Great clean, well kept hotel near the beach. Rooms have spacious bedroom, comfortable bed and living room with kitchenette. Living room sofa is a sleeper sofa if needed. Kitchenette with table and chairs, has microwave and fridge and dishes and cutlery. Bathroom is updated, great strong shower. Lobby has great free automatic coffee machine and filtered water station. Staff is friendly, place is clean in great location. Many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Really enjoyed our stay.

This was my favorite hotel out of the many hotels I stayed t on this vacation. It had a living room, mini kitchen, and bedroom. Everything was sparkling white, clean, and cozy. Individual air conditioner controls. TV. Nice staff. 2 minutes to the beach. Breakfast was good. Had many choices and middle eastern bites. Hummus, techina, bread, olives, eggs, and more. Coffee. I would stay here again. Price was great. Location perfect. Near transportation, shopping, and the beach! I highly recommend.

Best Western Regency, Tel Aviv

I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western Regency in Tel Aviv. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well located. What truly made my stay exceptional was the amazing service from Jonathan at the reception. He was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to assist with everything I needed. His warm attitude and attention to detail really made a difference.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tel Aviv—great service, great people, and a great stay overall!

Pleasant surprise in Tel Aviv

A pleasant surprise in Tel Aviv. Spacious suite with a balcony with a partial Seaview spotlessly, clean and very modern. Staff was uniformly helpful walking around the area was very pleasant, especially the beachfront promenade, which is a short walk from the hotel. I will definitely come back here.

Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights with 3 little children.
Great location by the sea.

Fabulous stay

We loved our stay at this hotel. Each shift front desk were warm and friendly. Especially loved Hillary a fellow South African who was fabulous. The rooms were perfect for our needs and the free coffee and shabbat candles were wonderful touches. The art work wouldn't fit in my bag unfortunately ;-)

Good choice for TLV

Hotel is in a great location, close to commercial center with lots of food / cafe options as well as the beach. Rooms have plenty of space with a nice kitchenette including microwave, kettle, and fridge. Hotel is a bit old, and it shows itself in certain parts of the room but overall, it is in good condition.
Front desk team was very helpful and efficient. Having parking on-site, especially in that part of TLV is an extreme necessity.
Overall, we were satisfied with this hotel and would recommend to others.

Three of us stayed for 4 days and were very happy with this hotel. The suite was large with lots of storage space, clean and a fabulous shower. Cleaning was done every other day but towels and toiletries were readily available from the front desk. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They even lent us a straightening iron when our 110v wouldnt work.
This will be our go-to hotel in Tel Aviv from now on!

Excellent value. The best I’ve seen in Tel Aviv. A block from the beach. Many restaurants 2-3 blocks away. Great staff. The suite was nicer then expected with kitchen, table with bar stools, couch and second TV. Small lobby nice enough to have work meetings. Free coffee. Laundry facilities. Very reasonably priced parking.

The three minor negatives (but to be expected). Garage while great to have is crazy narrow and requires great skill and patience, and even so in four days I dented my car rental. Also no breakfast but they have a deal with the hotel next door. Finally ask for help with the laundry machines. Was very different then I’m use to and it left me with waterlogged clothes.

But overall it’s my new go to place in Tel Aviv.

This hotel is very conveniently located across from the US Embassy. It is not directly on the Mediterranean Sea, but the promenade along the beach is only a walk across the road.

The rooms ( we had 2 different ones during out 4 nights stay, explained below..) were very clean and well decorated. They were much larger than your average Tel-Aviv hotel rooms. We had a mini kitchen which was very helpful, since we became tired of eating out. Eating out is very expensive compared to the costs in the US.

Centrally located, we were able to walk to the Carmel market, the old Jaffa port and to the port area attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got to know everyone after our second day there.

The only issue we experienced was that on the first night, we had a room directly above the road. The road noise kept us up all night. Traffic did not seem to stop all night. However the Tel Aviv marathon was starting in the morning, and it might have been the reason why there was noise as they were putting up barriers in preparation all night.

We asked the staff the next day to move us to the other side of the building and we had no issues till we checked out 3 more days later.

The gym is small but well equipped. They have no pool.

We highly recommend this hotel. Don't be fearful because it has a lower than average Tel Aviv price per night. It is awesome value.

Good (noisy) place to sleep near the US embassy

Great and kind staff
We were there a single night so wen go to the us embassy the next day which was right next door.
Two bad points:
1. the windows in the room didn’t shut correctly so we could hear some noise from the parking next to us which was a bit irritating
2. there was a very load construction noise quite early in the morning from the hotel that also was a bit irritating. we couldn’t get to relax at around 9:30 am

Fantastic locations, steps from the beach promenade and restaurants. There’s a rent a
car company in the venue, which makes it easy to pick and/or return a vehicle too.
The rooms are unbelievable: modern, clean, airy, lots of natural light, BIG, they even have a living room and kitchen space. The price was great also.

Room with a balcony was a plus - service marginal

We really enjoyed our room at the Best Western, particularly the balcony. I felt that aspect enhanced our stay. We had also seen the suite without the balcony, and there is a substantial difference in my opinion. I don't believe I would reserve at this property without the balcony. The suite was spacious for our family of four, and the refrigerator was a nice amenity to have. Television channels included some English offerings.

The location is walkable to many restaurants and even the mall. And, of course, the lovely beach is just across the road.

My only hesitation would be the service aspect of the hotel. We arrived quite early, and any semblance of a warm welcome was absent. Just \"Your room isn't available.\" Wow - welcome to Israel to weary travelers...! The next day, we communicated to the front desk that we wanted all of our bed linens changed by housekeeping, and either that wasn't shared with housekeeping or housekeeping didn't care. The same chocolate marks were on my son's bedding - so it's reasonable to believe that our request was not honored.

Any hotel can shine when things go well. It's how a hotel handles the atypical items (early check-in, special requests) that make it stand out above others. Yes, Best Western tried to \"make it right\", but sadly you don't get a second chance to make a good first impression. How a hotel responds when things are a bit different speaks volumes regarding staff training and professionalism.

Only disappointment was that AC was not operational until April 1st - heat only - but could open windows and get get breeze off the Med. It was great location to sea without \"seafront\" prices of the other hotels that had a \"beach view\"

It was really nice, it took a bit from the airport so taxi was expensive but it's in a street basically in front of the US Embassy and just a few minutes walk to the nice beach. Also, a few markets around. The room was super comfortable and nice and clean. The breakfast was in a small room, but it was really good, everything you need to have a great breakfast. All and all, we loved it... our 9 year old twin girls wanted to stay longer!

Huge BEAUTIFUL ROOM.
We had a little view of the sea.

If you are really looking for a sea view room then this property is not for you.
But if you want to stay near the beach and enjoy a good price, a huge room and have a sneak peak of the sea then this is the hotel for you!

Fantastic boutique hotel and location within 5 minutes of the beach and Meditteranean Sea. Great buffet breakfast included and pop art in lobby, hallways and guest rooms put a smile on my face: especially Charlie Chaplin, Einstein and Marlyn Monore.
