Gorgeous hotel, a short walk from the sea, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and night life. Taxis, and buses are steps away from the front door, while the trains are just a few minutes away. Incredible views of Tel Alvi, and the sea from the upper floor rooms.

New design in the old quarter

I stayed here for nine days recently enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was a good size, with a small balcony to drink my coffee on. Due to the age of the building, it lacks panoramic windows but that’s part of the charm.

The Hotel is a jewel in the heart of Jaffa/ south Tel Aviv. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that customer experience is A . Breakfast in plentiful and the rooms are comfortable. The Lobby is picturesque, located on the ruins of old Byzantine church. While the rooms are a bit small and there is some outside noise relating to the location of the property, if you are thinking of staying here, you should not be disappointed at all.

We can't say enough good things about this hotel staff.

Everyone at the Market House Hotel, especially Abraham, provided the best service we’ve ever received at any hotel we’ve been to. From the minute we arrived, they made us feel very welcomed. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, and the building was very centrally located in Jaffa.

We had an urgent medical need arise, and were at a loss for what to do. Abraham located us a travelers clinic and made us an appointment, which was totally above and beyond what we expected. We highly recommend this hotel not only for the location and building itself, but especially for the level of attention to detail and service provided by its staff. He also found us a great tour of Jerusalem that left from Tel Aviv and showed us the main sights. We appreciate you, Abraham!

Great location, but let down by the accommodation

Possibly the smallest bedroom I have ever seen. I could sit on the bed and wash my hands in the bathroom sink, thankfully I was not sharing but I had booked a room for two people. The bed was also uncomfortable and squeaked every time I moved. The reception staff were lovely and the dining area was really nice, it’s just a shame that the room was so disappointing.

This is a friendly hotel and service is primary for the guests. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a smaller hotel in Old Jaffa TelAviv. Good restaurants, shopping, and beach all close and an easy walk.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. Everything about it was great. Fantastic location in Jaffa. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There is happy hour from 5 to 7 pm where they serve free hors d’oeuvres and wine. Because we had an early start one morning, to go on an excursion, they packed us a takeaway breakfast which was amazing and went well over and above what we expected. Room had a lovely bathroom with really nice complimentary toiletries. We had a balcony overlooking the sidestreet which was a little noisy during the day as expected in a city location, but can’t fault the hotel at all.

This is a cool hotel in a great location. The staff were super helpful and friendly (if a little overworked!) and the best bit was the lovely happy hour between 5-7 which provided complimentary drinks and snacks - we really enjoyed this! Main criticism was that the first room that we were shown was really too small for 2 people - we couldn't even have space to open our suitcase. So we paid a bit extra for a slightly larger room which was great - but it didn't have a stand-in shower which made getting rid of sand from the beach a bit complicated!

Not amazing, but OK…

Room was tiny and not clean. Cushions on the bed were filthy. We had someone come to remove them.

Fortunately we booked a terrace room so had space outside. Otherwise we would not have stayed in this room. It was far to small to enjoy.

The whole place is just small, and lots of guests, it all felt very cramped.

At check out they didn’t even ask if we enjoyed our stay which is a fairly standard question.

The breakfast was good, but again too many people in a small space.

Overall the hotel was OK, but I wouldn’t go back.

Just what we wanted.

This hotel did exactly what we wanted from it. It was located right in the flea market, close to the sea, but stylish quiet and comfortable and priced fairly. Service was great. Extras like supplies for the beach and bikes to borrow weren't even mentioned on the site but we're offered. We ate breakfast at cafe next door. Delicious coffee and pastries.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are small but adequate and clean. The staff was nice and we received glasses of wine and beer on arrival.
Unfortunately, we were only given our VIP benefits later in the day when we asked for them and we didn’t receive a room upgrade as often happens with Expedia VIP access hotels.

Great place to stay in Tel Aviv

Service, location and the food (breakfast and evening snacks) were all amazing. The only complaint we had is that it's in a busy neighborhood and it can get quite noisy outside.

Great location/hotel, small rooms!

Really amazing hotel, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was great. Hotel is in a great area as well, walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. Only downside was the size of the rooms and the bathrooms, which is pretty common in Tel Aviv.

Market House is a wonderful property and their staff is incredible. We received a very warm welcome and felt like home. Very attentive service and beautiful building. Rooms are cozy and beautifully appointed. The shower has amazing water pressure. The location is perfect and short walk to the beach. Breakfast and happy hour are a great and tasty treat and both are included. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

The hotel was a former building that as the name suggests a market house. The unique findings was what was underground in reception. It has old remains of another building showed cases in glass flooring tiles!

It as a pleasure to stay here. The service was great , the breakfasts and Happy Hour food yummy. Very well positioned, right by or in the middle of the shuk/market and close to the beach. I recommend it!

The hotel is in a great location in Jaffa, close to the Jaffa market, restaurants, the old port, and the beach. We walked everywhere. The hotel breakfast was the best we had in Israel. When all the restaurants were closed on the evening of Independence day, the hotel offered a free dinner to all guests. Our room was decorated appealingly but was small. We had a private outdoor terrace with a view to the sea which made up for the room size.

The hotel management had a all the nice little touches ij the rooms. The terrace room would be a delight in Summer. You could have an evening get tother and see the sunrise and sunset.

Great location right in the middle of Jaffa. Cute room not too sizeable but comfortable. Fantastic breakfast, beautiful spread of fresh salads and breads. Happy hour complimentary wine and snacks were a nice touch.

Avi, the manager was so friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff were, too. The breakfast and happy hour were terrific. The rooms are nice and the common areas very comfortable. The location is great. We highly recommend the Market House.

Comfortable and cosy hotel near to the sights of Jaffa and its interesting streets. Although bedrooms are small they are well equipped. Pleasant lounges for relaxing and a delightful breakfast. The hotel also has a three hour “happy hour” with free wine and snacks

The Fabric is located in a building that was formally used as a sewing factory and has now been transformed into the 43-room hotel.
