The best part about this hotel was Natalie, who works at the front desk. She made my stay worth it. I was upset upon arrival about the construction on Ben Yehuda St in front of the hotel. This was not listed in the booking. I was also upset about the \"sea view\" which was blocked by the high rises. Natalie helped make my stay better, as she let me have breakfast during my stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection. I also enjoyed the hotel gym, which has a wonderful view of the sea. Other then that, the rooms are small and very basic. The hotel needs to be updated as well. I wouldn't stay here again, but was very appreciative of Natalie's kindness!

The property lacks any unique features. The photos are misleading; for instance, the gym appears well-equipped in the pictures, but in reality, it only has two cardio machines and three dumbbells at most. Additionally, the sauna is often out of service, making it unavailable when needed. To make matters worse, construction on the only access road to the hotel creates significant inconvenience, especially when arriving with luggage, as there is no assistance provided and no car access.

But the size of the room and the having 2 beds pushed together instead of separate was NOT what I asked for. The staff are great and friendly, but the rooms and facility in general is lacking. For the price, I would have gone to many other options.

Amazing customer service, nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel was fantastic. A short walk to the beach, and a short walk to the market. One area for improvement is the beds. Unfortunately, they are very hard and after 3 nights of sleeping on them, our backs were in pain. However, everything else about the hotel is great. Breakfast is fantastic and the staff is all amazing in the cafe.

Only drawback was the street in front of the hotel under construction noisy in the early morning hours and challenging to walk on the sidewalks. But I think this is only temporary.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location near the beach is nice. Design and vibe of the hotel is modern, casual and comfortable, except there was NO hot water for my 5 am shower and no way to avoid going up and down stairs at the entrance while lugging your bags.

Amazing Hotel
Our stay at this hotel was amazing! We stayed for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon and it was great. We were upgraded complimentary to the penthouse room with a huge terrace overlooking the coastline. It was clean, comfortable, a very short walk to the beach and the staff were friendly friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Tel Aviv!

Went for wedding which then got postponed due to COVID So staying at BY14 TLV sever as good base to do different things, staff helpful and 2 blocks from beach. Would recommend as a small boutique type hotel

This is a below average hotel.that is overpriced. While the location is good, the services and quality of room is much to be desired of. We stayed for 4 nights with our son and did not find the AC effective at all. Plus the room is small and its doors make you feel like you are entering a Guantanamo Bay cell.

Great hotel! Close to the beach, big room, clean and quiet, great view! No parking but there's a parking lot nearby, no pool. Very good hotel for very good price.

The BY14 staff was fantastic! They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only notable downsides are that our initial room had blackout curtains while our second room did not and the air-conditioning unit took awhile (30 minutes) to cool the room down.

It is a simple hotel, very much in line with the Holiday Inn quality... The hotel is well located. Breakfast is extremely good. Now, the hotel can improve a lot in the attention in the night shifts. We were the first couple to visit the hotel after a year of shutdown due to the corona virus. The hotel was in a very good shape apart from the air condition in our room. The staff was very cooperative and moved us to sevral rooms until we were satisfied with the room temperature.

Wonderful, chic hotel with much to offer
Our stay for our one-year anniversary was wonderful. The hotel is very modern and chic and has great service, and the location is spectacular - very close to the beach and Dizengoff Square, where there is a lot of nightlife and fun restaurants in the area. The rooms are a bit small but perfect for a short stay and very comfortable. At first, there were two separate twin beds when we specifically requested one large bed, but we told the front desk and they immediately came and fixed it for us. Overall, a great, cosy hotel with much to offer.

Location is very good, area is very touristy. The room was clean and modern. However, the double bed was actually two singles crammed together. And the room was really small. Especially the bathroom was really uncomfortable. Not possible to completely stop water from coming out of shower. And the sink was super small and uncomfortable.

