One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed

This place is gross. The hallways were dirty and smelled like a dead cat. They didn’t clean the room every day for some reason, and never replaced the coffee.

Good value for the price. Large rooms and kept very clean. Very nice staff always willing to help. they have a very cool lobby bar with creative cocktails. It’s a very popular spot, so in the evenings there is a lot of foot traffic from non-guests. But also very convenient for guests. We personally had a few hiccups, like they didn’t have a baby crib for us for our first night, and the elevators went out for a couple hours and we had to walk up 5 flights. Overall it was a good stay and we would consider staying there again.

I have no complaints whatsoever. I had a nice room...perfect for one. Its very close to the beach and had great falafels across the street. My complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The staff was very kind and helpful when i had questions. Will stay here again.

We booked a room in the last minute.
We got an upgrade as in mentioned in the Gold member conditions. We didn't get a bottle of wine, I assume because it was the last minute.
The receptionist was ok. Our room had a leak in the sink but we immediately got a switch to another room.
The rooms are maintained but don't feel really clean. For the pricing it was well worth.

Lovely hotel with excellent room size. Bed and pillows quite comfortable. Shower lovely and powerful. The location was great. Our only gripe would be even though we we re on the 6th floor , we were disturbed by \"boom boom\" music one night until the early hours. However, it was approaching Jewish Ney Year, so we assume this was celebrations.

I love this little Boutique hotel.This is my second time at this hotel. It’s small and quaint and the rooms are large, relative to Israel’s normal hotel rooms. I had a studio suite which was a perfect size. The front staff was wonderful, very accommodating. The cleaning people were kind and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and yummy. The only complaint I would have would be the rooms could be a little more clean, not that they were dirty, but could have been a bit more clean in the corners! Otherwise I would definitely come back. It’s not in central TA, which I found great so that we could get around a bit more easily. So location was good for me.

Good value for the money but can do a face lift.

this is a very affordable hotel in a fantastic location just by TLV Port and walking distance to the beach.
A bit Awkward design, old fashion, surely deserve a bit of renovation.
However, room was spacious, clean and convenient. breakfast was included and was a very good one.
can do more about cleaning the corridors and vacuuming the carpets.
all in all, a good and affordable option, good value for the money. will stay again.

I chose this property because of its great location next to the port. It is significantly more rundown than it appears in the pictures. The area leading to the breakfast room has a terrible funky smell. The staff at the front desk is not very friendly. I ended up cutting my stay short and moving to a different hotel for the same price.

Large rooms by Tel Aviv port - a bit far from the main action of the city but a fun 15 minute scooter ride away. Loved the breakfast room with its 1920s vibe and music and the whole decor of the hotel. Beds were also very comfortable

Could be 4-star if the facilities were better maintained. I had to advise them about a window that didn't lock properly and was open to the weather when it was windy. Emergency door to stairwell couldn't be opened when lift didn't work. Maid ignored my preference to retain towels and didn't properly replace bath mat and hand towels.

In short, potentially a great hotel, if properly managed and maintained.

My wife and I loved the room. It was beautifully decorated and was very cool and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to help us. I highly recommend this property. All the staff was very nice.

We did not enjoy our stay. The hotel is old and dingy, the hallways smell awful, the room was old and dusty. The only good part was the bathroom which was updated seemingly recently.
The hotel is so dark that it almost feels unsafe.

Poor service in a great location

Check-in took us 40 min for two rooms. The lady at the reception was struggling and also her pc was logging off every few min.
The cleaning ladies didnt do a good job at all including putting one set of clean towels the 2nd and 3rd day and left the showers dirty with the dirty towels.
Check out was also way too long compare to what it should take, about 20 min

A terrible experience

It was terrible,the room was tiny and the smell was of mold, no parking, in the evening the hotel was so noisy we couldn't sleep.the breakfast was so bad we even didnt drink coffee, the service in the reception was misleading. They told us a day before we're going to get a voucher for breakfast. And in the morning they decided that there's no such a thing in their hotel. The vice president if the hotel knew that we paid for the breakfast, and knew that we are going without eating their breakfast, and she didn't say a word. She ignored us.
I don't recommend you. Think twice before making the biggest mistake.

Great stay!

Choose the location for the close proximity to the amazing port area. Just a minutes walk to bars and shopping in the sea. A few more minutes to the beach. The room is large and comfortable with a spectacular breakfast buffet. Best I’ve had and I travel abroad extensively. Loved the bar in the hotel too. The staff were very flexible and accommodating.

Fabulous seaside hotel.

I love this hotel. Fabulous location. Close to the ocean, shopping, amazing restaurants and more. The hotel is super cute with nice lounge and bar area. Room was clean and spacious especially for a city. I cancelled reservations later in my trip at another hotel to return to this one.

