Hotel Nordoy was built in 1925 and is located within the historical neighborhood of Nahalat Binyamin. This neighborhood is the first expansion of the Ahuzat Bayit neighborhood that later became Tel Aviv.
Since its establishment, the building has been functioning as a hotel and is the oldest active hotel in Tel Aviv. Due to the continuity of the use of the building, no significant changes were made in its appearance.
It became a living icon of the early days of of Tel Aviv. Our multilingual staff will be more then happy to welcome you!

Great place. The hotel staff kindly changed me from my room on the first floor when I asked and I was happy with my stay after that. The rooms with balconies are very nice. This was my first boutique hotel experience, so I am used to in-room dining which was not available here. The complementary breakfast at the restaurant below is nice and I enjoyed speaking to the staff there. You need to schedule a massage at the spa in advance because the massage therapists are not on site at all times.

I was told by 3 separate people that a refund for 1 night was coming including the late shift manger as we departed at 5am. Our room was very unclean. Bugs. Bug bites. They closed the room off for 2 days to clean it. The staff was wonderful! Apologetic and we stayed on.No more bugs. I feel when I get my refund for that night I would return. I never wanted anything. I was calm. I left my bags there. Ill be back to get them. The staff was great but I do want my refund for one full night at almost $400 a night. I was downgraded to a lesser room. That part was refunded as the room was less.

I have never experienced better service at any hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were extremely clean as well! Highly recommmend this hotel!

Great location, nice staff, good breakfast in the cafe downstairs, modern hotel but with a respect to its long history also.
The TV reception was a bit dodgy when I was there (some channels kept dropping) - and you'll need some gymnastics experience to get into the bath/shower in 204!

Amazing new hotel in town
The hotel is new and fully renovated to the highest standards. The rooftop is great and you can see 360 view of Tel Aviv. The rooms on the 5th floor have balcony with Jacuzzi. Breakfast is delicious

The only thing that keeps my rating from being 5 star is the room was advertised as having a couch bed. What was in the room was more like a five foot long, two foot wide ottoman. Not useful for an adult at all. The couch bed was the main reason I booked there and I was let down.

Lovely hotel! Wonderfully decorated, polite and helpful staff, and gorgeous rooms and roof terrace. The only negative points i could identify are that there is no on site parking and there is some construction going on nearby, so it can be a little noisy early in the mornings.

Great stay. Had an awkward and uncomfortable confrontation with the doorman who opened the gate for me late night when I forgot my key inside. Other than that it was a really good experience - super cute and clean room with white wine with my name on it, a romantic outside area, beautiful shower, and being greeted very nicely when checking in. Major downside is the repairs/construction in and around the property. Other than that it was nice.

Excellent recently renovated small, ‘boutique’, hotel in the heart of the city. Only saw the room we had but this was well furnished and spacious and more than adequately accommodated the three of us staying here, even with the extra bed. Very nice roof terrace to enjoy at the end of a busy day! Well placed for shopping, including the Carmel Market, and a wide range of restaurants and bars also around 20 walking to the nearest beach. Very friendly and attentive staff who dealt with all enquiries and issues in a prompt manner. Located well for the extensive local bus network with stops nearby on Allenby Street ( including bus 104 for HaHagana train station - 15 minutes - with Ben Gurion Airport links). Not an issue for us but as the hotel is in the heart of a busy city, although not on a main road, there is everything which goes along with this so you should expect some external noise including at the time of our stay (10.2017) nearby construction works.

Nice enough but overpriced & overrated. Staff are lovely, location great & decor pretty. But it's very loud - sleeping past 4am is impossible due to trucks arriving at the nearby market, rubbish vans etc etc - & the clientele was exclusively loud, cashed-up, glaring Russians. Free cava on every floor is part of the problem. Not a pleasant experience.

