Very friendly front desk staff. They host a happy hour with wine, plus coffee, cookies, and bottled water are available. There’s no included breakfast - you can order it, but prices are comparable to nearby cafés and there are plenty just outside. The location is excellent for the beach, though it’s a bit far from Jaffa, so you’ll need public transport. It’s a great Tel Aviv neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants and an overall lovely vibe.

Great hotel. The hotel is perfect Amazing location minutes from anywhere in Tel-Aviv. The room had 3 beds so was comfortable enough for 3 people. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. If you are looking for hotel right on Dizengoff and center of town look no further. Great hotel and great value.

It all looks and is dated and tired. If you need to stay for overnight, it's okay. The fridge in the room.worked, just! Very basic. The room was noisy because of its location. Location is great for bars/restaurants.

you get what you pay for

The room was ok for the price, the location was good, and the staff was nice.

However, it was fairly dirty. The bedding and everything was cleaned, but we wore our slippers in the shower. There is mold and mildew. The room sink (not the bathroom one) leaked if we used it. The stairwell and hallway was unkept and needed to be vacuumed/cleaned.

We were supposed to get a bottle of wine in our room, but we did not receive it.

Wow, really glad I selected this hotel. Nice staff, helpful, great location. It was so hard to pick a hotel, I was unfamiliar with TLV, I selected right!! If I went back to TLV, I would stay here again. Just 2 blocks to beach.

Great service from excellent staff in an ideal central location. Hotel is a smaller boutique property with limited facilities but did have a great free coffee machine in the reception area. Neighborhood was noisy with very early morning construction work. We booked a balcony room that was littered with extensive bird poop on a daily basis. Overall, we would recommend this a good value choice of hotel for Tel Aviv.

With in walking distance to all the mayor sites, good breakfast, fresh fruit, good coffee, the cafe on the first floor offers great cappuccino, the surrounding area is safe, we walked everywhere at all times of the day. Parking can be very tight if you arrive during business hours however very open at night. Over all I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend it if you are looking for a budget friendly option.

Decent, be wary of noise from street

Decent hotel, centrally located. But they are constructing another hotel next door, so there is a construction site. Also our window couldn’t close properly, so we could hear the street and the banging. Despite asking for help or to change room we were basically just told ‘that’s how it is, we’re close to the main street’.

Great location, great value

We had two nights to spend in Tel Aviv and this hotel was perfect for us. It’s a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping and bars so we didn’t need a car or public transportation. The hotel is clean, beds are super comfy and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

I had high hopes for this place when I checked in and unfortunately it failed to meet expectations. The property is located in a somewhat dilapidated part of D. Ave. It's clearly in the midst of gentrification but not anywhere close. I checked late in the evening and was very tired from a long overseas flight. The room wasn't great but it wasn't until daylight that I understood it was not good. The towels are thin and cheap. The bath is poorly maintained full of black mold in these shower. Just gross. The A/C is the sort that blows cold and unclean air. There are hair clumps in corners of the floor. Housekeeping is not anywhere to be found and frankly when I see them its clear this is not professional staff but cheap labor hired to clean. You can't cover up bad management and poor hotel skills with \"hipster\" type decor.

Loved our stay here. Great location in a vibrant and also central part of Tel Aviv. Nice walk to a good location on the beach (about 10 minutes). Our stay was perfect! Great location surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and boutiques. It's very welcoming with it's courtyard and stylish lobby complete with a coffee bar. It might be on the compact side, but it's style screams \"grand\" with all the added lux touches. The room was cozy, and made great use of the space complete with a kitchenette. It had a spacious and very comfortable bed. The staff was very courteous and pleasant. We opted for breakfast based on their recommended choice of the Sidewalk, and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed our delicious breakfast bagel with salmon, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Stayed for 5 nights and were very pleased with the hotel. It's 2 streets up from the beach and the hotel supplies beach towels. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Tel Aviv.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of the city

This hotel was perfectly placed in the centre of diezengoff street really bustling area and only 7-10 minutes from the beautiful beach. Hotel provided beach towels. Had an happy hour every night from 1900-2100 with red or white wine from a Jerusalem winery. Room was the premium room with balcony and was really spacious and very clean. The main thing though was the staff they are amazing so helpful every day we asked for advise and nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble, eating out, tours, just having a chat, traditions. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thank you to all the staff but especially Liad one of the deputy managers was so lovely always had a smile and was extremely knowledgeable.

