This hotel is a complete scam. We arrived to check in, the code they sent us to enter the hotel was FAKE. We were told our room key was in a box, later we find out that that box had been broken for months! The phone numbers given to us were all out of order or fake. We got tossed around from person to person telling us none of them are the property managers. We called Expedia to only be told “that sucks” and got hung up on when we asked for a supervisor. at 2am we were left out on the streets of a foreign country with no help. TERRIBLE and A COMPLETE SCAM

I have been asked to move to another hotel in a different location. I had the option to cancel but It was in the last min with suitcases it's not so great to look for a new place.
The hotel was far, the room was small and with the awful smell. Shower needs better maintenance so it will not wet all the floor when using it.

Fine, but poor service at night

The stay was fine up until 5am when the fire alarm went off and stayed on for 30+ minutes. Most of the guests exited the building, standing outside like refugees, because there is no hotel staff from 11pm-7am to provide answers or a solution. Emergency numbers were listed at the office, however, nobody answered the telephone or responded on WhatsApp. Thankfully a guest was able to somehow figure out the alarm system.

On the positive side, the property’s location and proximity to restaurants and the beach is fantastic and the shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.

A beaut little boutique type hotel. Rooms have just been renovated and beds are comfy. Although small they are very chic and modern unfortunately however no hot water in ours and hairdryer had to be sourced from reception. Central location with easy walking.

Decent hotel

Check in out of hours worked, however got woken up the following night by reception as we had been put down as a no show, despite collecting the key from the safe. Was quickly sorted but was a bit of an inconvenience. Hotel was clean and in a good location, city life is not going to be the quietest place, so be prepared for late night comings and goings, sirens etc.

The only down fall was in my room was noisy I could hear people in the hall way and aircrafts during the night unfortunately I couldn’t sleep very well despite this the bed was comfortable.

Both nights I stayed at this hotel, I arrived particularly late. The concierge was very amenable, and allowed me to check-in during the morning. The hotel is very comfortable and cozy, and the rooms are too.

The hotel had a very weird stench everywhere. The bathroom sink pipe wasn't working, hat to brush our teeth in the shower. The shower was leeking and we were always stepping out into a puddle. The man in the front desk was very rude and not very helpful

OK place to stay, great location.

The bathroom is very nice, and the rooms are reasonably good. I found the furniture very sticky suggesting that they are not cleaned properly, or they are not cleaned at all. The location is great. Wifi was good.
I checked-in at night with the instructions sent by Hotels.com and had no problem, however, I saw other guests being lost and trying to communicate with the hotel contact at night. I am not sure whose fault it was.

The room had someone else in it.

I called the hotel at 11p. They instructed me how to get the key at the drop box.

They have no reception after 11p.

I arrived and retrieved the key from the drop box in an envelope with my name and room number.

When I went to the room, the key wouldn't work. A voice came from behind the door. \"What are you doing?\" I said, \"I am trying to get into my room!\" The voice from behind the door said, \"This is MY room.\"
I had to find another hotel.
The next day the Yarden confirmed they'd made a mistake and sold the room to two people.

Hotel is clean , night shift reception is nice. But hard to find and very hard to find place to park car. Prepare for long walk from car to hotel if you find one. Hotel over charge me $15 from Hotel.com rate. I sent email and call , A week after still get NO RESPONSE. Beware of over charge here!!!

Coming to Tel Aviv was an awesome experience. this place is so cute and pinterest worthy. Its clean and cozy. It did have a little bit of a not so clean comforter, but i told the staff about it and they fixed it immediately. Its in a safe area. It right in the middle of the night life. the beach is walking distance and so BEAUTIFUL. if you stay here, go eat at \" The old man and the sea\" restaurant. Theres a sim card cell phone shop right around the block from this place. theres also little grocery stores near also. plenty of bars and restaurants and anything you need. hailing cabs are easy also. free parking is fine because its very close. don't keep valuables in the car though because its not very secure if you're a worry wart like me.

Overall it wasn't a bad stay, had a few issues on the first day (outer door to the terrace not locking and tv remote mal-function) but they were rectified.

