This is a nice hotel. It's not a 5-star property, but it is clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the housekeeping crew were inconsistent, not in their cleaning, but in their leaving the bath linens and coffee supplies.

Elevators were regularly broken, it's so narrow that we saw a disabled person on a wheelchair unable to get into it. It barely fits 2 people. Our room was so small that we kept tripping over luggage, to make things worst they put a pole in the middle for the TV taking even more room space. Another room was a little bigger b

The hotel has a great location, couple of minutes from the beach and walkable to most places to see and eat, and very secure area. Plus, is two minutes from the Sheraton, a pickup spot for most tours. The room has all that is needed and is comfortable. The staff is great, specially Tehilla, she is outstanding: helpful, fast, very friendly and always looking to help. All employees should be like her. I would stay there again without doubt.

So much food! My only negative would be the room was on the small side compared to what I'm used to in the US.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Prima City , comfortable , clean , safe and the friendly staff made our stay pleasant and unforgettable, one of the perks we were pleasantly surprised was that after a 14 hour flight , our room was ready waiting for us , we arrived close to noon and extremely tired and to have the room ready was absolutely wonderful.

Prima City was a home away from home for my family during our stay over the Passover holiday week. The staff was excellent. Great breakfast and so convenient to have a great restaurant (not owned by the hotel) on the premises in the evening. AND,,.a few minutes from beautiful beaches! Really want to thank Ksenia, Sudani, Gal, Luba, Hadar and the manager. They made the stay even more spectacular and special.

The hotel is a solid second level hotel. Good quality and very close to the beach. Only breakfast service.
It’s become very expensive at $300+ not including breakfast and I will only stay there when close to $200- 225.
The website also had the wrong room size which created a false expectation.

хорошая гостиница, совсем рядом с морем. комната небольшая, но уютная. ванная комната очень удобная. большая, с небходимым набором мыла/шампуня. дизайн холла элегантный, завтраки очень хорошие. недостатки небольшие, но есть. главное-невозможно регулировать температуру в комнате. если кондей работает, то он работает, нельзя выставить желаемую температуру, не могла спать ночью от холода. второй минус-отсутствие возможности повесить купальники. ванная комната большая, можно или сделать вытягивающуюся веревку в душевой кабинке, или на полочке под раковиной добавить места, чтобы повесть что-то, есть такое для полотенец , прибить еще 2-3 такие несложно.

Great location. Check-in efficient though we were charged more than quoted in the 'special deal' booked through Hotels.com. VAT at 17% was then added, which was not clear when booking. Not the hotel's fault. But if the price is quoted in local currency, then any taxes should be included or the disclaimer should be abundantly clear.
We were somewhat disappointed in the room: having read reviews that the rooms were small, we requested a room with a balcony, for which we paid more. The photo of the spacious, light-filled \"studio balcony\" that we booked did not resemble the room we ultimately got. However, the room was comfortable, both room and bathroom were pretty clean. The box of chocolates was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent: plentiful, fresh and varied. Wait-staff helpful and friendly. Likewise most of the reception staff. Iced water on tap in the lobby was appreciated. The only other grouse is that the onsite parking turned out to be 70 nis per 24 hours, which wasn't clear when we booked. We checked in at 19.00 and the next day when we checked out at 11.00, we wanted to leave the car while we toured on foot, at least until 15.00 - the earliest we could have checked in on the previous day. The clerk at reception wanted us to move the car already (although there was plenty of space in the car park) and incoming guests also would not be checking in until 15.00. After a short argument he relented.
Overall though we had a good experience and we would stay here again.

We took full advantage of the free bicycles that are provided to each guest (3 hrs/day)...travelled from Tel Aviv port to Old Jaffa port, daily. Great way to see and feel the city. Loved this amenity!!

One the managers tried to kick me out of the lobby for using my lap top at the bar adjacent to check in counter when no one was at the counter / bar. Very very rude to a 2 week paying guest. And I had sat at the same location many times before without problems. And wifi does not work in rooms. Very poor signals. Beds and comforters are short and very uncomfortable.

Location is excellent - a block from the beach, close to shops, cafes and bars. Breakfast was amazing - beyond what I expected. Superb variety, great cooking. Hotel is brand-new with a decent bar and restaurant. Room was small though and so was the bathroom for the price we paid. Extra to park your car on site which was handy.

Overall a good stay in a hotel which I have stayed in on several occasions in the past. Building works around the hotel during my stay were not a disaster. However as I was using a fan and wanted to open my window I did find that my room overlooked the car park entrance and garbage removal so was often woken at 5am is if the window was open. If you use AC it should be fine. For me the room lacked a place to put my suitcase and could benefit from hooks on the wall to hang hats/bags and other kit which you wouldn't want to put in the wardrobe. Bathroom in need of refurbishment on the floor of the shower area. Also the glass door arrangement a little awkward. Main room fine but I don't think I would call my room a Deluxe Room. I think it should be made clearer when booking that the hotel charges a higher rate for the weekend. Desk staff were on the whole very helpful.

I really liked this property. Having travelled a lot in my years, I found this breakfast amazing - all kinds of foods. Staff are really friendly and care a bout the work that they do. The beach is right there. Although the rooms are rather small, the cleanliness, breakfast, staff interactions, and location make this a great choice.

Some of the staff were fantastic, some were a bit less helpful and had a surly look on their face when you approached them. The hotel itself is in a great location. Towels are given for the beach, a welcome bottle of water and chocolates are in your room but the hotel rooms could do with updating. Parking is available in the basement but also there are parking facilities nearby too. The beach area is lovely and there are many restaurants in the nearby area.

The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and caring. They made my first stay in Tel Aviv most enjoyable. The hotel was centrally located close to Gordon Beach, numerous cafes, and necessities shopping. I was even able to assemble an amateur radio station using my 3rd floor balcony!
