The room was perfect for our short visit in Tel Aviv. Small with a nice kitchenette and bathroom. The only thing we didn’t like was lifting our luggage up the stairs to the rooms..and the dirty look in the alley way outside the inn. Security was good. Check in and out was easy. Location was fantastic. I would recommend this inn to any couple thinking of travelling to tel Aviv for a short stay.

Apartment on busy dizengoff street
This apartment is in the middle of things. Huge nightlife with cafes and restaurants lining the street. Room no. 9 is a little loud because it looks out over the street and is above a bar but at least has a window. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. It’s a good place to sleep and shower. Thx.

This property is nothing close to what we expected. Basically, everything is outdated. We kind of got lucky that our original room AC did not work so the administration was kind enough to offer us a larger unit. In the original unit was no space to place our luggage, that how small the rooms are.

The rooms were exactly as advertised; very clean, easy to get to, in an excellent location, and perfect for 1-2 people. The owners and staff were incredibly helpful and always available to help or answer questions. The amenities included everything you could need (refrigerator, microwave, dishes, etc.), and the bathrooms were pristine. Some reviews mentioned noise from the street, but I never experienced a problem with that. Overall, staying here was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it for short trips or solo travelers/couples.

Close to restaurants and the beach. The place is in a busy street, so there is noise all day. At night, a bar down the first floor is open until 1 a.m. and you cannot sleep because of the drunk people talking and laughing very loud. The only good sleeping hours are from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.

Zeev was great, gave us loads of help and advise regarding our trips and parking in the city, let us keep our bags on the day we left for a few hours after our check out etc.

We had a great stay at dizengoff Inn. Daniel the owner is easy to talk to and answered all my question before arriving in tel aviv. When we arrive in the apartment the lady welcomed us and help us in everything.they are very nice. Although something is wrong in the other room so they have to come inside our apartment to do the plumbing and they said they will come back in the morning but since we have an early tour so we don't know if they come to our apartment. We stayed in room 9 near the street. We had an apartment style room so we have full bed and outside a sofa that converted to a bed, but my husband said the sofa bed is not comfortable. We have a kitchen and anything u need like a small fridge, small stove, microwave. The apartment is perfect for us and very convenient to walk everwhere bec lots of shops bars 24 hours grocery stores, pizza hut is in the corner. Down the hotel is a good restaurant in the corner we always go there because they have happy hour 1+1 beer and 30% off on food at 6-8:30pm and the food is delicious! Israel is expensive so be ready for that. the only problem in our stay is that its too noisy at night. You can hear the music from the bar downstairs and people talking non stop until 5am.at first i cannot sleep even my daughter but since we are tired we manage to sleep. But then at 3am we wokeup because you can hear downstairs fixing the chairs and tables. we will defenitely stay here again next time we visit tel aviv.

Great stay in the heart of Tel Aviv!
Dizengoff inn is perfectly situated close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. There is no reception area but the owner does a great job in informing you how to access the room, which was a huge benefit to me as I arrived in Tel Aviv quite late, which allowed me the flexibility of checking in with ease.
Excellent WiFi! There is also a kitchenette (Microwave, fridge etc) which is handy if making your own meals.

Great location. Only good for short stays
Communication is good insofar as check in is concerned - it was easy and hassle free. But there was no reply from them when I asked about apartment cleaning. I had to trawl through the tripadvisor reviews to find out that no apartment cleaning is provided. This might be fine for 2-3 days but we stayed for 5, which I find quite inconvenient and unhygienic. The apartment is full of sand and we have no broom or vacuum cleaner to clean

The room is quite good - with a small kitchenette and dining table/chairs. The bed is on the small side, mattress support is not very good on the sides and pillows are rather lumpy.

Spacious but few amenities
This is our second stay here even though the first time the electricity went out and we had no hot water or lights for a day. The location was perfect for us , which was why we chose it,but the noise from the bar underneath made sleeping difficult. Also there is no elevator and carrying suitcases up a lot of steps wasn’t pleasant. Rooms were clean and spacious. All in all the price was right and I guess you get what you pay for! Would look elsewhere next trip.

The studio was lovely and had what we needed for the couple of days we stayed there. The apartment is clean and in great condition. We never met anyone because of the time we arrived and left but this was not a problem as were given all the details needed in advance. The area is very noisy but there are restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops. We would stay there again.

However I believe that all hotel rooms in the city should be down-rated, because if I compare the quality you get in other similarly expensive cities like Singapore or NY, you get much higher quality for the price
- All night long (and morning) loud noise from the club in the building. Yes, the club has soundproofing indeed, but the rooms have ZERO. This is completely unacceptable. You can hear the noise even if you have earplugs on like I had. How badly is it built? Well, there is one cm gap on the door. The windows are the usual aluminium frame with a single layer glass, and in the bathroom it's just glass blinds open. In a place like this there should be ventilation system and normal soundproofed windows.
- The shower is leaking, which wouldn't be a problem if the design and construction would have been up-to-standards, but it's not. I manage apartments and if I saw this in one of my places I would fire the team who made this. The bathroom floor is bending towards the toilet where there is NO drain. How, and why? All that water stays there unless you manually try to take it out.

I got exactly what I was looking for: a room in the city center, with all the necessary amenities plus kitchenette. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness. The other impressive thing was the check-in process: it consisted in getting an email with the entry code and the room number!

They were doing construction which started at 7:30am. I was woken up everyday. When I called to complain, they said that it was okay. Horrible experience. Downstairs is a nightclub that makes a lot of noise until 4:00am. Good location of you're looking for a party, not for relaxation.

Photos are far from reality. The apartment was dirty at the check in. we found stains and a lot of hairs in the bedsheets. Unfortunatòy was late night so we decide to stay even if the cleaning confition was not acceptables.