Don't believe what you see on the pictures!!!

The rooms are dirty, facing the construction site, the reception is not smart enough to give money back they took more and refused to get it back. The breakfast is cold, and no one puts more if it's gone. Service is nowhere to be found at all. And the dirtyness as it's best

It was a booking of just 1 night and I arrived at about 21:30, I just wanted to sleep to continue to work the next day, but the air conditioner didn't work in heating mode at all after more than 1 hour in the first room. Then, they moved me to another room on the same floor and it takes more than 30 minutes for the air conditioner to have warm air, it was about 23:40, start showering after it and I woke up very tired to work the next day.
I never had such a bad experience! it's not a good hotel for a cold night and it looks they have air conditioner issues in rooms on the 6 floor.

The room was ok buy not clean behind the furniture.
The room was not cleaned and tidyed on the next day. At the evening when we asked for more soap there was no one who could bring it to the room.The Hotel was full with noisy smoking youngsters who where active throug the all night, there was no use to complain to the one girl in the reception desk.

Almost a good Boutique Hotel.

This hotel is under new management and they need the benefit of the doubt. The doubt is that it could be a great boutique hotel but it's a long way off.

The staff were very helpful but some things were not right. My TV control didn't work. Should have been checked before I arrived. I booked the night before for immediate access after a red eye flight. Despite two emails and two calls I had no idea that my room was ready until I arrived. The sink didn't hold water. Despite two requests it was never fixed. The gym had no water and needed more simple equipment.
The whole place needs a face lift. Too dark and clearly neglected. Some fruit and flowers would be a good start. Near the Port and sea and walking distance from most parts of town. Could be good but not there yet.

amazingly unique and beautiful hotel and facilities. you feel like in a fairytale. hotel design is stunning. staff is kind. very clean and high quality amenities. the most great location - everything is right at your door. the only downside is the early morning noise from cars passing by. better ask for a room with tsidon street view.

The noise was excessive at times especially later in the evening. I would have preferred a lighter breakfast option. Wasteful to have all the food and not eat half of it. Room was ok and I would rate the hotel as average, although everyone was certainly personable and helpful when needed.

So nice to be back at P&Blue. Staff so good and lovely suite. Now has restaurant which we did not use. Also new bar coming soon with Alice in Wonderland theme. Really exciting. No swimming pool but beach across the road and a pleasure to stay in the hotel.

לא להתקרב!!! אין קשר בין התמונות למציאות

לא נהננו כלל מהמלון ויש פה הטעיית הציבור ממש! קודם כל כשהגענו לובי המלון היה בשיפוץ וזה בכלל לא נאמר לנו! דבר שני רשום באתר שיש חניה זמינה ובכן ממש לא! יש חניה בהסדר והיא בתשלום כמובן! הלובי של המלון ממש לא נראה כמו שמופיע בתמונות. החדר היה לא נקי ואפילו מצאנו שערה על החלוקים שהיו לנו בחדר! אני לא אגיע למלון הזה שוב וכמובן מציעה לכולם להתרחק כי כל מה שמופיע בתמונות לא תואם למציאות. בחדר שקיבלנו היתה דלת מקשרת לחדש אחר וכמובן זה היה נשמע כאילו האנשים שהיו בחדר השני היו איתנו בחדר ואז העבירו אותנו חדר. מיותר לציין שהכל היה עבורנו טירטור.
חוץ מהמיקום שום דבר לא היה טוב במלון הזה. לא להתקרב!

Nice location. The lobby is strange, when you first come in it looks deserted, then you realize you need to climb upstairs for the actual lobby, which is a dark uninviting space (with friends of the front desk guy watching a soccer game). Dark and poorly lit is a theme also in the corridors and the room. Our room was quite big, with strange pipes running on the ceiling, and a door to a connected room where we could hear every word said. Compared to the size of the room, the bathroom was tiny although relatively clean.

No Blues at the Port

We have stayed there before and was welcomed back. All looked in good order. Had very nice room. Big bed. There is still no restaurant so they give you vouchers if you have included breakfast. These can be used at four nearby restaurants. We preferred to pay ourselves as not every day do you want a full breakfast. There was no security at the front door which was not the case last year. The main receptionists were really nice but one is leaving soon. The lady receptionist was not at all welcoming but we had not seen her before.Altogether a very nice hotel.

Well appointed but very small.

Very well designed hotel, with black painted ceilings, blue walls and trendy furniture. The room was miniscule. It was well appointed, but small window and cramped. It made up in design for the space limitation. It was a suite hotel - but we did not have anything like a suite. Parking was at a nearby public lot with a 35 shekel payment per day. Breakfast was a voucher for a restuarant on the port. The first one we went to was closed (8.45) but the second was open and delightful breakfast.
