Really great place to stay. You can walk to Target from the hotel. Many restaurants and. shopping near the hotel as well. They clean your room and the hotel everyday. The breakfast is ok. Great Stay!

Il y’a la personne qui était à l’accueil n’est pas accueillante, elle n’a même pas dit bonjour. Le lendemain matin on s’est croisé devant la salle du déjeuner pas de bonjour encore.
Il avait une odeur bizzare et étouffante dans l’ascenseur 3 et dans le couloir du 3 étage.
La deuxième journée de notre séjour il n’avait pas d’eau chaude et lorsque un de nous amis a mentionné le problème à la réception( la même personne) elle a dit on peut rien faire.
Sinon le déjeuner était bien rien à dire.

Great place to stay if planning g on hitting the American Dream Nickelodeon park or anything in Manhattan. Convenient location, great amenities and our go to place.
Just spent our second year here and will always cone back here if I want to be close enough to new york city or met stadium.

I arrived super late, at 1:30am, and the front desk attendant was ready to help me! Such a relief. He got me into my room quickly. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was great! Lots of options including make your own waffle. Fruit, eggs and sausage also available. Nice spacious dining room. Everything was perfect for my quick one night stay. Employees were friendly and super helpful. Thank you!

My fiancé and I had to stay at La Quinta because we were having our floors refinished and we had to take her two cats with us. We made it as comfortable for them as possible and we asked for an end room in a quiet area. We were accommodated and did not have any problems at all. We never had the room serviced because of the cats, but we were there for three days and we never had a problem. The continental breakfast was very good. It was very quiet where we stayed and I’m just sorry that we never got to enjoy the pool! I would highly recommend anyone to stay at La Quinta in Clifton, New Jersey.

I stayed for 3 nights and they did not come in after the 2nd night and get rid of the trash. I told the front desk and they said you have to request it. Yet they did it on Friday. I left a tip with a note for Friday. I also left a tip for Saturday and was gone all day and no one even came in my room. The \"Do Not Disturb\" sign was NOT on the door handle.

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend, and the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

For the entire duration of our stay, there was no hot water available in either of our rooms. As a result, my children and the rest of my family were unable to take a proper shower for two consecutive days. This created a major inconvenience and significantly impacted what should have been a comfortable stay.

When I approached the front desk to report the issue, the two staff members on duty showed absolutely no concern or empathy. Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience or offering any reassurance, they simply stated that \"someone is working on it\" in a dismissive and rude tone. There was no acknowledgment of how disruptive this situation was for paying guests.

What made matters even worse was witnessing several other guests come to the front desk with the exact same complaint. The response they received was equally unprofessional. The front desk staff bluntly told them there was nothing they could do about the lack of hot water. They further stated that checkout time had already arrived and that guests would not be permitted to return to their rooms to verify whether the hot water had been restored unless they paid to book an additional night.

The complete lack of hot water for two days was unacceptable, but the indifferent, rude, and unapologetic attitude displayed by the front desk staff was even more troubling. When a hotel experiences a major service failur

The overall stay was good but the AC in the room was awful it was about 90 degrees out and the room was not cooling down. We heard other guests complaining about the same thing. We had to go out and buy a fan to be able to make it through the second night. It’s an ok hotel to stay at for like a night but kit multiple especially with AC issues.

While we were there the pool got shut down and was out of service the entire stay. We had only chosen this location because it had an indoor pool. They didn't offer any compensation and were even a little rude when I asked if I would be penalized for transferring to another hotel.

Llegamos tipo 9 de la noche y la reserva era para 2 habitaciones . Nos entregaron las mismas y a nosotros nos entregaron la 213 y empezo nuestra odisea. Caminando con maletas de aqui para alla buscando. Regresamos a la recepcion y nos dan las o dicavilbes de nuevo en ingkes y no hablamos ingles y de nuevo a buscar lo q entendimos a medias , ya cansados despues de casi 1 hora , cargando maletas mi esposa va y reclama para que alguien nos acompañe y nos lleve y resulto que no era la 213 si no la 273 y el señor de seguridad al que enviaron a indicarnos ratifica el numero y nos dice !!!siete!! A lo cual respondimos indicandole el número de la tarjeta !! Uno!! Y el responde en !!! Inglés siete en español uno!!! Realmente quedamos muy molestos. Se equivocan dando la informacion, perdemos tiempo valioso de descanso, generan un estress por no encontrar el numero y adicional no reconocen y nos dicen que el error es nuestro. Tienen camaras y nos vieron y no hicieron nada.siempre nos tocaba ir a decir que no encontrábamos y la chica de recepcion haciendo caras como de fastidio y molestia x no encontrar la habitacion y lo demostraba . No le gustaba que preguntaramis. El hotel es grande suguieto tener un mapa para orientar al huesped y esto sirve para todos lis idiomas y no los molestarian. De hecho tengo la foto

