The Fabric is located in a building that was formally used as a sewing factory and has now been transformed into the 43-room hotel. Architect Yoav Messer, who is known for his work on the Norman Hotel, created an exterior with a red silicate façade and square frames, complementing the style of an old fabric factory.

Breaking the barrier between old and new is the Belgian styled, transparent glass and black metal front doors. The interior design, credited to Oren Bronstein, offers a rugged, industrial appearance on the one hand, but also creates a warm ambiance with a vintage touch on the other.

This eclecticism is expressed not only in the interior, but also in a hidden courtyard surrounded by greenery and concrete walls, and on the roof of the hotel, with a hydroponic garden, and the mesmerizing view of the Televivian landscape. On the ground floor lies Bushwick, the “all day bar- from coffee till cocktail” named after the trendy neighborhood of New York.

Teaming up for the first time, Atlas Hotels and the Imperial Cocktail Bar group have transported Brooklyn's influences to Tel Aviv- from the artisanal café vibe in the morning to a lively cocktail bar at night. Each of the hotel's 43 rooms is designed to provide a relaxing recess from the public spaces and offer guests a place to recharge between excursions.

Through an elegant glass divide that separates the bedroom from the bathroom, the room is equipped with a television set with a built-in Netflix app and a Nespresso coffee machine. We spent 2 nights at the fabric hotel . We took 2 rooms with a balcony (502 and 503)
Room 502 is the bigger one with double balcony. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door ( we got free drinks voucher) was great both drinks and food. The location is the best . Close to everything. I highly recommend

A boutique hotel that greets you with a cold sangria is worthy of 5 stars. Dinner it’s small size fool, Fabric is a hotel that pays attention to all those small details that makes one’s stay enjoyable. Have you ever heard of a free minibar? That little fridge that most hotels view as their onsite ATM machine? Well at Fabric it is FREE (stocked with soft drinks) along with an espresso machine and high quality pralines. My stay was complete with an awesome buffet and custom made omelettes all included.
I would recommend that the Pritzkers (Hyatt) and Marriott family come over to learn what hospitality is about.

An absolutely delightful time at The Fabric. Faultless in ever aspect and as for the staff, by far the best I’ve ever come across in many years of travelling around the world, and I flew around the world as a flight attendant so stayed in many high end hotels which could learn a thing or two from your hotel.
A young team who are passionate ambassadors of their country and nothing was too much trouble for them.
You’ll all be missed xx

We loved our bunk bed room that allowed the four of us to stay comfortably in one room. The hotel only has two of these rooms and the are both in the back over the bar/patio/restaurant (1st and 2nd floor). If your sensitive to noise, these may not be for you. But we had no problem sleeping any of the nights. The breakfasts are AMAZING. As are the beds and location. highly recommend!

Great location in the center of Tel Aviv. Close to nightlife, great walking, restaurants, the market and only 1/2 mile very pleasant walk to the beach. Room is on the small size, but who cares as we were there to see the city.

Rarely write negative reviews, but making an exception for Fabric Hotel.

Rooms were okay, but not amazing in any way and extremely small as noted by several other reviews. Probably okay for a single person, but incredibly tight (even compared to crowded city centers in places like NYC, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, etc.) for two adults and/or with two carry-on size bags.

Housekeeping service was inconsistent. Sometimes there was toilet paper, sometimes there wasn't. Sometimes there were coffee capsules, sometimes there wasn't. The parts of the job that were done were done well, but there were regularly parts that were missed.

Housekeeping timing was not so great -- shut down elevators for cleaning at prime check-out time. Shutdown common area bathrooms at prime time for breakfast (and it was extra fun to take the stairs six floors up from the lobby to the roof in order to access the alternate common area toilets because elevators were shut down for cleaning at the same time). When mentioning this to staff I was greeted with a snarky \"or you can use the toilet in your room\", which would have been less infuriating if housekeeping had stocked the room with toilet paper... but again there was none.

At check-in the staff was quite rude, shoving aside a disabled elderly woman traveling with us rather than helping hold a door or bag. No \"excuse me\" or apology (in any language) came with that stampede. Similarly, the hotel had a rope-line setup at the street making loading

The service staff were ultra friendly. They went out of their ways to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The hotel is also located in a very convenient neighborhood for sightseeing. Room was small, but modern and comfortable. The bar downstairs were super hip and had a long line of patrons every night. Breakfast was really good.
The only two reasons I didn’t give overall 5 stars: small room, barely had place to open my suitcase; and if you are relying on taxi to get around, it’s a very winding road to get in and out of town.

