Unfortunately, the room was not clean. There was a significant amount of dust, and the toilet had not been properly cleaned. In addition, the cleaning staff was loud and came across as unprofessional.

Considering the price, the experience was not worth it, as there are significantly better options available at the same price point. We were disappointed, especially since this was our second stay at the hotel. The overall quality has clearly deteriorated compared to our previous visit approximately two years ago.

The staff gave my “secure” room code to an unknown to me man who entered my room at about 2141 and woke me from my sleep….I yelled WHO ARE YOU….and he left….completely unsafe….the same thing happened the next morning at 0801. When I addressed the security issue with the front desk, all I got was an apology. That’s ISANE. That whole night should have been free.

Used to be a great hotel (stayed 4 time a year for the past few years) but deteriorated since ownership changed.

1. Breakfast used to be awesome, now replaced with basic.

2. Coffee shop grade coffee in the lobby replaced with a cheap coffee.

3. Mineral water replaced with tap water jugs in the lobby.

4. Hotel is dirty! Garbage bags left in the hallway for hours. Bad smell in the room, shower isn’t cleaned properly.

5. Staff prioritize personal phone calls over front desk service. That’s frustrating especially when you’re in a hurry.

I hope that’s only a phase, and I wish new owners good luck, anyway will not stay here again.

Staff were the best part of the hotel. The room was comfortable and although not perfectly clean, the hallways neither (I would never choose a black carpet ;)) it was clean enough for me. I and a great hot shower and spent a few hours at the beach to acclimate after a long flight.

The staff was extremely helpful. The manager Shiran assisted me in figuring out how public tranportation operates. Chezi actually walked me to the bus station with my heavy suitcase. Anastasia did everything she could to make my stay better. And Sami, the Eritrean man, was wonderful. But the rooms were VERY DARK.I could hardly see anything in the first room I was given on the dark side of the hotel. I was given another room which was light during the day. But thete was still not enough light at night. The coffee was fine but there should be.croissants or something better than cookies. This hotel needs to fix the horrible darkrooms IMMEDIATELY.

Dont bother staying here. I paid for 2 nights but when i got there they didnt have any rooms. They put me in one temporarily and promised I wont have to pay for it since it wasnt an official room. The light wasnt working and no bedding was given at first. Someone walked in on me in the morning, which was very violating. Then they kicked me out because they didnt have availability although i paid for it. Its not a nice hotel or area either. Very dirty and dingy looking. Im still fighting to get money back for the night I didnt stay.

Great location. A minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Tel Aviv. The lobby and the staff are very nice. The front desk helped me to check in fast. The room are nice and cozy. Complimentary breakfast is also good.

This is a Brown property?? Based on the condition, smell of sewer, clogged sink, sticky residue on walls, physical key not working and the most loud hotel I have ever stayed in, I'll pass on Brown and stay elsewhere. In fact I dod move hotels. Room on 1st floor facing a very busy main road and parking lot; I heard every conversation from the street and yhe road noise is awful. However, the staff ate very pleasant and polite.

The Hotel overall was ok as I was travelling by myself. Being a boutique hotel, the rooms were small, no water bottles provided or a box of Kleenex. Being a Brown Hotel, I thought it would be some what upscale. Looks like they need renovations to the reception area and clean the carpets in the elevator. I would give it a 3 out of 5. Also, not convenient location on Hayarkon.

The reception was very polite, employees also very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the location very close to the beach. The cleaning service was not good for a long stay (1 day they forgot to clean) also air condition had a problem in our last day stay. Nevertheless, the reception gave as an option to change the room which I consider was polite.

PROS: The outside of the hotel and lobby are very nice. Check in was fast and front desk personnel were amicable.

My room was big, clean and bed very comfortable.

Free coffee all day.

Location

CONS: I booked partial sea view, I was given room 108. Yes I saw the ocean, but I basically had to break my neck in order to see it. (Other hotels with partial view, I didn’t have to do that,
so that’s why I booked it. I do not recommended paying extra for partial sea view cause it’s not worthy it. I told front desk and they said that the description was listed before choosing the room.. but I did not see that or pictures of how the “partial” sea view looks.

Breakfasts, looked great and many options but unfortunately I didn’t know what the food were most of the times because there was no name or description. (Because of allergy reason, I was afraid to eat something in case it contains some type of food that I’m allergic to)


For the price I paid I expected better room view. If I ever stay here again, I’ll do front sea view or stay somewhere else.

Nice Hotel, but a little bit run down

The hotel is in a good location, the service is great, but the building and the rooms are run down. Seems that Brown Hotels renovated the building but not enough.
i also would prefer that the ceiling will not be painted with jangle theme, birds in bright colors. It was nice to open the window to get fresh air as the weather was warm for January but if it was summer, a screen would be needed.