This was my second stay in Tel Aviv and I had resigned myself to mediocre service based on previous experience, but my Nordoy stay was superb. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort and overall experience, and I enthusiastically recommend the venue to others. The staff were warm and helpful, the room comfortable and spacious and all the facilities you need available within walking distance.

I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. I came back from a long day out at 16:10 and fund my room was not cleaned. I then called the reception and was told they will send someone over. I waited another 20 mins and called again and was told that housekeeping ave been sent and will turn up \"at some point\" . I then asked to speak to the manager who finally got housekeeping to come apologized said she would get a discount voucher and never did.

Vintage Gem in Old Tel Aviv
The location and atmosphere is like no other! You are in a luxuriously updated, beautiful, old building in the heart of \"old\" Tel Aviv. Just steps from the chaotic bustle of Nahalat Binyamin and Shuk HaCarmel, you step inside a tranquil, lush and cool courtyard to enjoy a glass of chilled cava. Perfect.

The hotel is currently being renovated, the environment was noisy and the TV didn't work. Breakfast is in a cafe nearby and not in the hotel. It's REALLY annoying not to know in advance that I won't be able to sleep properly during my vacation. I am extremely frustrated with this experience.

Ici c’est vraiment charmant, à la fois très moderne dans les chambres et très chaleureux à l’accueil, ils sont adorables, plus fruits et cafés thé à volonté, petit jardin intérieur et la situation géographique nous donne l’impressIon de ne pas être des touristes de base! Das Hotel liegt zentral und man kann vieles zu Fuss erreichen. Die Zimmer sind mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, einige verfügen über einen Balkon. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Kleines Hotel in guter Lage
Sehr gute Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Strand sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Restaurants u Bars in der direkten Umgebung. Das Hotel selbst hat kein Restaurant oder Bar soll aber angeblich ab Sommer kommen.Es gibt eine kleine Kaffee-Teestation zur freien Entnahme und eine Flasche Sekt steht auch den ganzen Tag gratis zur Verfügung. Frühstück gibt es in verschiedenen Lokalen außerhalb des Hotels.
Einzige negative sind die sehr hellhörigen Fenster! Da in Tel Aviv gefühlt jedes zweite Gebäude eine Baustelle ist wird es am Morgen schon recht laut auch der Straßenverkehr ist gut zu hören.

Dit hotel in een historisch gebouw is prima gelegen in een straat met veel leuke restaurants en bars, het strand op 15 min loopafstand. Onze kamer van het type Nordoy bevond zich op de begane grond achter de receptie in een moderne aanbouw. Op zich een prima kamer: ruim, schoon, nieuw, maar zonder enige historische details van het originele gebouw. Helaas een erg rumoerige omgeving, vanwege de naastgelegen bar en de bouwplaats pal naast het hotel, waar men al om 06.30 uur begon met werken; van uitslapen kwam dan ook niets terecht... Het personeel was van nogal wisselende kwaliteit, van ronduit ongeïnteresseerd en bot tot vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Al met al een o.k.verblijf, maar niet supergoed.

Wir haben das Hotel gewählt weil es als 70% Angebot von ebookers angeboten wurde. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit zusätzlichem Sofa gebucht - es hätte eine Suite sein sollen die von 1'200.00 Franken auf 306.00 Franken reduziert war. Wir haben ein sehr schönes aber auch sehr kleines Zimmer bekommen. Auf Anfrage wurde uns wenigstens ein zusätzliches Bett hineingestellt allerdings mit dem Ergebnis das man sich nicht mehr im Raum bewegen konnte. Die Leute waren sehr nett, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unzufrieden sind wir schlicht mit dem Fangangebot - da wurden wir mit vermutlich irgendwo Kleingedrucktem über den Tisch gezogen. Für die über 300 Franken hätten wir etwas Besseres buchen können.

Adattandosi un po’ agli standard locali è perfetto. L’ingresso bisogna cercarlo, non lo si trova immediatamente perché è piccolo e laterale, anche se l’albergo è ben visibile da lontano con la sua cupola svettante.