I checked into this hotel easily and pleasantly, but that was about the only thing that went well during my experience. I got to my room and instantly noticed that the photos taken for the website were dated because the room was not as pristine as the photos. There was paint rusting in the bathroom, stains on the walls, and spots where the wall had been (poorly) repainted. The AC was leaking some sort of green liquid that had stained down the wall (they insist it was water, but when the air conditioner actually had condensation, it was in a different area and was clear. The floor wasn't swept well, the counters had a layer of dust on them, and most of all, the sheets and pillowcases had stains on them and you could see loads of hair on the bottom sheet. WiFi was unreliable and slow. I checked with the asst. manager who changed the sheets while I was at dinner, but left the disgusting bottom sheet with all of the hair. At this point, I was furious and asked to leave the hotel because it was unsanitary to have all of that hair on the bed. He refused to let me, so I called the booking agency I used to have them plead with him, and only at this point would he offer letting me leave the last 2 nights of my stay. I had no other choice, so I stayed there for one night and checked out in the morning to stay at a much nicer hotel. I hope that my experience was a fluke, but the fact that the management forced me to stay there for a night was poor judgment on their part nonetheless.

The service and the staff was amazing, but the room smelled of sweaty feet every day and it wasn’t because of me. The AC dripped water on the floor which got slippery at times (enough water to form a puddle). Also, the toilet and shower were incredibly crammed. It was a puzzle to navigate around the bathroom.

Dizengoff Avenue Hotel is centrally located with a short walk to the beach and very active nightlife, with lots of bars and restaurants close by. We arrived after 9PM on a Thursday evening and most places were still open with standing room only in some. Great Juice bars within a few blocks along with a terrific Gelato place. Hotel staff was very helpful with suggestions on where to go and where to eat. We had three adults in the room which had adequate space to accommodate the three of us. Room had a water boiler to make coffee, tea on a spacious countertop. We like architecture and there are several Bauhaus style buildings near the hotel. Dizengoff Avenue is a busy thoroughfare, so getting a cab was not a problem. With the bedroom window closed, we did not hear any street noise. Room had an air conditioner. There is a mini-mart across the street from the hotel. Easy walk to the street market and Jaffa. The hotel even sponsors a small happy hour with wine and some munchies.

This hotel had a great location, the staff was really nice, but the room was damp and kinda dirty. The internet was awful-you would only get 5 min before it would cut out. I thought this room was overpriced, especially when I had to kill a cockroach. Not acceptable. Look for another place-I think you could do better.

Great place to stay. Close to everything. Rooms little small but that is common for this area. Good service and you can walk to most restaurants and nightlife. Always felt safe and secure. There was also a safe in room for documents etc. They do a nightly little wine happy hour from 7-9 in the lobby area for no charge and they were very informative with area and costs etc. Do not expect a big hotel type atmosphere this is Israel and Tel Aviv. This is a smaller boutique hotel. Staff Is Great Thank you again for a memorable stay. I would stay here again.

the hotel and location is very nice. The staff is also very nice. That being said we had a very bad experience because we wanted something a little out of the box. We arrived with a confirmed and paid reservation with a \"paid\" late check out (paid for half day). Without boring you with all the details, there were many problems including them moving us to another room in the middle of our stay. the real shocker was that when I sent an email to the general manager, he didn't even have the courtesy to respond. very disappointing because, I was prepared to give this place an unbelievable review but now will never stay there again.

pleasant atmosphere, straight forward receptionists, lovely rooms - stylistically and comfort-wise. I had a room with a balcony looking back to beautiful tall green trees.
The hotel is in a great location, for meals, drinks, (including best fresh juices' kiosks, close to the beach, close to shopping, within a network of the beautiful 'white city' streets, galleries... What else one needs? Highly recommended!

Fantastic little hotel with great service

My partner and I stayed here for my third trip to Tel Aviv. The hotel has a great location in the socially busy Dizengoff area. We had a great large room with a balcony onto the straight, but when the doors were closed it was very quiet.

What the property lacks in amenities it makes up in service with coffee and drinks available in the lobby (at cost) and a free happy hour with wine and nibbles. They have an arrangement with nearby restaurants for breakfast and provide towels for the beach, which is a short walk away.

Basic stay in great location

A very basic accommodation, which was good for what we needed. The location was great, on a busy nightlife part of dizzingoff street and a walking distance to the beach. The parking garage with wchich the hotel has an agreement with is a ten min walk.
We stayed on the first level and the noise from the street and from the hotel hallways was quite loud (garbage pick up is very early in Israel...). All in all was a good stay and value for money.

Cool design though the bathroom was tiny and had some mold collecting in the corners. Please note that breakfast is NOT at the hotel, you have to go outside. You have three cafes to choose from, the one recommended to us by the receptionist was three blocks away. If you pick Shackshuka (which is basic Israeli breakfast specialty) you have to pay extra even though the coupon has no upper price limit, and you are competing for attention from all guests coming in from the street. This makes for a lengthy breakfast experience.

Nice hotel with central location--a hidden gem

A very enjoyable stay, the facilities were above average, and the bed was really nice.

Ngan Yung

The hotel in on Dizengolf Street which has many restaurants. There is an Italian seafood restaurant which is nearby and is excellent, making it a big highlight for our stay. We didn't know this restaurant before. When we passed by, we found that there were many people (mostly locals) in it and knew immediately it must be a good one.
