It can use a complete makeover, the gym is a joke. The gym photo that on your profile is not from this hotel. Wi-Fi was a disaster. Never worked. Owners need to put some money up for a total makeover. Not very clean either. Don’t bother with a suite. It’s better to take a regular room. It’s the same size. In the suite they just put up a wall so the bedroom is like the closet. I checked out early because they just could not and would not fix the Wi-Fi. It was completely dead for two days. I had asked many times to get it fixed, but then of course there’s always the Shabbat excuse…

The room was clean and had a brilliant design with a walkway between the bathroom and the bedroom via the closet, which amused my son. We had a gorgeous view of the sea and the towels were large and soft and pillows dreamy.

Everybody at the reception desk was super ! Very friendly and helpful. All the stuff in a breakfast area was was very nice , turkish coffee was exceptional.
I gave only 4 stars because housekeepers lacked the pride about the place they work. We were given the bathrobes and sleepers , one of the robes had a broken loop for the tie. I expected robe to be changed, but housekeepers did nothing, I know , they are aware about this issue. I didnt want to complain, but am very disappointed . My hair clips went missing and the bathroom was not always stocked fully.

Great hotel in an excellent location — right by the beach. The rooms are very clean, and we stayed in a one-bedroom suite that was spacious enough for a family of four. The breakfast area was spotless, and the food was delicious. Parking is conveniently located right next to the hotel for just 61 shekels, with unlimited in-and-out access.

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service at the front desk, especially from Sean, who made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

The overall experience in the hotel was wonderful, but especially due to the staff at the front desk ( Guy in particular ) who went out of his way to ensure our comfort and convenience and safety. They are very trying time.
The breakfasts are fantastic, and the staff are wonderful and generous with their time.
We will definitely return to this hotel, which is under renovation at the rooftop pool level and areas of the exterior but inside was five star.

Poor room condition and service

Our room had a few maintenance issues (some of them preventing us from taking a shower). We called for assistance, but had to call a few times before they finally arrived. The guy claimed to have fixed the problem, but then we realized that he did not (he didn't even check to see if the problem is fixed!). We were then notified that they will only be able to fix the problem on the next day, after we check out. What a poor service!

Great location with amazing sea/beach view. Front desk is very friendly and welcoming. Guy is very professional and made our check in process smooth. Room is very spacious for two. The gym is a bit basic and unfortunately the pool was closed. But we will visit again when back in TLV.

Even though it oddly protrudes from the base of a mini mall it’s one of the best options to anyone staying in Tel Aviv. First it’s south of the other hotels on busy Hayarkon street which makes it an easier access by car or by cab Second the rooms are very large and a family can easily take a junior suite these rooms have luxurious bathrooms and large closets. Third because it sits on top of a mini mall all the rooms start higher. Fourth it has a parking lot with direct access which is incredibly convenient. Fifth their breakfast buffet is excellent. Last the staff is very nice very helpful. So depending on your needs but if you don’t care for a super grand super fancy lobby that serves nothing but card about location convenience and cleanliness it’s the great deal.

Beautiful property located in a highly desirable area of Tel Aviv, less than half a block from the Mediterranean Sea. Staff members are very friendly, courteous and helpful Management is also very responsive. Rooms are truly beautiful. I highly recommend a room on a high floor overlooking the sea. Hotel is very clean and in tip top shape. Room rates are competitive and reasonably priced compared to some of the other not so great hotels in the area. Hotel has a swimming pool with stunning views of Tel Aviv from the top 30th floor. I highly recommend this facility without any reservation. I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Tel Aviv. .Thank you Isrotel Sea Tower for a truly memorable stay.

Is the pool that is on the top of the building, so amazing for the view, but should be maintained better as a 5 star hotel

Employees rude and not cordial. I called 1 day before to ask for an earlier check in, they told me that regular check in would be 3 PM but they could do a 1 PM that we would have no problem.

When I arrived (around 11 AM) the “no problem” 1 PM became “let’s try”, then changed to we don’t do this offers (so I was lying). Net I went for lunch, returned 1PM and obviously room was not available (despite being empty). And employee were rude.

Additionally to that hotel is in a strong under construction area, a lot of noise.

The outside of the building looks a bit run down, but the property and rooms were very clean and well kept. The gym is tiny and rundown (3 treadmills and a broken nautilus machine), so it would be better to run on the boardwalk.

The hotel restaurant downstairs was actually very nice and had a good array of food at the breakfast buffet.

The parking is a bit tricky, and you will get yelled at by the parking attendant if you do not prepay you parking ticket before leaving. If you try to pay at the gate you will have a standard rate, not the hotel discount rate for the parking. Once you figure it out, your car should be able to go in and out of the garage with the cameras reading the plates.

The rooms were simple but clean, and they had everything you needed.

The location is great. There were 3 convenience stores on the block, and a great Thai and Mexican restaurant a block away. The beach is a block away as well.

The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke English and Hebrew.

Overall, a clean safe reasonably priced hotel near the beach.

Next time I will look for a different hotel

The hotel was nice and the location is great. However, it is definitely not worth $400 a night. Especially because there are no meals included. The main bed was fine, but the open couch was extremely uncomfortable.

Pleasantly relaxing

I was booked at another hotel for an 8 night stay in Tel Aviv. It was very clear that hotel was not acceptable. My husband and I walked into the lobby of Sea Tower. We were greeted by Guy at the front desk, he showed us a great room and we booked the rest of our stay at Sea Tower.

We spent 7 great nights. The room was comfortable and had air-conditioning that could bring Frosty the Snowman back to life! The cleaning staff were efficient and attentive we were given extra pillows and amenities when we needed them.

The location to the beach and promenade is very convenient. Guy, at the front desk, gave us many, many suggestions for restaurants and activities that suited our tastes. His knowledge of the area, when this was our first visit to Tel Aviv, enabled us to enjoy the city like locals. We enjoyed everything from fine dining to street food, all delicious.

My husband and I were able to return home, relaxed and refreshed. Our visit to Tel Aviv was saved by the staff and accommodations afforded us by staying at Sea Tower by Isrotel.

The check-in process was straightforward. The room was a decent size and was clean. We were upgraded to an ocean view room with a balcony, as we were celebrating a special occasion, which was very much appreciated. I believe including breakfast would make this a stronger stay. The pool area was very beautiful, though a bit windy and small. It was clean as well and commands a very beautiful view of the ocean. The HaYarkon location though not the most beautiful, is very convenient to getting to the beach and surrounding areas.

Very aversge hotel. The hotel is old but generally clean. Staff has no idea about customer service. When checking out nobody asked how was the stay, did not get even a goodbye from them. The baby crib was too small for 15 months old, so we ended up sharing the bed. The double bed consists of two small beds and there was a gap when two beds were connected. Terrible breakfast and exceptionally overpriced for what you get which isn’t much.

All of the staff at the hotel were exceptional & extremely helpful with all my requests, which there was a few as it was my 1st time in Israel.
