Wonderful hotel, vey clean modern rooms, amazing accommodating staff! Will only stay there when returning to Tel Aviv!
Just a few min walk to pristine beaches and supermarket and pharmacy next door. Couldn’t ask for a better place!

Compared to the other hotels I stayed in during this trip, Hotel H7 tlv was among my favorites. I have insomnia, but for some reason, I got such a restful sleep the night I slept in this hotel. Also, the owner Yoni was always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. When I left my decrepit sneakers alongside the garbage to be discarded with the trash, he texted me to tell me that he found them and would save them for me at the reception desk. How many hotels would extend themselves to do that for their guests?

Stay away!!!

The hotel never changed the sheets from the previous clients!! Beds were dirty with hair and other things…..

The hotel itself is dirty and badly needs renovations. It looks like a hostel not a hotel.

We decided not to stay and asked to cancel the reservation, and they refused!!! Never go there!!!!

Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Handy grocery store right next door. Good restaurants very close by (within 5 minutes’ walk). Hotel staff kind and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had plenty of space. Easy to catch a taxi from the area. Can’t beat the price. Solid choice for a few days in Tel Aviv. Would stay there again.

As much as I want to get this hotel, perfect rating on everything, there were a few minor details that could have been improved. The hotel was very nice and the front desk staff were amazingly friendly, the rooms were beautiful but housekeeping left some to be wished for. The rooms didn’t have adequate garbage cans and the cleaning staff even when they cleaned the room did not remove garbage from the room on a regular basis. To be fair I am always, so I’m not critical when hotel check out earlier than 12 especially when check-in times aren’t accommodating. The concept of the hotel is amazing and the rooms are nice but I feel like there is still something to be desired. Id definitely stay again though. Cost to benefit value is nice

The hotel started smelling half way through the stay, whatever sticks they used to mask the smell wore off. Housecleaning missed one day, not changing sheets it was folded instead when bed sheets were asked to be changed the first night.

You can walk to restaurants, shopping, to beach, anywhere. Not far from airport. Its a great way to live with the locals & really get a feel for Tel Aviv. The staff were so sweet and accommodating.

Excellent staff! The hotel has a room to hold luggage for a few hours and sitting area. There was coffee available upon arrival. Clean rooms, we had a kitchen sink and refrigerator. There is a market next door. Its not a fancy hotel, narrow elevator, but it was fine for a few days.

Location was superb, short walk to the beach ( a deal breaker for us) grocery stores and coffee shops.
The place is an older building, don’t expect perfect conditions, but it’s clean, good size rooms, nice beds, good pillows ( very important). Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, very pleasant and helpful. I appreciate their kindness. Would stay there again if ever back to the city.

Entgehen den guten Bewertungen aus früheren Zeiten ist der Zustand des Zimmers dürftig. Zudem fehlt die Ausstattung für ein Appartement-Zimmer fast vollständig. Das Personal hat sich um eine Verbesserung bemüht. Dieses Hotel fällt im Vergleich mit anderen Apart-Hotels in Tel Aviv ab. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Muito bem localizado. Foi bem legal ter um supermercado exatamente ao lado.

Na recepção tem uma máquina de café muito boa, com um Capuccino ótimo e bolachinhas. Está sempre à disposição.

O quarto é bem grande e limpo. O chuveiro é bom, bem quentinho e sai bastante água.

Vale um elogio extra para o rapaz que fica na recepção na parte da noite, muito atencioso e simpático.

Die Zimmer sind auch für Tel Aviver Verhältnise eher schäbig (Schimmel im Bad an der ganzen Decke und in den Fugen, Malerflecken auf dem 20 Jahre alten Discounter Sofa, abgeschlagene Kanten an Tischen). Es ist ultra laut dort (Nachbarzimmer, Umgebung etc.). Sehr kalter Fussboden und und und. Dafür ist es einfach zu teuer.

Bon hôtel par cher au centre de Tel Aviv

Très bon séjour dans ce petit hôtel à petit prix du centre de Tel Aviv.
Les chambres sont simples et confortables.
A noter que les taxis connaissent rarement cet hôtel. Il faut indiquer l'adresse !
Enfin le petit-déjeuner n'est pas disponible dans l'hôtel Il faut soit se débrouiller avec une kitchenette et le supermarché à côté, soit aller dans un café des environs.

Hotel absolut gute Lage: Strand, Kaffees, Shopping in unmittelbarer Nähe. Haus selbst heruntergekommen, Zimmer sauber mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeekocher, sehr komfortablem Bett (ca 160cm), Schrank, Bad geräumig, sauber aber z.B. Waschtisch oder einzelne Kacheln mit Sprüngen. Zimmer auf Rückseite war ruhig. Strassenseite bei offenem Fenster eher laut, da U-Bahn im Bau (was neue Regierung stoppen möchte) früher verkehrsreich. Für den Preis in einer der teuersten Städte der Welt ein guter Deal!

La cosa positiva è il personale disponibile, le chiavi sono ancora di metallo in una Tel Aviv dove tutto si fa con le app, non ci sono servizi in camera un bollitore discutibile e qualche bustina, armadio che era sporco e pitturato con le vernice del soffitto caduta e mail pulito, odore di muffa dall'ascensore alla camera e incamera odore di chiuso, il climatizzatore ottimo perchè silenzioso e senza luci, la vista della stanza 13 era il cortile. Al momento c'erano lavori in strada quindi i trasporti non saprei, la spiaggia vicina il resto molto meno ma è tutto cosi in quella città.

Due to my own stupidity, I booked the wrong room. I simply didn’t read the further details section. My fault entirely. But still, the staff at H7 hotel made it their problem and found a more than satisfactory solution the next morning. This saved me. I’m still grateful.
I can highly recommend this hotel as it is central, clean, quiet and very easy going. Free coffee, tea, water and sweets at reception. Also the reception is open until 2am in the morning, which I like. Staff is very helpful and does everything to make your Tel Aviv experience a good one!

Thank you for the wonderful stay. The staff was like a family and took great care for my parents. They helped, had recommendations, and were all the time lovely and kind. Everything was clean, neat and whenever there was a question, the solutions and answer followed in a second. Cannot thank enough! We will definitely come back sure! Highly recommended!
