2. I was happy that I could at least crack the window open to get some fresh air.

3. At 11:50 someone picked up and mentioned that at 12pm the systems would be down for auditing and I would have to wait until 2:30am to check in.
4. I then ask whether there was someway of checking in without me physically present. I was given the process but then I had 10 minutes to do this while driving. I did pull over and sorted this all out by 12:30am or so.
In anycase, everything else was good once I checked in. But you guys really have to do some serious work on customer service and with your front-desk folks!

We needed a airport shuttle at 815AM which we informed the desk upon check in the night before. However in the morning, we were informed the drive would not be in until 9 AM. Since the shuttle was complentary there was nothing they would do expect suggest a cab.

The staff is terrible. There is no concept of customer service. Do not rely on shuttle service as they won’t provide it in bad weather, rainy weather and on weekends. There is no breakfast as they claim. They will give a cup of coffee with a muffin in the name of breakfast. Worst experience ever.

The staff were courteous. The mattress was great and firm. However, the facility exterior is dirty and the entrance as well. Even though on the website and the message I received from the property it says that a shuttle is available between 7:45 am to 10pm, the shuttle was not available. There were other properties much better and I choose this one because it offers shuttle service

Clean room, near to restaurants, only issue was the message about where to get the shuttle, gave the wrong info. Thankfully I saw an airport worker who told me the right airtrain stop. Then when I phoned, the shuttle doesn't go on weekends so I was told to get a different hotel's shuttle and cross the road.

The issue was everything. It was a day after a storm and there was no place to park. The parking lot was not plowed, and my car was stuck in snow multiple times. Actually had to shovel myself out. In spite of them being no place to park to actually stay at the hotel I cannot cancel my reservation. So I had to park in an adjoining parking lot and hope that my car was still there in the morning. Once I checked in, I was given a room key and when I opened the room, it was someone else’s room! The bed was slept in, and there was food and open containers all around the room. When I went back downstairs, they decided to try to check rooms before putting me in them. They opened the room and then close the door quickly and said nope not that one before putting me in another one which thankfully had no one else In it. If there was one bright spot, the girl at the desk in the evening was at least nice. But do not book this hotel unless you have no other options.

the staff were short and cold. The property needed a good cleaning ages ago. The room was barely ready for someone to stay in it. It looked like it was rushed to be put together. There was no hot water. I waited for over an hour while checking for hot water. It was straight cold. I went to the desk and she said she would maintenance. The guy came in and put his in water and said its cold because everyone is taking a shower. Apparently every single person decided to take a shower at the same time. I checked out. I paid for extended parking while I was gone and the hotel had a shuttle to the airport. The next day I went it got a parking pass. when I went back in I asked about the shuttle and was told there isn't a shuttle because it was getting serviced. Horrible experience

The room smelled of food because people were cooking down the hall. The Shower had no hot water. A friend of mine had a room a few doors down from where I was staying and she had no heat in her room. To top it all off they never had their parking lot plowed until twelve hours into a huge snow storm which caused both my friend and I to dig ourselves out of their parking lot in order to get to work safely and on time. The manager of the hotel was nowhere to be found and left his staff to deal with all of these issues alone because I was not the only person at the front desk complaining about other issues that they we’re also having.

The description of this hotel should be updated to make it clear that you are on your own for breakfast and you have to ask for even the most basic items in your room. Also, why does it take 2-3 business days for the $100(!) security deposit to be returned?

The room was disgusting. The sheets were dirty. I had to switch out the sheets. The bathrooms were not clean. The room smelled like smoke when I came down to exchange the sheets they gave a can for breeze to try to make the room smell better. I would never recommend this property to anybody.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes calling out hello with no answer. Finally I called the phone number and the person answered b he was behind the counter the entire time he just never came out from around the corner. Shuttle service does not run when I need it but that detail was not provided at booking. Lack of service lack of important information just overall a poor experience.

I drove 6 hours with a baby. When I reach front desk there was only one person checking in. It took a while to be checked in. She gave me a parking pass for my horrible experience.

Repeated calls to the hotel went to a touch tone system that went unanswered. After several attempts, the front desk picked up and I was told their van was broken down and I should find another way to get to the hotel.
At the hotel, my room was filthy: bed unmaid, cooking pots / pans were unwashed and piled up on a counter and the room smelled of unwashed bodies. The front desk person - very - looked, agreed immediately, and took me to another room. Same thing! The 3rd room was properly made up, clean but worn: a stray electric cable - live! - was laying on the floor, batbtub was dirty and the drain cap was missing. Other small wear and tear issues.

Whole hotel reeks of smoke smell… rooms are not cleaned… bedsheets have holes in them. Hair dryer was not there and when asked for it, they sent some broken hair dryer which started sparkling when turned on.. room smells bad

Choose another location nearby and spend the extra twenty / fourty dollars to not sleep on a rock with a sheet for a blanket. Hallway floors were filthy — room wasn’t awful just to lay your head for a couple hours. Would never stay here longer than the little bit we needed the room for. Seems like people stay here awhile or something. There was a guest rolling around the hallways, with their room’s office chair like a wheel chair… holding their dog. Just overall shady spot — if our kids were with us I would’ve demanded a refund. Main lobby stunk of “skunk”… bless the person behind the desk (who I don’t think the smell came from). I stay for 6 days i had alot of large heavy irems to move out on my checkout and no push cart in the whole building two are missing resting in there rooms also there are wheelchairs parked outside of rooms people using desk seats for wheelchair.

Because of your false information, we were left stranded at the airport. Our only options? Pay nearly $400 for a last-minute rental car or $150 each way for an Uber. On top of that, we were forced to book a different hotel last-minute at twice the cost — all because of your failure to provide accurate information.

I am very disappointed with this hotel and shuttle service. The shuttle from the airport was supposed to be available until 10:45 p.m. I called and requested a pickup for my dad at 9:30. The shuttle came but didn’t even stop. He waited for the next one, but nobody came. When I called an hour later, they said it was too late and that the shuttle was no longer running. It was only 10:30 p.m. I had to call a taxi for my dad. The breakfast option can’t even be considered a real breakfast—it’s just coffee or tea and cupcakes.

When we arrived at the hotel, we saw a man and woman sitting in the parking lot smoking. First red flag. When we got inside, we had to wait awhile. Next, a young lady came to check us in. While getting checked in. I noticed everything looked dark and musty. The lady told us if we needed clean towels, we had to bring the dirty towels downstairs. Also, if we needed pots and pans we had to get that from downstairs. We got our keys and headed to the room. When we got to the room, we met the room door ajar. Second red flag. The beds were very tiny and jammed against the wall. The room was not what we expected. There were no cooking utensils in the kitchen. Didn't like the room. What was supposed to be eight nights turned into one night. We politely checked out the next day. This room gave us PTSD vibes. Not pleased at all.

We were family of 7 on the way to hotel. We had a reservation for 4 days for 2 rooms, but the hotel called us on the day of reservation and told that they don’t have any rooms available in their hotel, which was not expected at 7 pm in the night. It was a horrible experience. Will never book this hotel again.
