They don't clean under the beds. No soap in the bathroom. Hotel quite presentable but overpriced. Don't rely on their airport shuttle service, let us down both ends. First time the driver no showed for the first 4am run (for an 8am flight) and they had to get us an uber. Second time they gave us conflicting and ultimately incorrect pick-up information, so we booked an uber.
3 stars, not great not terrible.

Good airport hotel on a budget. Airport shuttle was free and seamless, and the room and lobby had free coffee. Staff were professional, but some of them (especially the shuttle drivers) were super gruff and cold. Rooms definitely could have been cleaner, especially the bathrooms. The tiles had dirty grout, there were hairs on the ceiling (like, how??), and it had a weird smell. The bed was clean and comfy though, and the room was spacious with a fantastic mountain view. I'd stay here again, but only if the price was right.

The girls at the front desk were new and told us the wrong instructions to get the shuttle from the airport, resulting in an over an hour wait outside. Once we arrived, there was no apology and a slow check-in line. We were also disappointed with the cost, and the hotel requires upgrades. There was also no shuttle to our morning flight, and the girls again forgot our voucher.

Was told to call for aiport shuttle when we got to the airport. Called over and over again and let it ring for up to six minutes each time and no one answered. Finally a guy answered and we got the shuttle. When we checked in, he asked if we needed the morning shuttle, we said yes and he confirmed that we should be in the lobby for 4:30. In the morning a different guy said there was no record of us needing a shuttle and he had to call us a cab. Bed had a yellowing blanket just wrapped with an outer sheet (blanket was originally white), shower had orange scum, and there was someone else's clothing sticker sticking off of the closet. The shower was the worst we have ever experienced - even worse than camping. Zero pressure - it was more of a mister. Also, bathroom sink had no hot or warm water and also very little pressure, but much better than the shower. Didn't try the huge tub, so not sure there. Other than that, the room was huge and has a lot of potential. Tons of storage, big TV, comfortable pillows and bed. Looks visually like a nice place and in a very convenient location, but needs a lot more care and attention paid to guest experience. After a 9 hour flight, a decent shower would have been nice, but will never stay again based on the horrible shower alone. Couldn't even get the shampoo out.

This area has dozens and dozens of asian restaurants (Korean hotpot, Japanese sushi, etc!!) within walking distance or within 5 minute drive. Friendly staff and only 10 min drive or shuttle to airport. If you need the airport shuttle- book it when you are checking in!

Of all the places we stayed during our trip to Vancouver, this Grand Park hotel was by far the worst. The front desk staff greeted guests with a completely lifeless demeanor. Furthermore, the window in our room was broken and wouldn't close; as a result, the entire room felt as though it were situated right on an airport runway, suffering from severe noise pollution. Since we have to head to the airport early tomorrow morning, the noise made it absolutely impossible for us to get any rest; we were forced to get up in the middle of the night to request a room change. We would never stay at a hotel like this again.

Was there with my son and family. We specifically booked a hotel to park a vehicle for a week. After waiting for almost an hour the shuttle never came. When calling the hotel to ask each of us was on hold for at least 15 minutes. My son ended up taking a cab to the hotel to pick up his vehicle and get the rest of the family from the airport.

It was pretty good experience for us to stayed there. The only matter was the lotion and the hair conditioner bottle which mounted on the wall hard to replace and the house keeping staff just left the new bottles on the the bathroom counter instead of put them in the right place .

Be extremely careful in the walkin showers in the rooms. There is no anti-slip product on the shower floors. I suffered a severe fall in the shower when I went to close the door and it was stuck. Lost my footing as the shower was wet. Injured my hand, back and neck. Staff did not write an incident report or offer any information as to who I should speak to about this hazard

We had an incident with our son and they were very kind and concerned for us. He was fine after a trip to the ER, and we continued our trip. They were able to keep us in the same room for one more night, which was really convenient.

The phone for the shuttle service from the airport did not work and twice i tried to phone the hotel directly but nonofy ever answered. Just recordings so we finally ended up taking a cab. Check in was smooth but all but 2 lights did not work in the room. I called down to the desk but nobody answered so i went down to let them know. Nothing was done about the lights eventually one of the nihht lamps worked. The drain in the bathtub was disgusting, full of black hair. Gross!

Staff not well trained, shuttle is shared between hotels and was full twice resulting in my waiting over 50 minutes at the airport to be picked up and then an hour to get back to the airport. Had I known, I would have stayed at the airport as losing 2 hours when traveling is frustrating. Hotel room was clean, water pressure in shower poor. Bed comfortable.

Amenities in room included microwave, fridge, coffee pod machine, room safe, ironing board, armchair & desk area. Overnight stay between flights. Shuttle available to & from the airport is handy. It was a clean facility and comfortable for last minute booking when I did not make my connecting flight. Not hotel issue really but bad behaviour of other guests heard in halls after midnight- sigh! Perhaps a little more sound proofing.
They have attempted to update it but a few more touches would be wonderful. Overall an ok place before a flight.

Disappointed. Poorly maintained. Empty body wash in shower. Hairs on bathroom floor. Had to move furniture to get sufficient plugs for electronic devices. Heavy dust on baseboards and under furniture. Window closure broken so window could not be fully closed. Restaurant tables and seating were old and uncomfortable. Restaurant food very poor. Wait staff was pitiful; lady sat behind a desk and barely looked up from her phone and disappeared into the kitchen when I went over to pay my bill. Do not stay at this hotel.
