Lily & Bloom was an excellent introduction to the wonder that is Israel. I felt completely safe there and in exploring the surrounding areas. The concierge staff made our stay a pleasure, especially Avi and Ya'el. They were both so attentive in helping us find our way around Tel Aviv. I appreciate how clean, well-maintained and open the hotel was. I felt so pampered, from the bed linens down to the shower products. The breakfast that was included was delicious. I hope to go back to Lily & Bloom; it was wonderful and I recommended everyone on my tour to stay there. What a delight!

Lily & Bloom feels less like a big hotel and more like a cozy, warm, and welcoming place to stay. Our rooms were spotless and stylish, and I would highly recommend one of the rooms with a balcony. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, and they will help with any needs. We asked for several recommendations, and every one they gave us worked out perfectly. It's an easy walk to the beach, and the best falafel place is right across the street. This will definitely be our place to stay when visiting.

2. Breakfast, very disappointing considering the high price. The pastry wasn't not fresh at all, nor the Shakshuka.
The deco and art paintings were really nice and location.

This is my 5th time staying at this hotel and my experience as always is amazing. Extremely friendly staff. They left me a personal note upon arrival with 2 beers welcoming me back. They allowed me a late checkout. The cleaning staff came exactly when I needed them while I was out running. They had very convenient parking. The location is ideal for night life and restaurants. The price was very good for the rooms. The room was spacious and the bathroom was great. As usual a great boutique hotel.

All was great! My only request would be around parking. On the website, it stated “includes parking” but was surprised to learn at checkout that there was an additional charge to park. Would be helpful to know this when booking (I still would have booked but better to know than be surprised). Also need better communication and coordination when arriving to get car in lot. Six of us spent one night at L&B at the end of our trip to Israel to be in Tel Aviv and close to the airport. The room and breakfast far exceeded our expectation, however, the friendliness of the staff and how they accommodated our needs for luggage storage and taxi to the airport AFTER checkout really made the stay memorable.

Was comfortable, loved the breakfast on offer. Was just what we needed after a long haul flight. We were in and out, it was walking distance 10 minutes to the budget car rental where we walked across the following morning and hired our wheels. Staff should us to our room and walked us through how to use the room, switches remotes ect. Very good service.

We start booking a hotel in Tel Aviv one week before arriving. By this time mist of the good hotels were book so we had to settle for this option. Rooms were very small. No place for our luggage. The hotel staff and attendants were very friendly and effective. I really believe that we paid too much for what we received.

I had notified I'd be late book in and the staff were ready with quick friendly service and suggestion of Tel Aviv night life. The hotel is central Tel Aviv and Old Jaffa only 1/2-hour walk. I had the cheepest small room which is fine solo but I'd think cramped for 2. Downsides were temp' control on aircon didn't work so had to switch on and off to maintain comfort and sink plug leaked so had to keep topping up for shaving. I'll look at Lilly & Bloom again for any return visit.

The best hotel EVER! My daughter and I were getting back from Eilat really late at night so the location of this hotel is perfect.. so close to the bus station. Bed was super comfy and bathroom amazing..best shower in days after coming from Jordan. The bottle of sparkling wine was so appreciated after travelling for hours on the bus. I would definitely book this hotel for our next stay in Tel Aviv 100%... Loved Loved Loved everything about it!!!!

great hotel and service. however the room you get is not whats pictured. the room is small even by new york standards. its a platform bed where one side for the mattress is against the wall and the other has maybe 9 inches of wooden plank. you must crawl in and out of bed. then there's 2 feet before entering bathroom. nice rooftop deck but, no pool. the neighborhood is great and most of the best restaurants are in walking distance.

Beautiful smaller hotel. Staff were all terrific. Room seemed like new and spotless. A/C and plumbing worked great. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nothing spectacular but certainly sufficient and nicely displayed. Would have preferred regular coffee to be available without asking but staff was very willing and happy to help and also make special coffee drinks. If you want to be in this neighborhood, which has a lot to offer in terms of restaurants and activities, this hotel is a great choice. It's also a fairly easy walk to the beach and that's really worthwhile if you have the time and enjoy a swim, the desk will lend you beach towels. I would stay here again for sure. Priced very fairly and very comfortable.

The hotel was great. We asked the front desk to get a taxi for 4 people and 4 bags. He said it would be 160 shekels. We agreed. The taxi drive said it was 170 shekels and when we arrived at the airport, he said it was 190 shekels. He took my 2- 100 bills and left without a thank you, good bye or even attempt to give change. So if you are going to the airport, time is critical, find a better way :(
