Booked with Wotif, advertised as including breakfast. Hotel never served any breakfast. Wotif's said 4 star and not even half star. Freshly made bedding linen was full of hair. Unfriendly staff.

Cheap, comfortable stay in an expensive city
Sol was helpful with the info upon check-in. Ruben in the morning hooked us up with a local place for good typical Israeli breakfast. The hotel is a quick walk to the beach. Nothing special about the room, basic and clean. Israel is expensive, this place was not. I would recommend it and will stay here again and again. Great access to bike rental shops and grocery stores. Unfortunately, you cannot cook food in the room. The front desk was instrumental in setting up taxi service to and from Jerusalem and airport.

It was normal stay nothing so special. All good until when I'm supposed to check out early like 8am or something nobody is at the front desk and when I called them they said I have to wait 5mins somebody will call but then no one came so I decided to leave my key card because I have to leave early then.
Well I guess it's only because of pandemic situation tho. That they need to less the worker on duty but I guess front seat is important.

First thing: we booked a No-smoking room but first time I got into in, I immediately sniffed the nicotine smell coming from the moquette. So I asked for another room but seems the hotel was full booked...
and the worst is yet to come: We woke up early in the morning after the first night and I got a HUGE COCKROACH bumming around the bath!!! How can be possible that in the 2018 an 100€/night hotel doesn't face the bug problem?! Are you kidding?! Otherwise the only positive thing is that it's 2 min stroll from the beach.
Next time I will spend my travel money somewhere else.

The hotel has only 4 tandem parking spaces, but the spaces are not for the cars from rental. So if you have rental car with you, they will ask you to park somewhere else and this will result in additional costs. So their free parking is somewhat misleading.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights last week . I made the right choice as I was very happy with the hotel in every way . The hotel is very close to the beaches , the Tel Aviv port and the Ben Yahuda st. and Dizengoff st. where you can find a lot restaurants , bars and cafes to hang out . The buffet breakfast included offers something to every and is healthy . Front desk service was fantastic , special thanks to Saul and Emilio who gave me a lot of useful information about the restaurants, bars and public transportation in the city .

First time in Tel Aviv
Our first visit to Israel. We arrived around mid-night and it was a public holiday the next day. The road was full of traffic, so noisy - lots of horns! Fortunately our room was not at the front but it still took a long time for it to get quiet. We stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was good. The hotel is at the very northern end of the beaches so we had a nice walk along the seafront to Jaffa and around and walked back in the evening

Do Not fall for the prime location. Every thing else n this hotel is terrible. Despite the hotels advertising, Parking is VERY limited (4 spots for 20 + rooms) and they will not allow a rental car park there at all. The breakfast that they are so proudly bragging about is a toast with two types of cheese and sliced tomato. Not anywhere close to the amazing breakfasts almost any other tel aviv hotels offer.
The rooms are very small (which is not really an issue) but they are out dated. The carpets are dirty and smelly, the daily cleaning of the room was less than sufficient.
The bathroom is very slippery and dangerous and when you are in the bath room you can hear EVERY thing from all the rooms around you. I assume they can hear you too.
Finally, the staff is the worse. I visit Israel every year and i think that over all the service in restaurants and hotels is at least as good as any other western country. But in this hotel i was literally yelled, cursed and bullied by both the receptionist AND his manager whom i dared complaining to. NOT RECOMMENDED

The hotel gave good value for money. Check in was quick and easy. Included Breakfast was very nice. The area is near the beach and there lots of shops and reataruants nearby. Public bus routes / stops are easily accessed. The hotel wifi is slow / weak especially during hours which conincide with expected heavy use. I would stay there again.

Very nice very clean helpful small hotel. God bed. Breakfast was a smaller delicious Israeli buffet. Great place for overnight near Ben Gurion Airport. Near the revitalized Old Port District shopping and restaurants. We walked to Yarkon River (about 10 minutes), and surrounding park, and the Israel Museum near the university ( 35 minutes). Beach very close by hotel(5 minutes). Enjoyed this part of Tel Aviv and will choose here again.

I was on Tel Aviv for a 4 day visit. I am very familiar with the area and requirements. Great location, three of the four nights I was able to park at the hotel, one night I used lot across the street. Very quick to get out if tell aviv going north. Sheets and bedding clean and crisp. Not the best place if you need room service or want large hotel amenities. I did not and expect stAy there again.

Room and hotel were clean and well-decorated. Service was fine. Room had two twins pushed together, which was a bit odd, and could have been more spacious. It was fine for a single-person trip, but do check which room you'll get if you're a party of 2 or more. Bathroom was a little oddly laid out, but functioned well.