We had a great stay at the hotel. From the hotel bar and the rooftop terrace, the hotel has a fun and inviting vibe to it. The location is great, close to Rothschild Av., the Carmel market and the beach with lots of great resturants in the area there's lots to do and see. Breakfast was excelent.

It's hard to overstate the quality of this hotel. Best of all the staff who, to a one, were friendly, flexible, and helpful. It's in a great location; it is cozy in size and has a nice bar adjacent. The bodega margarita is tremedous. The bar serves the breakfast which is very plentiful and unusually tasty. It is clear that the chefs take pride in their work. The rooms are nicely updated and have comfortable beds. I will definitely go again and recommend it fully.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city, between Carmel Market to Rothschild boulevard.
Everything including the beach are within walking distance. Below the hotel there's a great cocktail gastrobar.
Very good dining, baring and coffeeing around the hotel as well.

Amazing stay on Fabric hotel

Our visit was perfect in everyway.
The hotel is beautifly designed, clean and quite. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. Breakfest was tasty and vegan friendly (the cheff herself came to assist us and supply information of each dish). We especialy enjoyed our complimentry happy hour cocktail in the hotel unique cocktail bar, and the beautifull roof garden.

awesome vibe at the hotel! the room is quite compact but it's enough. excellent location and breakfast is simply impeccable!! enjoyed my stay here very much, would stay here again if I'm ever visiting Tel Aviv again!

Having stayed here twice the staff are always welcoming and it's a super location for the city. Super interesting hydroponics facility on the roof too! Room on the first floor was too noisy due to its proximity to the bar/music and there was no desk in the room so check if expecting to work from here. Worth knowing that the bar attached to the hotel, where you will find the most amazing breakfast is a sit-down bar often requiring booking a seat in the evenings. This wasnt a big issue as there are many more places outside of the hotel to visit if you're looking for a drink. Would be nice to be able to take drinks back to the room and/or room service - for some reason this isn't possible.

Will stay here again, just not on the first floor :)

The staff were kind, informative, and caring. The rooftop deck was an Oasis. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was terrific as it’s very close to shopping, the Carmel Market, 10 min walk to the beach, and central to many locations we wanted to visit. The area has several restaurants and the bar in the hotel was great. Lior thé manager is outstanding in his position.

Fabric has all the style!

The rooms are not big but contain everything you could need or want. Free beach bags that they can fill with a fresh towel and a bottle of water each day make life easier!
Breakfast amazing.
Some space or facilities for drying clothes after the beach would be fab.
Rooftop yoga a must!
The Brunswick bar attached has a great vibe too

Great stay in unique boutique hotel

We stayed fir 2 nights in this trendy but small boutique hotel with bar/restaurant adjoining it. Service was exceptional, above and beyond help with money, reservations, suggestions for places to visit. Located in the middle of the fabric district, so you can check out fabrics from all over the world as well as non-chain clothing and food places.

Excellent experience, staff was gracious and accommodating; Moira n Jonathan when out of their way to help us. Area had close by restaurants n beach is a short walk a way (15 minutes). Hotel provides free use of bicycles; we used them to go to beach,
museums n Old Jaffa. Rooftop great for relaxing at day end. Breakfast had abundant choices, all delightful n healthy. Room was small but had large bathroom n was impecable. There is a restaurant with bar n music on first floor; noise never bothered us. Also, a free drink per day! Bus 445 from airport will drop u 3 blocks from hotel. Great price for all offered .

The hotel is beautifully designed, rooms are incredibly comfortable and the bar downstairs is fabulous - both for happy hour, and for breakfast the next day! Excellent location in central Tel Aviv, was sorry our stay was so short! Definitely recommend it!

Entire stay was amazing. From the little things at checkin to an amazing breakfast (honestly, so good!!!), beautiful room, friendly and helpful staff (looking at you Moria and Lior) and an amazing location. Possibly the best hotel I’ve stayed in ever and especially for the price. Could absolutely not recommend Fabric any more highly.

The Fabric Hotel is very conveniently located. It is clean and cozy.
The rooms, however are way too small for the price charged. We had what was described to us as the largest room in that hotel (room 501) but it was way too small for the high price charged. Also, the mattress in the bed was sagging a lot on one side, from overuse by other customers.

On the positive side, the WiFi was very good,
