Housekeeping was poor. Floor wasn’t even swept for 4 days. It was when I was in room before staff swept and mopped. Didn’t replace bath mat even though I was in room. Rang and told them, nothing happened. My last night the shower the shower jel was empty. Again didn’t get refilled.
My first day room had bad power points. I was moved to main building. Doors didn’t work properly. Housekeeping came and it took another day before it was rectified. One day tea bags were not replaced. Again had to ring housekeeping to replenish. The shampoo/ conditioner fell off the wall. Obviously poor workmanship. Didn’t get fixed at all. Overall disappointing. Sox was left by previous customer and didn’t get swept for three days until I moved it onto table and left a note to say it doesn’t belong to me before it was cleared away. Worst place for housekeeping.

Lovely grand hotel. Check in staff really helpful.
Lovely Pool though maintenance required on pool step at deep end.
Waiting staff at Coconuf Pool bar need to smile and be more attentive, very unfriend, even though you had a service charge automatically placed on your drink order!

My 6th stay here, so I must like it. It is a very good hotel for the money. It as 2 7/11’s either side. Shopping Unless it’s clothes you are looking for, you’ll need a taxi/tuktuk. It is time for a refurbishment. The passageways in tower A a re looking rather drab. Room are clean & tidy . Only thing I couldn’t do was turn air con down. I could lower it but in wouldn’t stay at temperature I set just re turn to the previous settings. If I stay in a Bangkok I’d stay here again.

Upon arrival we arrived to our room and found a cockroach. We were immediately moved to another unit in another tower. Plenty of local shopping but after 5pm no food available unless ordering from hotel, ordering off of grab or grabbing a grab and travelling about 2km which can take 15 minutes plus because of the constant traffic.

It was not good. We got completely ripped off by booking the “luxury” river cruise with the hotel. The river cruise was unsanitary and definitely not luxurious. The room service food was bad, one of the female bar servers was completely rude. I was actually shocked by this hotel in Bangkok. Not even 1 star. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

One of the worst stays I’ve had. First it took over 40 minutes just to get checked in to the hotel. Once I got into my room, it was dirty, walls were old and yellowish, desk was missing a handle. Room service forgot to give me toilet paper and I had to chase them down the hall to get one roll. They also didn’t take out my dirty plates from food I ordered earlier. Check out took way too long too because I needed the receipt paper I was given when I checked in, which they never informed me I needed to keep. I had just thrown it away before leaving the room & was told to go back and get it for check out. Huge inconvenience.

Hotel is in a great location and staff are wonderful. If staying as a group as to have everyone in your group in the same tower. Live music as the pool was excellent. Rooms themselves are very outdated but the bed was comfortable and I can’t complain for the price. We were just there for a night before catching our flight home

In my room 2 spots need to be fixed: The faucet handle at the sink needs to be fixed, the bathtub water leaking out on the tub. I was wondering how some water got out on the edge of the bathtub. Even the bathtub has a shower curtain. Thanks.

I love this hotel... It's a little old school, but it has a lot of charm. The staff is great, really kind, and helpful. The gym and pool are perfect. I stayed 7 nights... room service was good. I found the location walkable, but the boat to MBK is right by the exit of the hotel. All the tourist attractions are nearby... You won't find a better hotel for the price!

Beautiful building. Some staff very nice and others not so much. Heavily advertised Salon services dont live up to hype. Hygenic handling of drinks and food need to be better across the board. One case, server behind bar sneezed in his hands but did not wash after with soap and water. Another case a bartender touched part of a fruit garnish customer would eat when he shouldve handled garnish more carefully. Third case saw a server with finger up a nostril before she quickly withdrew when we made eye contact. An international clientele may generally expect a hotel that brands itself as a resort style destination to practice standard upscale protocols. However at the Thai dining one evening, servers were extremely attentive. So they were great compared to other colleagues.

Honestly, the best hotel I’ve ever been to the staff were so amazing. They accommodated my early check-in, and when there was an issue with the plumbing in my room, they immediately got it fixed and later sent a handwritten letter and a fruit tray as an apology not to mention the hotel itself was just absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing. Everything was so clean. Anyone who talks poorly about this hotel is lying. Especially with the cost I was amazed.

Our executive room was quite spacious and kept clean during our stay, although the faucet in the washroom kept twisting every time we changed the temperature of the water. Also surprised that there was only one outlet in this large room. The staff from the ground floor to check-in on the 11th to breakfast buffet on the 12th floor were all polite and helpful. The bar/pool/lounge areas on the 11th floor exudes a nice level of sophistication. Breakfast included basic Asian and western staples, which is fine for starting the day. The most disappointing thing to note was the exterior which is filled with merchants engaged in wholesale of textiles and apparel. The only way to get around was with the Grab app, which was crucial for our travels in Bangkok. All in all, a good value for our stay.

Rooms could be improved a bit dated, not enough lights hardly any sockets for charging mobiles, they have 4 towers so luggage could be dropped off any points so make sure you get yours at the right tower otherwise taxi could be waiting at wrong side of the building, location isn't bad, food average.

The hotel needs to be updated. We were placed in a room with outdated furniture that should not have been discarded. We did complain and they placed us in a much better suite. The staff was pleasant and accommodating to our needs. My daughter and son in law also stayed in the hotel and they had a nice suite that was updated and modern. They definitely need to do some renovation work in some of the hotel rooms. Overall, our stay was decent for the money.

Nice room and a great view! The hotel is slightly harder to reach except if you take the water taxi (which is super affordable at 12 baht, but make sure to keep operating hours in check) or a Bolt. It is close to a lot of local clothing shops, and I loved that it was right above a Seven Eleven. I would definitely choose it again a next time.

Room (2 bedroom suite) old and in real need for maintenance. Wardrobes and drawers don’t open and close without force. Stains and splashes of something on multiple walls with no attempt to clean. Old bathroom towels torn. Bedding stained and old. Everything just dirty and things could be fixed so easily but there isn’t any effort.

Room was very dated and hotel in need of repair. You have to put down a deposit of 1000 baht in cash, which you only get back when you check out? And credit card is not accepted for the deposit?? This is not 2005. Was not prepared for how bust the lobby of the hotel is, and that you have to take several elevators to get to the lobby, then another one to get to yoir building. In short, i wouldnt return to this hohotel.Extremelinconvient and disappointed