Staff was helpful, if and or when they understood what you were saying. They assisted with tours and travel arrangements.

Easy walk of about 3-4 blocks from the sea and for health enthusiasts there is an outdoor gym (gym equipment) on the beach available for a workout if you need it.

My main gripe, which is not the hotel's fault, was the dirty feel and look of the area outside the hotel, it had a grimy feel, lots of construction activities in progress, large bins used for storage of used, broken construction materials obstruct the walkways and add to the dust and garbage.

Not Honest about Charges, Their Own Special \"Rate\"

Initially I had written a really amazing review of the property because in all honesty everything was great: location, accessibility to all the sites, beach, markets, bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Even the staff was super helpful and accommodating. The price of the room was a little steep for me but after talking to locals, I was told it was normal for that area. Ok great no problems, until I got home today and noticed I was charged $18 more than expected. I went over my invoices and double checked my online booking, everything seemed to make sense and there were no extra costs on my bill. I contacted the hotel and told them the issue, that I had agreed to $328 USD for 4 nights stay but that the shekel conversion (1,230) was wrong and I was charged $346. I said the woman who checked me in even confirmed that I would be charged $328 USD but in the local currency. I even pulled up the local exchange rates for the day I was charged and explained the rate for that day was 3.5554. So that would make it 1,166.17 shekel for my charge NOT the 1,230 shekel I was charged. She said oh well the hotel rate is 3.75. Unbelievable! Who charges a different rate than the banks? She also said well you signed the paper and I said yes I thought you were being honest, I didn't think I had anything to worry about. If you tell me I'm being charged $328 USD, I expect to be charged $328 with the appropriate conversion in the local currency. All she said was I'm sorry you feel this way.

Nice little place

I found these apartments to be in a great location. 5 min walk from the beach and shops and just off Allenby st where there is a host of shops and also the Carmel market.

Rooms were very clean and modern with plenty of English speaking stations. Wifi was also good 90% of the time.

Unfortunately the air con didn't work too well and after a hot day you were greeted with a warm room upon arrival. The lowest temp it would go to was 16 and even then it knocked itself on and off.

We stayed in this room a total of 5 nights with the from cleaned just ONCE! So no clean Towels or bin empited! I found this very bad.

Never coming back

I didnt have a good experience in this hotel. The since there is no reception 24h i had to deal with a group of guys having party in the hotel, loud music and screams. On the other hand the door system is teerible and everytime someone closes a door of a room; you will wake up. And finally, i asked the reception guy to order mi a taxi from the taxi company they work with for shuttles and the taxi never arrive... it was 3 in the morning and i had to walk alone with my bags to find a taxi on the street. For that price i would expect something better. Floor of shower moldi and dirty! Arrww

Overall, excellent. The room was very comfortable, and the apartments are in a very good location, near both the city centre and the beach, and in a pleasant neighbourhood.
It is worth bearing in mind that the office is attended only limited and variable hours, so it is important to arrange in advance when you're arriving and allow plenty of time. Also, as these are marketed as apartments, cleaning is not daily but every two or three days.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much, and would certainly stay at Yarden Beach again if I return to Tel Aviv.

A Decent Place for a Decent Price

Even though some of the other ratings are poor, I give this hotel a very positive score. My experience was excellent. Even though the reception area is only open for about six hours a day, they were able to accommodate special requests and to help me recover my luggage that was lost by the airlines. Good strong Wi-Fi, good area for walking, lots of strong hot water, no bugs. It's not the Ritz, but then again I didn't pay Ritzy prices. I recommend Yarden Beach Hotel, for budget travelers who don't need to be surrounded by luxury in order to have a good trip.

No proper arrangements for late arrivals, nobody answered the allegedly 24 hours telephone service. Room only cleaned after insistence third day after arrival - one single time for . Some friendly and supportive staff but several non competent indifferent individuals absolutely without any idea of how to operate a hotel and treat guests.

I needed one night solo stay Friday night and the place served me perfectly. New, clean, conformable, easy access, friendly service, affordable pricing. Special thanks for bedding) Close to dynamic Allenby street, right in the heart of the city.
What you should now before you pick this lovely place: parking is 5 minutes walking from hotel and collects NIS 20 daily. And there is a construction site right across the street that probably makes noises and dust during week days but did not disturb be at all on Friday-Saturday.

