Had a lovely stay at Skradinski Buk Hotel in Skradin, the room was a decent size with comfy beds & a balcony looking out to the mountains & town, plus large modern bathroom with complementary soaps. The staff were friendly & helpful, & breakfast had a good selection of teas, coffee, cereals, croissants, bread etc & cooked. The granola & chocolate croissants were great.
The hotels location was perfect, just around the corner from the bus stop & situated in the town & only a few minutes walk to the harbour & beach. Also plenty of great bars & restaurants to choose from, our favourites being bistro & bar pini (opposite the hotel), mate vino, restaurant & pizzeria sol & restaurant bonaca.
Also would definitely recommend visiting Krka national park while there, the boat from skradin to Skradinski buk waterfall is included in park ticket & addition excursion to the monastery & Roski slap can be purchased while at the park.

Great location, vey helpful to have parking included. I arrived very early and could not check in at first, but could park my car, it felt (and was) safe. I was able to check in an hour earlier than check in time, and the host helped me figure out the air conditioning which was necessary that day!

A good hotel, perfect for visiting Krka National Park. Lovely and quiet, air-con was effective at keeping the room cool. Breakfast was ok with enough choice. Supermarket was almost next-door, 2 minute walk with good choice of snacks and cheap. Booked a twin room which consisted of a double bed and single - very comfortable. Would definitely visit again.

This is a lovely spot in the heart of town with great customer service, a plentiful breakfast and only a couple steps to the Krka National park ferry. The room was clean and comfortable although an extra blanket may have been nice. The breakfast was plentiful and the quality of the food was great. The lady at reception was so accommodating and friendly, I wish I remembered her name. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and attended to during my stay. The on-site parking was much appreciated as it is a busy area being so close to Krka National park. There are many cute restaurants and shops just steps from this hotel.

The receptionist was very indifferent. He didn’t help me with my bags, and although the hotel was pretty empty, only gave me a very small room, where he could easily have upgraded me as a gesture of goodwill.
I mentioned this later to the manage, who shrugged me off as though he didn’t understand. When I asked the receptionist later to felon. Me with a store address, I got the feeling I was putting him out.

Great location
We wanted to visit the waterfalls so thought it would make sense to drive straight there from the airport and spend a night rather than having to travel back from Split. Hotel was easy to find and in a great location only a few minutes walk to the boat to get to the Krka waterfalls. We had booked a twin room but were given a 2-bedroom apartment which was great, only issue was that we couldn't get the air conditioning to work although this was eventually fixed by staff that same night. Food in the hotel restaurant was great, the (included) breakfast was average with bread and eggs and cold meat. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again if we were in the area.

We had one night in Skradin to get an early morning visit to Krka National Park. We had a much better stay than we'd anticipated - the town is lovely, the hotel is in a great location and was really nice! It looked newly refurbished, so everything was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fairly basic, but it did the job. Our only quibble was the aircon - it was reasonably warm when we were there, but the aircon/heater couldn't be set any lower than the temperature outside? A bit confusing and perhaps this was due to the time of year we visited (May). Maybe they change it during the Summer months. Other than that, we would definitely return and recommend!

really enjoyed our stay the trip up to KRKA was amazing the breakfast at the hotel was adequate although it was a bit repetitive every morning scrambled egg hot dog sausages cheese ham bread and yoghurts and fruit. our room had a massive bathroom but had no view or balcony however it was clean and we had no problems the staff were friendly and helpful and all in all we had a really nice stay

Beautiful,quaint villiage with natural beauty everywhere. Not only are there 7 waterfalls, incredible hiking,fantastic food, pleasant,kind natured locals,wonderful for families ,couples, groupoutings,something for everyone in a most beautiful setting in nature.yes, you can swim in those falls!

Window Shutters not working but fixed by the maintenance guy.
Shower kept turning off and we had to hold a push button in to get continuous water.
The safe in the room did not work.
The Air Conditioning did not function for tw of our three nights.
The light on the outside balcony was reported as not working on our arrival, it still wasn't when we left.
A real shame because the hotel was nice and the food was excellent

We stayed in a family suite, with 2 bedrooms. The room wasn't fancy, but everything was clean and worked fine, including the bathroom. The staff answered all our questions (there were several). The location was right in the small town, and just a couple of blocks from the boat dock. Plenty of free parking too! It may not be the fanciest place, but we would stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Für unsere Zwecke genau das richtige. Hotel mit Parkplatz, leicht zu finden, 2-5 Minuten vom Wasser/Hafen entfernt, direkt an alten Stadtkern. Ausstattung schon etwas älter, aber für 1-2 völlig ausreichend und sauber. Frühstück solide, Basics + Schokocroissant und somit für uns genau das richtige für einen guten Start in den Tag im Nationalpark.

Skradin is a nice location close to the water with a small beach. However the Hotel is far from what I read in the reviews.

When looking at our room (nr 102) a socket was hanging out of the wall, plaster coming from the ceiling but worst of all there was serious mold in the shower, the cup in the bathroom was dirty inside and they didn’t clean behind the sink for a long time.
So, Skradinski buk can improve very easily (hygiene and cleanliness) which can make it a nice option to stay when visiting Krka NP for example.

Voor zijn geld is dit deels gerenoveerd hotel zeker prima! Helemaal centraal in Skradin. Ontbijt okee voor het budget. Wat een beetje verwonderde was het vrij grote aantal personeelsleden, maar ook de hoeveelheid tijd die ze mogen besteden aan roken en koffie drinken op het terras. Goed voor hen, maar het komt raar over.
