The stay was disappointing overall. The “breakfast included” consisted of only coffee and a muffin, which was far below expectations. The room was also not fully clean when I arrived, and the hotel itself is in need of updates and renovation. The property has potential, but cleanliness, maintenance, and breakfast quality definitely need improvement.

There was lots of trash outside of the main entrance with an over-flowing garbage. It remained that way when we checked out the following day. Also, the bathtub looked dirty although I imagine it was actually cleaned. They need to seriously update the rooms on the property.

Stay away! Booked a room for 1 night. Only considered this place because they advertised having a free shuttle. Guess what? Upon my arrival they told me that there was NO SHUTTLE. It turned out that the place also does not have hot water, is dirty, smells like an ashtray, and has tenants yelling at each other all night long discussing their domestic disputes and failed drug deals. Horrible place to stay!

The check in staff was great. We had 3 rooms total - one room was dirty upon check in so the staff had to go check to make sure the other rooms were cleaned prior to giving us room keys. One room had dirty sheets. During the night time, we did see a roach in the bathrooms in All of our rooms.

There was food on the elevator floor. No one knew how to connect my firestick to the tv. There was only one person on staff. There was nothing in the room to cook with. I shouldn't have to call the front desk for cups, plates, etc. I called to see if i could do an earlier check in but was told no because they were short staff on house keeping.

After having been told by the hotel they were overbooked (despite having our reservation confirmed), my family and I (3 adults) were sent to a room with a single bed that, according to the personnel who checked us in, “could have had (or not) had a sofa bed.” When we went into the room (#214) it was in an absolutely disgusting state. There was indeed a sofa bed, but after pulling it out, it was so dirty that we wanted to puke. In general, horrible experience. The staff, including the manager, failed to understand our situation and offered no solution whatsoever.

This was an awful stay. They had the wrong information for the shuttle, which ended up costing us $50 in a taxi fare. Then, when I got to the hotel, there was no one to check us in for at least 10 minutes. When she did show up, there was no apology for the wait or the wrong information given for the shuttle. The hotel is run down. It says that breakfast is provided, but it is just muffins in plastic that you can take with you. Truly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

# The good
1. I was surprised that the room had a kitchen setup with a good size fridge, range, and microwave.
2. I was happy that I could at least crack the window open to get some fresh air.

# The not-so good.
1. I mentioned to the front-desk folks that I would do a late check-in at 1am. I was told to call back about 11pm to give the staff a heads-up.
2. I call from 11pm to 11:45pm an no one picked up.
3. At 11:50 someone picked up and mentioned that at 12pm the systems would be down for auditing and I would have to wait until 2:30am to check in.
4. I then ask whether there was someway of checking in without me physically present. I was given the process but then I had 10 minutes to do this while driving. I did pull over and sorted this all out by 12:30am or so.

In anycase, everything else was good once I checked in. But you guys really have to do some serious work on customer service and with your front-desk folks!

We needed a airport shuttle at 815AM which we informed the desk upon check in the night before. However in the morning, we were informed the drive would not be in until 9 AM. Since the shuttle was complentary there was nothing they would do expect suggest a cab.

The staff is terrible. There is no concept of customer service. Do not rely on shuttle service as they won’t provide it in bad weather, rainy weather and on weekends. There is no breakfast as they claim. They will give a cup of coffee with a muffin in the name of breakfast. Worst experience ever.

Consensus in my family is the this hotel is disgusting, and we will demand a partial refund.

Even though on the website and the message I received from the property it says that a shuttle is available between 7:45 am to 10pm, the shuttle was not available. Clean room, near to restaurants, only issue was the message about where to get the shuttle, gave the wrong info. Thankfully I saw an airport worker who told me the right airtrain stop. Then when I phoned, the shuttle doesn't go on weekends so I was told to get a different hotel's shuttle and cross the road.

The issue was everything. It was a day after a storm and there was no place to park. The parking lot was not plowed, and my car was stuck in snow multiple times. Actually had to shovel myself out. In spite of them being no place to park to actually stay at the hotel I cannot cancel my reservation. So I had to park in an adjoining parking lot and hope that my car was still there in the morning. Once I checked in, I was given a room key and when I opened the room, it was someone else’s room! The bed was slept in, and there was food and open containers all around the room. When I went back downstairs, they decided to try to check rooms before putting me in them. They opened the room and then close the door quickly and said nope not that one before putting me in another one which thankfully had no one else In it. If there was one bright spot, the girl at the desk in the evening was at least nice. But do not book this hotel unless you have no other options.