Constantly Bothered Before Checkout Time

The room was clean and bed comfortable enough. There was no shampoo or conditioner or shower soap included with the bathroom. There was a towel with a stain on it hanging on the bathroom door as if no one picked it up when cleaning.
All of this was relatively livable.
The place is still undergoing renovation.
This was all fine.
The most glaring part of our experience was constantly having the door pounded on and shouted at by workers. My wife and I slept in a bit our morning here and then were using the wi-fi to plan further sections of our trip. At about 9 AM we started getting knocks on the door and having a back and forth about how we were still using our room.
Check out time according to the website and at time of check-in was stated as 11 AM. We were out by 10:30 AM feeling very aggravated and hassled.
I would not recommend this place to another person.

All around NOT basic hotel !

This hotel is under renovation ! loose wires hanging from the ceiling. Dirty shower (mold) door handle to the room LOOSE. Horrible neighborhood. NO restaurants or shops. Management friendly, but clearly disorganized and not helpful, or knowledgeable about the restaurants in the neighborhood. The room we were intended to sleep in had had a smoker in there and the air quality was AWFUL. DO NOT stay in this motel.

It would an Ok hotel, should the facilities match the description. But alike to some other reviews, the description doesn't completely match the property. Our rooms (we had two, almost identical) were very small. The bathrooms were recently renovated, but lacked any toiletries. (There was toilet paper and towels.) There were instructions on using a security safe, but no safe itself. Refrigerator was in one room only. And electric kettle wasn't working in the other room. Overall it looks like the hotel is still undergoing renovation, judging by appearance of the halls. Otherwise the hotel was livable. AC, TV, reasonable location. No stuff in duty, but we were checked in fine for our late arrival.

i was looking for last minute accomodation just overnight in Tel Aviv and this apartment exceeded expectations. It was the perfect size for two people. Also very comfortable, spacious and tidy. It was in a great location and would definitely recommend it, especially for a longer stay.

great location &cheap but not a nice place to stay

For the price we were not expecting much from the hotel but we first arrived we were shocked- it wasn't really finished- just a curtain for a bathroom door, stinking of fresh paint, no mirror in the bathroom, no toilet paper, stained (but I think not dirty) sheets and renovation work being loudly carried out in the next room. We complained and were moved to the same scene but on the other side (this time with toilet paper & a make-shift mirror quickly drilled to the bathroom wall). It was still stinking of fresh paint so my husband called the management phone number we had from expedia. The guy was lovely and upgraded us to a better room upstairs. That room was far better and we ended up having a perfectly ok stay. I think for the price in Tel Aviv, its a fair place as its an expensive city. The staff are nice too. Overall, its totally ok if you're on a budget but certainly not a romantic hotel. The location is excellent.

The experience was mostly satisfactory. However, the fridge did not work properly and could have caused problems for anyone hoping to keep mean in it. Even milk and butter could not be kept fresh as the cooling was insufficient. Also, some of the cooking pots had not been cleaned and the oven was dirty. Nevertheless, the overall cleanliness was otherwise good and the apartment comfortable. The reception was good and the staff friendly and helpful. I thought the place was very pleasant and good value.

After reading the reviews about this place, I was expecting to arrive to a roach-infested den whose rooms were in terrible condition, and whose management was completely unhelpful. I was pleasantly surprised, therefore, to find a very moderately-priced hotel minutes away from the beach, with simple but clean rooms. Let me preface this by saying that there is always a trade off, especially in places like Tel Aviv regarding price and overall quality. Considering the fact that I paid less than $500 for an entire week in a centrally placed location, I was willing to put up with just about anything, including conditions that were erroneously listed in some of these incredibly negative reviews. I believe that many reviewers, with all due respect, do not understand the notion of paying less and receiving less. It means compromising on certain amenities that you would otherwise receive at more upscale places, like a concierge service, free toiletries, and fresh towels. Yarden Suites simply offers a deal that can't be beat, located minutes away from the beach at heart of Tel Aviv, offering comfortable, no frill rooms, at a fraction of the price of other hotels. Do yourself a favor and don't bother booking at any of the other over-priced chains that line Hayarkon Street. Chances are, you won't be getting your money's worth.

