They could not accomodate us in the airport shuttle and we had to pay $100 for a taxi from the airport. This hotel is very far from the airport!!!! The use of the sauna and whirlpool required payment and they said they were booked all of our stay so those features were not possible for us. The pool was closed. The hotel value for money was very poor. No breakfast for early departures.

Uncleaned bathrooms. Small room, couldn’t keep the triple because it was dirty and had to move to a smaller room as they said they didn’t have any more triples.
Hotel staff doesn’t replenish not even the water of bottle in the room. Apparently it’s only 1 bottle per stay regardless of how many days you’re there.

The hotel location was very convenient for us because family lives 6 minutes away. The bathrooms and rooms aren’t cleaned property. During my first stay I had to change rooms as it was filthy. The other rooms were o.k.
Breakfast was nice and plentiful. The lady at the recepción desk was very nice, while the others so, so. The €25 credit, they dictated was only to be used in the wellness w/ limited hours, (sauna and steam room) so we very were disappointed- didn’t say in Expedia, they just said they changed the policy recently. As we were not able to use it in 3 occasions due to schedule, and the last day they charged us for it, and had to spend aprox 25 minutes to get a credit back to my CC. . Not much to do around the hotel, is isolated and the shuttle to airport has limited hours.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. One of the main reasons I booked it was because it clearly stated that the airport transfer was free from the airport to the hotel, yet nowhere in the app or booking information did it mention that it had to be pre-booked or that it was only available during specific hours. This is misleading advertising, and it caused serious inconvenience upon arrival.

Additionally, the air conditioning filters were extremely dirty, which raises serious concerns about the hotel’s hygiene and maintenance standards. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that presents itself as professional and guest-oriented.

Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations at all, and I would not choose to stay here again.

I stayed for 4 nights and I would say I am very satisfied with my time at Everness

Hotel Everness offers shuttle bus service from the airport, but reservation is required ahead of time
Reception was very helpful and arranged a shuttle bus pick up, even though I did not make the reservation ahead of time

Food at the hotel restaurant is pretty good (when compared to North America hotel. Maybe the quality is average amount other Geneva hotels, but I have no other reference)

One thing the hotel could improve on is facility maintenance
On the first night, the shower drain was clogged (minus half a star)
On the second night, the clog was cleared, but the entire bathroom smells like sewer (minus half a star)
Then the hotel offers me a new room immediately, and I am very satisfied with the new room

I will definitely go again, and recommend the hotel to my friends

Fantastic variety of breakfast and good meal at dinner too. This is a nice hotel and very clean rooms. thumbs up for housekeping! shiny chrome and clean kettle and cups, everything you need for a relaxing stay they serve it. The billiards is a plus, kept us entertained whenever we cannot go out due to wet weather.. only downside is the transport, we expected shuttle to and from the airport. we booked this for the convenience of airport transfer. Monica collected us from the Airport. Gregory was really warm welcoming us, he has a very friendly smile (beautiful eyes) and easy to talk to.
However there was a slight misunderstanding with our room, we were given double bed instead for 3 guests (family) but was corrected the next morning and they gave us chicolaye when we came back to
our room
the next morning. was a sweet apology, made us smile.. Our 5 night Stay was all
good apart from our early flight, we booked 7am flight and We were told that shuttle is not 24hrs. the driver/receptionist comes at 6am, that is the availability of their shuttle. If you have an early flight, do not count on their shuttle. expedia didn't state this hence we paid extra for uber, it cost us extra £42 :(

My stay at the Everness Hotel was just fine. It was close to the airport and there was a free airport transfer. Herbert was my driver and he was very helpful in telling me about a local shopping mall that I could walk to or ride my bicycle. It’s because of him that I rented a bike and explore the area on wheels. The facility was well equipped with him, pool spa, and amazing restaurant. They offered complimentary breakfast and delicious meal options for dinner.

Hotel Everness was wonderful, we have no complaints. We arrived a few hours early and our room wasn't ready yet, but they offered to store our luggage for free. We had lunch at the restaurant, very good burgers and fries, by then our room was ready. We used the bus and train to get around. To get there from the airport, we took two trains and a bus. If we had planned ahead, shuttle service was available, which we did use when we left. The Swiss Pass travel app was very helpful figuring out routes. When the Coppet bus drops you off, go towards the round about, turn left, walk about 5-7 or so minutes down the sidewalk and you will see the big hotel. Staff was very helpful with everything. They speak good English and French. Self service Laundry was available (downstairs basement) for $5 wash and $5 dryer. Laundry soap was provided. You need to get a laundry card from front desk, be patient with the machine, it will start(after 30 seconds to a minute) Breakfast was included....excellent! Four tables of food, cheeses, slices meat, lots of bread options, jams for bread, whole table of fruit, omelettes, boiled egg, sausages links, hash browns patties, pancakes, cereal options and yogurt. Drinks were apple juice, orange juice, water or coffee. Coffee machine with many options, Expresso, maciatto, cappuccino, latte or Americano-just push a button you want for the coffee. Room service was also great, got fresh towels and bed made. Internet worked well for us. A

The property is pleasant and offers a good view, but it is somewhat distant from the city, limiting access to shops, particularly for dining. Additionally, the kitchen closes at 10:30 PM. During our stay, we were informed at 9:00 PM that the restaurant was fully booked and could not accommodate us, despite being hotel guests. With no nearby shops available, this situation left us dissatisfied.

