This property was recommended by a friend. We really enjoyed it. The front desk was extremely helpful and we had some lovely conversations while just hanging out in the lobby for a taxi. They have a library of books you can read and we read a really fun book about limericks that gave us a chuckle. The room was very bohemian chic with a grand view of the city. It was so close to everything - we walked everywhere from here. There is a McDonalds, and wonderful coffee shop with delicious breakfast items and salads on the large boulevard (forgot the name). There was also a pizzeria on the adjacent street from these. The outside of the hotel does not seem like much and you have to take an elevator from the street to get there, but you are surprised when you get in. It reminded me of a Broadway theatre club. There is also a drug store right on the corner to get snacks, water, toiletries, etc. We even walked to Carmel Market and Jaffa from here. I did not get to see a lot of Tel Aviv because my friend got sick while there, but it was convenient for me to get to a drugstore, get food and water and visit key points. I'm not sure of better or more main areas to stay in, but it was in a cosmopolitan area and we enjoyed our stay. We did not have the breakfast there so cannot comment on that. If you need a bus, it's right up the street and the hotel called us a taxi when we needed it. I would stay here again!

The room was clean and bright and more spacious than previous hotels on our trip, we requested an extra blanket and a lovely duvet was delivered .We had specific food requests - vegan and gluten free and the kitchen obliged with excellent meals specially prepared and all of the staff were polite , helpful and eager to please - nothing was a problem.I will stay here again

All perfect. I got a larfer room than expected but it was for handicap people. So more space but less design and shower without glass. Not a big problem tough. Generally all was good. Position top in tel aviv for night life.

At the entrance to the room, water drips from the air conditioner, there is no shampoo and body soap, I called several times, nothing helped, they did not bring a lot of cigarette butts outside the window, the pool is very small, terrible crowding, terrible and terrible noise from the hotel guests late at night, check out on Saturday at 11 Zev, the only hotel that expels guests on Saturday at this time.
The only positive thing is the food in the hotel is good

Good hotel, nice rooms, perfect location. Staff and service poor, they are more interested in partying and talking to each other, so don’t expect any service. They have parking in the basement, very convenient. Did not try restaurant, but it looked good.

I had a wonderful time at the Brown BoBo hotel.
It has a perfect location - near rotshild avenue.
There is a guard outside all the time.
The room is very clean and comfortable.
I loved the atmosphere at the hotel and the breakfast.
The service providers are always nice and helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to return to it.

The location of the hotel was great for exploring Tel-Aviv. However the lift to the entrance was not working for several days and the alternative exit was not clearly sign posted. There was a lack of consistency amongst staff when ordering hot beverages which meant you were never really sure what you would get.

Always a good place to stay. Rooms are always clean, ambiance is modern and chic. Hotel doesn't have a traditional entrance but it fits with the overall vibe. Elevators are slow to arrive and that's the only somewhat negative thing.

Room was as advertised, clean, quiet and perfect for our needs. They even had a nice surprise for the guests when they checked in. Customer service was always helpful and handled a couple minor details promptly. Location was walkable to many tourist areas and on the way discovered some great areas that locals frequent. Hotel Bobo was a relaxing oasis in the hustle and bustle of Tel Aviv.

The staff were nice, but they weren’t doing their jobs properly. We’d asked for two beds, and instead of managing our expectations, they told us it would take 2 minutes to get a twin bed room ready for us. In fact it took multiple hours, after going down to reception once or twice to nudge them about it. They didn’t mention the pool was off limits after a certain time, they left the floor towel wet in our new room, which makes me think it was a used towel. Our old room was missing shower gel & shampoo. The service just wasn’t great at all, and we were only there for 24 hours!

באנו לחגוג יומולדת לאשתי, קיבלנו חדר לא נקי בכלל, עלינו לבריכה כדי להנות מהשמש והבריכה, בזמן השהייה בבריכה היו שיפוצים, רעש מעצבן של גנרטור ובלי מוזיקה, פניתי לקבלה בנושא הרעש, והם אמרו שזה יגמר בדקות הקרובות. זה לא נגמר והפך לסיוט לשבת בבריכה לכן התבאסנו והלכנו לטייל במקום להנות משירותי המלון. בקיצור- התאכזבנו מאוד.

Almost perfect with a warning

The hotel's best features is its location and the staff friendliness and professionalism. However, the hotel feels dirty (dishes left in corridors, stains on carpets) and the rooms are small. For an American couple, I would recommend the \"family\" suite, nothing else feels roomy enough. Also, for the love of God, pay at the property, if you pay through Hotels.com you are stuck if you want to cut your stay short as they wont refund any of the nights.