the staff were short and cold. The property needed a good cleaning ages ago. The room was barely ready for someone to stay in it. It looked like it was rushed to be put together. There was no hot water. I waited for over an hour while checking for hot water. It was straight cold. I went to the desk and she said she would maintenance. The guy came in and put his in water and said its cold because everyone is taking a shower. Apparently every single person decided to take a shower at the same time. I checked out. I paid for extended parking while I was gone and the hotel had a shuttle to the airport. The next day I went it got a parking pass. when I went back in I asked about the shuttle and was told there isn't a shuttle because it was getting serviced. Horrible experience

The room smelled of food because people were cooking down the hall. The Shower had no hot water. A friend of mine had a room a few doors down from where I was staying and she had no heat in her room. To top it all off they never had their parking lot plowed until twelve hours into a huge snow storm which caused both my friend and I to dig ourselves out of their parking lot in order to get to work safely and on time. The manager of the hotel was nowhere to be found and left his staff to deal with all of these issues alone because I was not the only person at the front desk complaining about other issues that they we’re also having.

The hotel was the worst ever.
I1 I had to take out my own trash.
2. I had to take the linen downstairs and pick up clean ones at the front desk.
3. The shower water was lukewarm.
My husband and I spent over 1 hr. shoving our car out. ( I stopped because I got sharp pains in my head.
The only maintenance man borrowed out shovel to dig out company van, said he was not helping us.
The refrigerator is old dated and noisy.
Also expedia is misrepresenting this hotel by saying breakfast is included not sure. There was coffee tea and muffins, no napkins.
I plan to contact corporate for a full refund for the shoveling and the fact I had to become one of their unauthorized workers. Don't recommend this place to anyone. Its an upgraded homeless shelter.

On the Orbitz website, this hotel stay said it "include breakfast". No "breakfast" was available or provided. There was simply coffee, and some store-bought muffins were placed on a table opposite the front desk.
Secondly, the bed had no blankets provided, the pillows were meager and only one plastic cup was provided in the bathroom. The water pressure was also very low (room 136). The description of this hotel should be updated to make it clear that you are on your own for breakfast and you have to ask for even the most basic items in your room. Also, why does it take 2-3 business days for the $100(!) security deposit to be returned?

Our stay was ok just that the hotelonly provides three pillows on the bed and qhen call for the fourth pillow they said they dont have one another thing was that they didnot carry an ice machine nor ice buckets or a gift shop .Front desk staff always step away for the front office so when you needed to call for something there was nobody to help you it was like fending for yourself .

1.Close to the airport, clean room with kitchen and bathroom.
2. Close to bus stop in NYC (115) and shopping mall.
Bad sides:
1. I have never seen such a poor breakfast - just filter coffee and cheap muffins, that's all! No even toasts(
2. Strange people stay there.
3. They accept only cards; I wanted to pay cash for 1 night. deposit $100.
4. If you want to transfer, you need to call them from the airport (P4, free), and wait 30-40 minutes. Another transfers runs non-stop.
Price per night was 128 dollars, next time I wil stay in neibor hotel.

I drove 6 hours with a baby. When I reach front desk there was only one person checking in. It took a while to be checked in. She gave me a parking pass for my horrible experience.

When I called to ask for a playpen for the baby she said they didn’t have any and rudely hung up.

Repeated calls to the hotel went to a touch tone system that went unanswered. After several attempts, the front desk picked up and I was told their van was broken down and I should find another way to get to the hotel.

At the hotel, my room was filthy: bed unmaid, cooking pots / pans were unwashed and piled up on a counter and the room smelled of unwashed bodies. The front desk person - very - looked, agreed immediately, and took me to another room. Same thing! The 3rd room was properly made up, clean but worn: a stray electric cable - live! - was laying on the floor, batbtub was dirty and the drain cap was missing. Other small wear and tear issues.

My stay at this extended stay hotel was okay overall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially with our late checkout to match our flight. The location is less than 15 minutes from the airport, which is convenient, but I had trouble with the shuttle service, waited over an hour and ended up calling a Lyft due to miscommunication. Choose another location nearby and spend the extra twenty / fourty dollars to not sleep on a rock with a sheet for a blanket. Hallway floors were filthy — room wasn’t awful just to lay your head for a couple hours. Would never stay here longer than the little bit we needed the room for. Seems like people stay here awhile or something. There was a guest rolling around the hallways, with their room’s office chair like a wheel chair… holding their dog. Just overall shady spot — if our kids were with us I would’ve demanded a refund. Main lobby stunk of “skunk”… bless the person behind the desk (who I don’t think the smell came from). Just don’t be like us and spend the extra $$ and choose another hotel. Not sure why reviews I read didn’t make this place seem bad.