Nice clean modern hotel. The shower leaks in the bathroom every time you use it, it’s annoying when the whole bathroom floor is wet after use. I got locked out of my room one night and waited over 20 minutes for the receptionist to come back from wherever she was. Luckily the security man gave me a key to my room. I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling and we they changed us to another room immediately. The new room was nicer, I wished we had that to begin with ;). Overall a nice comfortable stay. Would definitely go back

BY14 was wonderful in every way. Receptionist was more than happy to help us with anything including moody tel Aviv taxi drivers. The room was cosy and really clean, bathroom well supplied, and the coffee was a nice touch. There's a small gym and a SAUNA, which being in Tel Aviv means you're probably gonna be the only one there. Quite random, but really nice. The breakfast was delicious and they also had a nice space to work and good coffee to drink from. Location is brilliant, only a few minutes from the beach and other main roads. Perfect way to start my mum's first Israel trip.

The hotel is somewhat overpriced. While the staff tried very hard to be accommodating, they were surprisingly unfamiliar with the basics of Tel Aviv. Disappointed to have stained sheets one evening. Hotel management and training seems lacking.

Picked BY14 because of the Jr Suite, which has a pocket door separating the 2 twin beds, ( no King, but these were very comfortable ) from the sitting area, and of course price..being Tel Aviv. Has a \"boutique\" feel, our room, 201, was very clean, nicely appointed, quiet internally, but being closer to street level, you will hear more, especially because it's on Ben Yehuda St....busy at times, but not too disturbing. We had the included Breakfast, very nice Isreali style...no bacon of course...but varied enough, and very fresh, to appeal to everyone.. located adjacent, requiring you to exit BY14. Starts at 6:30am, 7am on Sabbath. We were allowed 6:45 access on the Sabbath, to accommodate our Tour pickup time. Staff was friendly, and helpful, at both the hotel, and breakfast area. I don't think lunch/dinner is a routine service, but there are so many restaurants around. The location; 8-10min walk to the beach area( Jerusalem Beach), maybe 12-15 mins to Carmel Market, maybe 20 mins to Rothchild Blvd both, along Allenby. We felt VERY safe also. The negative; bring a washcloth if you require it...it was a hard to come by item for us.
But we wouldn't hesitate to return, with washcloths; the property, the Staff, the location...the price....made our 1st time in Isreal, ideal.
You can book \"free-tours\" ( tip-based of course), thru the hotel...we arranged our Taxi to Ben Gurion airport, at the hotel the morning of departure...made it easy. Enjoy if you stay!

When I checked in the receptionist tried to charge me 500 shekels over the price I should have paid for my room. Luckily I discovered the error but this is a significant mistake to make.
The curtains in my room also didn't close so from 5:30am the sunshine was shining through the room onto my face so it was difficult to sleep.
Liked the hotel generally, staff were helpful but did have a couple of grievances as listed.

Very nice boutique hotel that was recently renovated. Check-in was easy. I would recommend that you request a view that has a view to the Sea on the 7th to 10th floor.

However there appears to be a massive shortage of shower gel as my room was only stocked with it on the first day of my first visit, and after that i was instead given 2 shampoos - even after calling reception and asking for shower gel I was served with a further 2 shampoos instead. I’d expected a few days to be enough time to restock the supplies or find a different alternative to offer.
Also on my final day (a Friday aka weekend day) there was loud construction work going on before 9am. I think they are renovating as my room on the 8th floor was old and dirty, whereas the 6th floor room was modern with quite cool design pieces. Both rooms could do with better fridges, although no minibar is offered.
Overall a nice place to stay, but as with all venues in tel Aviv, the price seems quite high for what it is.

Not sure why this hotel was so highly rated. Rooms are basic, no coffee machine, bed uncomfortable and was actually two single mattresses joined together, kit even under the same sheet. For the price there are much better choices.

Hotel was very close to the beach and a small gym that had a sea view. Breakfast was amazing, and there was access to free beverages 24/7 and the option to rent bicycles for free. (Check the air in the tyres before heading off). All in all wonderful.
