My husband and I stayed for 12 nights at the New Port Hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly - especially Shalom the front desk manager who went out of his way and made us feel especially comfortable during the heightened uncertainty at the start of the Israel/Iran war. We highly recommend this to small, boutique hotel to anyone looking for convenience and welcoming place in a great location.

It is a small hotel but comfortable and we asked for a quiet room which we got. Clean and modern. Well situated for going to port, beaches, as well as to nice part of town for shopping and lots of good, not expensive restaurants nearby. Buses also not far away. We stayed a full week.

The room was sparse and quite small. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was excellent ,especially Shalom at the front desk and Julian who was in charge of breakfast. We were upset that the English TV channels in our room were not working as we could not listen to the news at night nor day. We complained to Shalom about this. The telephone in our room was also not working so we had to walk to the front desk every time we needed something. We asked for a discount on the room but they refused. We are going to dispute this on our credit card.

The room was very small and didn't have much space to unpack (especially with 2 people). It was nice to be able to take the towels to the beach. The Port Tel Aviv was a great location or a week long stay at this property. Loved the downstairs 24/7 space which also had coffee and tea available plus a small courtyard and a great breakfast offer. Thanks Hazel for looking after us down there. Staff at front desk - thanks Orr - your team were most helpful and answered questions and pointed us in the right direction. Close to Ben Yehuda and Dizengoff St - only a short walk away and close to the No 4 bus to go to the Carmel Market and downtown. Near the best beach closest to the Port - family friendly and a great restaurant & bar. Lift to the top floor and a few steps to the rooftop for an outdoor space.

Apart from small signs of wear and tear (one electric socket appeared a bit loose) we were happy with this small, but lovingly Bauhaus styled hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby and only a few hundreds yards from the beach and old port.

We arrived at 1am and went straight to the hotel. The staff was very accommodating in checking us in early as soon as the room was available. Food choices at breakfast is good as well as coffee . The room is smaller for 2 people but has good layout and it’s clean bathroom is clean and bed is comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach which is the beach front of 4 and 5 star hotels such as Carlton and Hilton hotels. Exercise equipments available to public. So close to Dizelgoff for shopping and restaurants.

The hotel is pleasant. The rooms are very clean and I found most of the staff to be professional and helpful. It is a very short walk to the beach and to a couple of areas with excellent dining options. The morning breakfast that was included was good.
My window looked directly into the windows of some local apartments, so there was no view and one could not really keep the curtains open. That was the only real negative to the stay.

Great stay, great location, just 1 block from TLV port area with shoppes and dining option and the north end of the TLV promenade that takes in the best of the city and its beaches. The staff were most helpful for us on restaurant recommendations, where to get bike/scooter rentals, shopping and the nuances of visiting Israel for the first time and during a national holiday time. They made our trip easier and with a clean and comfortable room, it gave us all the needs for an enjoyable holiday. Will come back soon.