The hotel is great! Very well located in the heart of Tel Aviv, walking distance from many restaurants and nigh life. Walking distance to many sightseeing places. The hotel staff are really nice and kind, the bed is very comfortable, room is big enough for couples.

Everything was perfect! I could get my room 1 hours before and keep it 3 hours extra! The breakfast is not a breakfast, IT IS A BRUNCH! So delicious, truly good! The chef of the breakfast room is amazing, so helpful, nice and polite! Extra thank for his work, it seems that he lives his work and do it with heart. Everybody was nice! Very poor service!

מלון ושירות גרועים ביותר. הזמנו לילה בידיעה שהבריכה כרגע לא פעילה אבל יש ג'קוזי על הגג, וידאנו ערב לפני שאכן כך. כשהגענו הסתבר שיש אירוע לעובדי מלונות בראון והגג סגור לאורחי המלון ולא ניתן לנו שום פתרון אחר. הצענו שיאפשרו לנו במקום זאת כניסה לבריכהשל אחד המלונות האחרים של הרשת שבאזור ולא הסכימו, מדובר באמצע אוגוסט בימים של עומס חום קיצוני כשרים שום אופציה אחרת לעשות במלון. במשך יום שלם משכו אותנו בתשובות הזויות- שלא ידעו על האירוע, שאין אפשרות להיכנס למלונות אחרים- שיבדקו ויחזרו אלינו. חזרו אלינו בטלפון באחת עשרה בלילה!! להגיד שנקבל ארוחת בוקר על חשבונם במקום. ממש מענה הולם לסיטואציה.
למחרת הלכנו לאזור הג'קוזי שהיה מטונף באלכוהול, סמים, אוכל ושאריות מהמסיבה. ביקשנו שינקו וימלאו לנו את הג'קוזי כדי שלפחות לפני שנעזוב 'נזכה' להנות ממנו-שוב משכו אותנו שמטפלים בזה.. רק בשעה 12 אחרי שהתחלנו לנקות אותו בעצמנו (!) הואילו בטובם עובדי המלון לנקות ולמלא לנו.
בסוף יצא ששילמנו על שינה בלבד בלי להנות מהמלון בכלל, שירות מזעזע, מלון שלא ערוך לקבל אורחים, אכזבה ענקית ועוגמת נפש. לא מומלץ בכלל בכלל.

The hotel, now, uses an on line check-in service, that, in my opinion, is very user friendly quick.
The hotel itself is located in next to the center of Tel-Aviv within walking distance of may attractions, restaurants and public transportation, the staff is very helpful and nice, so all in my opinion the stay in this hotel is highly recommend

So far so good. This hotel had lower than average (for me 8.0 is average) ratings and I don't get why. Sure, this isn't a suite in Las Vegas, but it's nice and easy to use. Great shower, water pressure, heat. Nice toilet. Clean room.
BEYOND AWESOME bed. Wow. Like a Big Marriott or Conrad bed (in Miami). Great little place over all. Plus nice welcome. Had I not gotten of a 22 hour long plane trip, I would have partaken in the welcome Champagne and Chocolates! Luckily, there was chocolate...really good chocolates..not the throw away cheap kind ...in the room. Plus two sparkling waters and a ton of nice shampoos and soaps. I don't know what kind of other hotels there are in Tel Aviv, but this one anywhere else in the world is an affordable and nice place to spend a night or two.

Wonderful choice in the heart of Tel Aviv

Located next to Rothschild-Allenby, this is a great location for restaurants and nightlife.
As a Tel-Avivian couple, we looked for a place to stay on a decent price in a prime location for the Independence day celebrations.
We received a cozy room on the 7th floor, facing HaRakevet street behind the hotel.
The concrete ceiling was a bit creepy in my opinion, but as part of the bohemian design we got used to it real quick (besides that part we liked the unique design).
We booked a place for the restaurant on the rooftop called Meli-Melo, which offered a great French-Mediterranean cuisine to start our evening.
Since it was Independence day, it was a bit hard to sleep due to loud music from the places nearby, but overall we definitely had a good time :)

The property appears to be still under construction and it is surrounded by a lot of other construction going on. But, it didnt detract from our stay. The windows are pretty soundproof and the room includes a lot of amenities that is equivalent to any 4-5 star hotel. Would stay again for sure.

The great location is trumped by the insanely difficult task of getting in and out of the hotel. You must take multiple lifts that are very slow and hard to navigate. The room design is terrible. Every door is in the way of everything you need to use and the shower floors the bathroom. There is not enough light at the bathroom mirror. My stay was full of construction dirt still through the rooms and jackhammering from 7:30am daily.