Lovely stay for our last night in Switzerland. It’s a bit out of the way if you want to see Geneva and you don’t have a car - but there are still transit options. We opted just to relax by the poolside our last day and eat at the restaurant, which was fantastic. The staff too was so very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here for a weekend in November. Its a fine place to stay, its nothing fancy but does the job its supposed to. The food was OK, nothing special. Breakfast was brilliant lots of variety and fresh baked croissants and pain au chocolate went down well.
No swimming pool, not much of a gym, but there was a pool table that we used alot.

Lovely stay at the Everness hotel. Was quite out of the way though, with only the bus stop close by and buses runing at limited times.
Shopping centre was a 30 min walk to get supplies, or other food. With no car, we were restricted mainly to the hotel dinning, which was nice but a fairly small menu, especially for any fussy eaters!
Was a pleasant, quiet and relaxing stay.

It was clean and staff were pleasant, but I chose this property because it had a pool…the pool was ice cold (completely unheated) and the sauna was out of order, so hardly a resort. Given that the reason I chose this property was because it had a pool, it was very disappointing and misleading.

We went up to the spa but were completely ignored, she didn’t acknowledge us or even look up as I wanted at the desk to ask about a massage, completely unwelcoming.

The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and courteous.

The property is very isolated approximately 40 minutes by bus and train to Geneva and there is nothing in the area other than a tennis arena.

Stayed one night. Very clean and apparently recently upgraded. Good deal for area - $140 including taxes and extorsion level resort fees. Hotel restaurant beautiful view of Lake Geneva and also beyond, but restaurant prices typically Swiss resort level. Good quality food. Do only rich people travel in Switzerland?? Nice, helpful staff at reception. Restaurant waiters were as aloof and snooty as we have ever experienced.

Very Good 3 Star Hotel

The rooms are small but comfortable and have all the usual amenities. The pool area is a real bonus, unheated medium sized pool, but warm by late afternoon. I stayed for two nights and had dinner both nights in the hotel restaurant which was excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff are excellent and do every thing possible to make your stay as comfortable and pleasurable experience. I feel that as a 3 star hotel it provides excellent value for money and would stay again.

Stayed here on visit to Geneva. Easy access from highway. Comfortable room and nice breakfast. Hotel overlooks Lake Geneva. Had outdoor pool which looked nice, although we did not use it. Outside is being renovated with a new siding being erected, but did not interfere with our stay. Plenty of parking

While the hotel and rooms are. Ok, and view is grt, the restaurant is terrible... The food is overpriced, unappetizing, to say the least, and there service is pathetic and careless... They got the order wrong and i had to wait an hour to get the food served and all i got was - 'we are too full'... Would be forgiven if the food was good, alas.

Suburban Hotel Outside of Geneva

The hotel was nice enough and clean. Breakfast was provided which was nice.

The hotel is not in Geneva center. It is one train stop away from Geneva (about a ten minute train ride to Coppet). The hotel is not close to the train station in Coppet. You either have to take a bus and then walk (look for signs for Best Western upon exiting the bus to follow) or have set up a shuttle with the hotel.

The hotel does provide a free shuttle to the train station/airport if you tell them in advance when you want to go. They can also pick you up from train station if let's say you spent the day sight seeing in Geneva.

During our stay we were told to call them when we wanted to be picked up from the train station however, once we did call we were told the shuttle was unavailable which was unfortunate since we then had to rely on bus/walk.

Most of the staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is an affordable option if you don't mind the transportation to and from Geneva.

The hotel is very well kept. It was an overnight stay so the relatively long distance from the airport was a disadvantage for us. We had to leave at 5am because of our flight, an early breakfast option was mentioned but there was none at the time, except for some coffee from a coffee machine.

We stayed a couple of days in two rooms with good views of lake. The overall standard of the hotel was higher than expected. Family enjoyed the facilites at hotel such as gym and pool area. The location is out of town and 15 minutes drive from Geneva centre. Suited us as we wished to avoid the city centre.

We found the room a bit small but very clean The location is a bit remote if you do not have a car. However, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the train station in Coppet. Also, it would be nice to have coffee provided in the morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Only Taxi or shuttle service available from Geneva airport. To get to this hotel from Geneva, either you pay 70-80 £ for a taxi ride or take a risk of waiting for 1hr 40min at the airport watching 4-5 times of the same shuttle buses from other hotels.

Near to Geniva

We booked our room online; we had to change the room as it was very loud and very near to high way: We paid and extra CHF 30 a day for a confort room with no carpet? As the whole hotel is a *** star one should say that the high way is on one side! and very very loud!

Close to the airport, you get what you pay for

Not a bad hotel. Free shuttle from the airport. It is located about 30 minutes from downtown Geneva depending on traffic. If you are planning the visit the downtown area often, don't stay at this hotel...the transportation costs will be more than the money you save on the room. The restaurant service and food was surprisingly good, and the staff were responsive. A number of delegates to UN conferences stay at this hotel because it is quiet and away from the city. If you want something more lively, check out other options.

Motor cycle tour of the Alps

This is a really ugly looking hotel in an exceptional noisy location, overlooking a motorway, will ill fitting wiindows so a poor nights sleep.
Make sure you choose a room facing inland/lake.