Just below average basic. I don’t understand ppl claiming it’s so great… It was fine enough for a single night, but I wouldn’t bother staying there again. I’d rather pay a little more to stay elsewhere, or maybe pay about the same but stay a little further away. Either way, I’d like a place that’s a little better maintained & cleaner overall. I’ll say the actual hotel room, including the bathroom, was better than the hallways & elevators. I was really worried the room would be unacceptable after seeing the condition of tore up & dirty flooring & walls of the hallways & elevators, but it was closer in condition to the main lobby, which looked acceptable. Still, I won’t bother booking there again.

I never checked in because this was the wrong location. When I contacted the property through their contact portal, they never responded to my written messages. When I spoke to a live representative for this location, she told me that my reservation was cancelled and that I wouldn’t be charged. She also told me I would receive a confirmation email in a few minutes. I booked another Wyndham location based on this information. When I never received the confirmation email, I called again and was then told that the representative lied to me and did not cancel my reservation and that I was already charged for my stay. The property manager at this location clearly tried to take profit for this stay along with my new booking at the other location.
Unfortunately, for this person, I have all of the recordings from my calls, so this would be considered a fraudulent charge. It’s a shame that customers have to fight to be treated fairly all for the sake of taking profit for the night vs the lifetime value of me as a customer.

The Breakfast was grat, but really packed on Memorial Day. Didn't make it to the pool due to it being more crowded than I typically liked. I did mange to make it to the fitness center twice. There were people in & out during my workout, but I really enjoyed using the eliptical machine. It was nice there were 2 TVs in the room.

The breakfast was great. They had the normal foods like scrambled eggs and sausage patties and waffles. They had coffee, orange juice snd apple juice and milk. They had some fresh fruit, like bananas and oranges. It was very filling. The room itself was nice. It was a little hard to walk with the luggage out bc the space between bed and desk and chair was not there. The bathroom was clean and had very good hot water. The pool was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed using it.

We booked ahead for 2 nights May 23-25, called that we are going to arrived at 12am, the guy asked for my information and the number of beds. Got there to only find out that they don’t have room availability. Thanks to expedia for helping us find a new hotel. We got to Best Western Premier at 2:30am. It was a very tiring rainy 4 hours drive from MD.

We stay here when we travel back East. It is a convenient Location in Clifton and close to Target, Applebee's, and other Shopping Stores without going onto Rt 3. Its ashamed that the attached Old Restaurant Red Robin has closed since our last Visit. Looks like they renovated the property some. We cannot complain about the Breakfast as we ate there Daily.

I was disappointed in the sounds the hallway was loud. Some banging. You could hear the traffic as if there was no window. I've stayed on the 1st floor prior. Wasn't as noisy. The s cond floor is too noisy. I had a hard time sleeping. Overall everything else was fine.

Be aware that this hotel practices overbooking. We booked and paid for our room, then arrived at the hotel at 2:00 a.m. only to be told that the hotel was full and no room was available for us. The management appears to overbook rooms without properly managing remaining reservations. No one contacted us in advance, even though they already knew additional guests would be arriving and no rooms were available. Expedia eventually helped by finding us another hotel and issuing a one-night refund. During the two hours we spent trying to find another place to stay in the middle of the night, we saw two other families experiencing the same issue.

Staff were exceptionally friendly! Room was clean. Everything was good, only exceptionally was the microwave didnt sound good, so we used the one in the lobby. Also, one suggestion would be thst it would be awesome to have a water bottle filler near the water fountain. The water fountain was so small of a stream, I couldn't fill my cup, so would have to purchase water. These days everyone carries bottles/cups, it would be cool to have the filler available. But all in all, we had a pleasant stay.

We checked in early just to drop off our luggage, charged an extra 50$. We were there less than 24hrs. The hotel did not smell good. The staff were not friendly. Unfortunately the pictures make this hotel look amazing for the price we paid.