The hotel is in a good location,just a few minutes to the beach, plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel wasn't that hard to find. But make sure you have the entry code before arriving if you are arriving after 400PM. Neither myself or another guest knew we needed one,we lucked out that another guest showed up to let us in. Otherwise the hotel was good, and it was a short taxi ride to Sde Dov airport for my day trip to Petra which was one of the reasons I booked it.

The only redeeming quality this hotel possess is it's location...this is where my positive comments end. Terribly unpleasant and unhelpful staff. One even hung up on me when I attempted to change my reservation. I've been traveling regularly in Tel Aviv for the last 10 years and I can honestly say that this was the worst decision I've made regarding lodging. Don't let the low price lure you in...spend 20 dollars more and you can have a much nicer place with MUCH nicer people.

Great rooms, WORST service

Although the rooms were clean and kept in excellent condition, the terrible (absent) management makes the stay stressful. No one was there to let us in when we arrived, which seemed okay since the hotel sent us info regarding codes and where to find the key. However, the manager FORGOT to leave the key for us in the safe, so we tried making lots of phone calls to the manager, but nothing worked, AND I was using international minutes. Finally, we felt around under the mat where all the keys are kept, and ran around looking for our room with the different keys. When I told the manager the next day, he said \"oh, I forgot to leave the key, no problem,\" then was rude checking us in.

My dad tried to cancel the reservation for the following week (before his return flight) and the manager wasn't even there, at like 10:00am! The housekeeper called him for us and he rudely told me he wouldn't refund the money unless we went through the website, but we didn't have internet access so it was impossible!

I had made arrangement to stay at the hotel again on my last night, so I sent the manager an email confirming that I was coming back. No response, and not surprisingly, no key when I got there the second time. I felt around for the key under the mat in the safe, and found one key. I took it, hoping that no one else was going to have the same problem, because I took the last key and the next people would be out in the cold.

I was just frustrated that for many hotels/apts/etc. when I put in 3 children under the search - for some reason - we were always 2 bed short. We were able to get an extra bed. The location was fantastic - we were able to walk everywhere.

Проживал в отеле в начале ноября, 7 ночей. Отель соответствует описанию на сайте. Встретили хорошо, несмотря на ранний утренний заезд милая девушка на рецепшене разместила быстро. Состояние отеля хорошее. Чисто. Номер убирали каждый день. В номере был холодильник, работал нормально. Отель расположен на тихой улице, недалеко от пляжа. Никакого шума в гостинице не было. Рядом улица Алленби с многочисленными остановками транспорта. В 5 минутах ходьбы продовольственные магазины. Действительно, очень удобное месторасположение. На рецепшене чай и кофе круглосуточно. В целом, отель оставил о себе приятное впечатление. Весьма рекомендую.

God beliggenhed men slidt hotel

Hotellet ligger i et rigtig godt område - tæt på strand og spisesteder. Dog er det noget slidt. Døren ind til badeværelset kan kun lukkes med et ordentlig tryk. Der er ikke varmt vand i hverken vandhanen eller bruseren og værelset er ikke specielt stort. Det bedste er helt klart beliggenheden.

FOOD: plenty of food places to choose from
NIGHTLIFE: Rothschild and Nahalat Benjamin district a short walk away
TRANSPORT: bus lines to all parts of the city a few minutes walk away
BIKES: urban bike rental station a block away

ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT: None, except that communication via Whatsapp could be improved - especially when making inquiries/requests about future stays

Near Allenby in very central area

It is cosy and clean but cleaning stuff has strong smell full of room for whole day.The room is quiet but I discover at night that the door’s lock has gap between woods so can hear people walking through and talking as well.The location is easy to reach beach and lots of nice restaurants around .

Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig, so wie angegeben. Leider war die Regendusche kaputt aber man konnte trotzdem Duschen. Der Empfang war immer besetzt und es wurde freundlich weitergeholfen. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Carmel Market sind perfekt.
