Enjoyed my stay and thought I got value for money during my time there. Room was big for Israeli hotels, clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, although repetitive if you’re there for a long stay. Easy access to the tayelet and yarkon park. But it’s pretty north if you’re coming for tourist activities. There were a few nights where I heard a club until about 5 AM. I’m told there is one nearby. So pack ear plugs if you are getting a north facing room.

Unlike other hotels this one does not provide a free coffee machine for self-use. They charge you every time you want a coffee. Make sure you turn on the \"Do not clean\" button when going to sleep. If you don't, the staff will just walk into the room in the early morning as they did to me at 8am! When they realized I was in the room, they got out and slammed the door scaring you know what out of me! The restaurant downstairs has potential being in a corner location, but it is always empty and uninviting. I give it four stars because it has a clean modern look, pool and dry sauna, for the price per night compared to other hotels in the area that are falling apart, it cant beat.

Rooms are extremely small. Hotel bedding is lackluster at best. The bed cover is very small could not cover 2 people. This is a hotel fitted for younger clientele. At one point in my stay housekeeping left their cleaning supplies in my room. I definitely would not stay here again.

I'm always glad to see a kettle & fridge, and the tray of fruit left in the room as a welcome was extra nice. The breakfasts were very expensive. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped. I've deducted one star as the bedside \"table\" (it was an imitation log?) was too small to put anything on, and there was nowhere to sit at the main table. The staff were excellent, but when I checked out I was given vague (and incorrect) information regarding onward transport to the airport by the person at the desk. Another star deducted for that.

Exceptional such as Yael and Eyal but also each and every one of them is amazing , kind , caring and only wants to make sure our stay was nothing but the BEST!! It was a good stay but I paid for ocean view more money and since I arrived later they gave a room facing in the direction of the ocean on the second floor. I should have just save my self money and gotten a less expensive room with the same results also they said parking on site but when I arrived they told me they where at full capacity and got to look and pay for parking elsewhere. Paid for breakfast and it was soak and would had been better off going out to one of the near bye restaurants for a better and cheaper breakfast. The highlight is the location.

The hotel is new and located in a very good place. The view from the balcony is breathtaking specially on the sunset. It is a very short distance from the old Tel Aviv port that it is a very popular restaurant and promenade area. The only thing that i really did not like in this hotel is that the elevators and specially the room corridors are not air conditioned. That is very unpleasant in hot weathers. They have to air condition all these areas. Other than this, recommended.

The hotel itself was ok. However the room was small, hardly any storage space and the bed was super hard. The lobby was freezing cold and their oil diffusers that they sell are super strong so that you’re hit like a ton of bricks when you walk into the lobby. My biggest complaint though is the customer service….there is none! The staff almost seem annoyed or confused whenever you have a question or request. There is no welcome with a smile or helpful information offered. I will definitely not be back.

We booked on Expedia and pre paid for the room on Expedia but when we checked in they charged again. When we called this to their attention they said they would refund it immediately it’s been 4 days and have not received a refund. Hotel manager could not make a refund go through. We are very upset. Also the rooms are very noisy from street noise and the blackout curtains don’t work lots of light comes in. The hotel is relatively new and modern and nice design but the rooms are extremely small.

We spent two nights at this hotel in the northern part of the beaches. The property is very clean and location is easy to find shopping and public transportation.

This hotel was very nice, new and clean. The bathroom was quite large and nice, with good counter space for your things. If going back to Tel Aviv I would try to stay slightly further south because traffic can be quite bad and this seemed slightly removed from restaurants and everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast was $30 apiece, which seemed crazy high, so we did not eat there, but we also did not see many bakeries or breakfast stops nearby in our brief stay.

If like rude customer service and basically being told to F off - THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. If you want to amend your reservation and like to get flat out said no to - you guessed it...
