creaked like it was narrating your every toss and turn. The “free breakfast” was a sad handful of granola bars and muffins. Unless you’re here for an ironic travel story, book somewhere else.
