The rooms are nice and clean, but tiny. There is no on-site parking and street parking is nearly impossible, but there is a pay parking lot nearby. The location is great though, with lots of shops and restaurants, and the beach is a short walk.

I absolutely loved this place. It is in the perfect spot and the rooms are beautiful. Know that they do not have a reception desk and that they will call and ask you to let them know when you’re checking in. And this is a perfect place for people without a car because parking in the area as with all dense cities can be an issue, but as a hotel it’s fantastic. Just fantastic.

Wet central hotel in Tel Aviv city centre and 5 min walk from the beach. No receptionist over the weekend to ask the usual things in a new city. However, they did give us the possibility of a late checkout which was much appreciated. My only comment is that the curtains need cleaning urgently!

My flight came in late and by the time I got to this location it was quite late. After 11pm. The room I was told to go to, because the desk was closed, was occupied. It took several phone calls which confused me because this only has 12 rooms! I was so tired. It should not have taken over an hour to find which room I had and get into it. Not my best welcome into Israel. I came back to Tel Aviv during my visit and I stayed elsewhere.The room itself was clean, and in an okay location. I appreciate that in the morning I was assisted in getting a taxi easily. Perhaps out of sympathy, they let me stay a little bit later in the day and I appreciate that they didn't ask for the paperwork to be done until I had eaten breakfast.

Perfect place to stay and explore Tel Aviv! The location was awesome, a very short walk to the beach and on a street with tons of bars and restaurants. The rooms are small but clean and nicely decorated and everyone there was very nice. Even though it’s on a main street, it was quiet at nice. Also, they have a water cooler where you can fill up your water bottles which was a nice bonus. Great value hotel and perfect launch pad for exploring Tel Aviv!

We stayed there one night in June. Great location, neat and small hotel, nice air conditioned rooms full of light, elevator, plenty of complimentary drinking water, large closet, very helpful and nice staff. However, it’s entrance is right in the intersection of two busy streets, and there is no way even to stop to at least drop someone from your party with all luggage at the entrance - if you drive there, even in a taxi. Parking is 10 min walking distance away. No balconies in the rooms, and no lobby - a tiny corner countertop with a host right at the elevator. Overall, nice stay.

Stayed for 1 night at this small hotel in the center of Tel Aviv. Excellent location and very helpful staff. They were happy to look after my bags for me before check in and after check out. Dizengoff is a very busy street with lots of buses so I was worried about the noise but I didn’t hear a thing. Would definitely stay again if I was looking for a no frills, cheaper option in the heart of Tel Aviv.

It’s smallish, looks like single apartments, clean and in a great area (downtown): restaurants, bars and with stores all around, about a 10 min walk to the beaches and if you want to walk, about 30-40 minutes walking to the Savidor Train Station and the bus hub (bus 480 to Jerusalem). The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We had a small issue and they responded immediately. They reserved our cab since we were leaving on a Saturday and we got to the airport without a glitch. The rooms aren’t large but not small either. You have a mini fridge and a hairdryer (not in the description). On the improvements side, the ‘boiler’ switch is a little nuisance to remember about so I hope the hotel can soon install auto/remote switches in all rooms. Also, the Internet is unusable. Our room was at the end of the hall and since I had cell data on my phone, I was ok but would have wished to use the Internet. Instead, I had to turn the Internet off on my phone to do anything and turned it on at night so I wasn’t bothered by my phone’s updates :) But the hotel needs to upgrade its Internet network BADLY (how about a mesh network that may be more suitable for this building?). Finally, the shower door leaks. Because of the odd construction, it will leak unless they dig it in, install a platform with edges or seal the door completely. If not, install a drain in the bathroom floor as well. Despite these (although I hope they fix them soon), we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Rude staff, no apologies
There are two managers it seems, one israeli/Russian who is lovely and an israeli man who is nothing short of extremely rude and obnoxious. Apparently they were doing me a favour by letting me use their parking space. I had thought they were a hotel but apparently it’s a favour. The 2nd floor flooded on saturday, also coming into my room and there was a high level of noise for hours while I was trying to rest. Not even the semblance of an apology from the manager who knew I was there the whole time.
Also, on my last day i got a phone call at 11.10am asking me when I was checking out. When I informed them check out was at noon, he argued with me on the phone telling me I’m completely wrong and getting extremely aggressive and rude to me on the phone. I then rushed to get ready, feeling extremely uncomfortable at this point, and went downstairs with my things showing him the Expedia confirmation which clearly states a noon checkout. His response screaming at me and essentially telling me to get lost and out of the hotel.
Nasty man and their lack of apologies illustrates how they severely lack in customer service skills and clearly do not actually care about their guests.

The hotel was well placed for exploring - two blocks from the sea, 10 mins walk from Dizengoff Squate, 20 min walk from the park, 20 walk to the port, loads of good bars/restaurants/cafés within a couple of blocks. Big TV, comfortable bed, well maintained, clean (even called to check if everything was OK and if cleaning/restocking was needed when 'do not disturb' was on most of day - a very early, very long run required a few hours recharge!) , basic food amenities (kettle, fridge, microwave, sink), air conditioning, double glazed windows - helpful on a main road - that could still be opened to provide natural ventilation. The shower cubicle did leak somewhat over the bathroom floor, but a typical Israeli floor squeegee was provided on request, and as it was well ventilated this was no issue (extra towels were offered too). The guy covering the daytime reception was really friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and offer of assistance. Bag storage was provided. Would recommend. And it was a good price too!

I stayed for 3 nights and was very comfortable and happy in this no frills super clean hotel. The staff was super helpful in giving directions and offering suggestions. Breakfast isn’t included but there’s a place around the corner that offers 1/2 price Brunch between 8-9 am.
