There is no AC in the hotel. This is the 21st century. With all due respectx despite everything else, this fact made the stay intolerable.

Great stay st Bachmair Weissach. The hotel is beautiful. Particularly the stream that runs through it and the spa. Rooms are spacious, clean and quite nice. But there’s no a/c. It can get quite hot during the day. Staff was nice and attentive. Although service was a bit slow at times. Nothing too bad to detract from a wonderful experience

My visit to this wonderful hotel was exceptional. The service was so warm and welcoming through out the entire visit. The facilities are clean and thoughtful for every needs. The restaurants offers the top quality food with some local ingredients. I feel so rejuvenated and cared for after spending my holiday here. will wholeheartedly recommend this gem to all my friends.

Beautiful Spa Hotel, nice facilities combining traditional style with modern amenities. The Spa area is not the largest and can feel a bit crowded but we enjoyed the outdoor pool a lot. The breakfast choice is spectacular and we also had a very pleasant dinner at the hotel's own restaurant. Only downside here is that none of the 3 choices of restaurants caters well for vegetarian/vegan.

Exklusives Luxushotel welches keine Wünsche offen lässt! Erstklassiger Wellness/Spa-Bereich in dem man hervorragend abschalten kann. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da und konnten noch nicht mal alle Pools/Saunen nutzen. Zudem bekommt man Tickets zur anliegenden Kletterhalle. Die Lage nahe des Tegernsee mit Bergpanorama ist ebenfalls top. Super Frühstück!

Der Service war leider wirklich nicht gut. Handtücher wurden nicht regelmäßig gewechselt, Kosmetikartikel nicht aufgefüllt, die Bedienung war unfreundlich und hat sich Gästen gegenüber beschwert, dass er jetzt schon 9 Stunden arbeite. Essensbestellungen beim Frühstück wurden vergessen und erst nach doppelter Nachfrage dann gebracht - ohne Entschuldigung. Bei Auschecken hatten wir extra vorab angerufen, damit das Auto geholt wird (verpflichtender Valet), weil wir es eilig hatten. Auch das ist aber nicht geschehen. Stattdessen wurde uns an der Rezeption dann gesagt, dass wir die Schlüssel behalten hätten. Erst als jemand anderes nachgeguckt hat, hat das Hotel sie dann gefunden.

Un seul regret : j’avais demandé une chambre ensoleillée en étage avec terrasse. Il m’a été attribué une chambre Rez de jardin avec terrasse sans accès possible ( fenetre au lieu d’une porte fenêtre ) mal exposée, petite et sombre à côté de la porte d’entree Du bâtiment.
