Property serves a la carte breakfast, included in rate. Served in a quiet lounge with window to the garden and street. Made with fresh ingredients bread, eggs, fruits etc. Bed Comfort was firm mattress, pillows all natural so may need more if accustomed to American pillows. Internet access great. Balcony room is a plus but will hear cars and motorcycles at night. Beautiful pedestrian walkway. Restaurants walking distance. taxis arrive in 2-3 minutes. Young staff, English speaking and service oriented. Has shelter in lobby.

The room was nice and clean, but bed was very firm and a bit uncomfortable. The hotel says it has free parking - but you can only access it if you’re in a small car. Our medium sized SUV wouldn’t fit in the driveway, and we had to park a number of blocks away and pay.

Good hotel with a few weak points

This is a long-standing hotel in the center of Tel Aviv, a short walk from the concert hall and Habima Square. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was fine, but the bed was not so comfortable for us and the pillows were very soft. Also, they offer free parking on the premises but after reserving they contacted us to clarify that they accommodate only narrow cars and don’t have much room. That was disappointing.

it's a stately hotel in the center of the city.
however, we were told only after booking that the free onsite parking is limited to cars less than 1.8 meters wide, which terribly limits the cars that fit. i called and was told that don't worry, if the car doesn't fit, there is a lot across the street, one block away. my rental car didn't fit, and the closest lot was a 10-minute walk, which we needed to do late at night. and getting to the lot was a 20-minute adventure thru traffic, and a $9 charge for the 12 hours we parked there. to top it off, we were woken some time around 6:00 in the morning by a smoke alarm --- apparently set off by the kitchen burning some food. and the alarm went off numerous times that morning.
so while the hotel itself is nice, with a courteous staff, the overall experience led to only a 2-STAR rating.

Even though it is mentioned that parking is included, there are only six parking slots for more than 35 rooms, with highly uncomfortable entrances. Hence, the possibility you will be allowed to part is \"0\". The nearby parking costs $40 per day. The staff partially is very nice, but some of the representatives are rude. Breakfast is perfect! Rooms are small but comfortable. The area is one of the best in Tel Aviv.

Hip, quiet boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv

This beautiful, small hotel is in the heart of Tel Aviv. An amazing location walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and more. My room was spacious, super clean, and the bed and linens were comfortable and crisp. There was someone at the desk 24/7 ready to help with anything you needed. The coffee was good, the bar area was quiet and I totally recommend this adorable, hip hotel!

The Rothschild Hotel is a real boutique hotel with excellent location in the heart of Tel Aviv. The atmosphere is very friendly, it makes you feel like home. Hotel provides free parking which is extremely important in the area where it is difficult to find any spot for your car. Should not forget to mention a front outside seating area. Rooms are nice and clean. Everyone is very helpful, trying their best to accommodate their guests. Especially want to thank Vladimir very friendly young man, who was able to help us in any situation during our stay.
To summarize, I will definitely recommend this hotel for people who are looking for a cozy place in the city center.

My main beef is with hotel management. The manager never seems to be in hotel premises and I am still having issues with their charges 1 week after I left. They had more than double charged for my stay. One charge they reversed after 5 days of sending WhatsApp messages to which I received a standard we are busy right now and will revert as soon as we can. No other messages were sent to me - no apologies nor explanations!!!!! Rooms are small and a small slim table with a chair that doesn’t leave much space to move around as it hits the bed. Front desk reception helpful but definitely not management.

No one helps you bring the luggage up the many front stairs. The courtesy bottle of wine is a cheap one that does even taste like wine. The TV reception continuous to freeze in all channels. The few pillows they provide are old. The mattress is very hard and we had a problem sleeping. The water pressure is good. Their bathrooms are spacious, we had two in our suite, rooms are small though. The building is not sound proof at all, bring your ear plugs. Their breakfast menu is good. Their location is perfect, near sites you wish to visit, the area is extremely safe at all hours of day or night.

I had the pleasure of staying there on 2 occasions, one for 4 nights and the other for 3 nights. The staff is extremely nice and pleasant, the location is perfect, the rooms and bathrooms are large and I will definitely go back on my next trip soon with my family, the only issue I had was the tight parking which is not unusual for Israel.

This was supose to be my wife's 40's b-day.
She got there with a freind.
After driving to TLV for 2 hours, the were no one at the reception of the hotel.
The waited for half an hour at the parking enternece with no option to get in,
No one answered the phone.
After that left the car in a public parking lot an paid for it.
Went back to the reception- and still, no body home.
No one even answerd the phone wich apears at the web site.
After onother 40 minutes- the girl of the front dest arraived.
It took her almost 2 hours to get to the room.

Beside that- 3 days before check in, i talked on the phone with reception, and asked for a bottole of wine or a chocolate to put in the room before arriving.
They said they will take care of it.
Of course nothing was waiting there.

SHAME!!!

Worst boutique hotel experience

This was my worst hotel stay ever and we’ve been to lots of hotels. We arrived at the hotel only to see a sign on the door telling us to call a number in order to check-in when we called the number we were told there is no staff in the hotel (craziest thing I’ve ever heard from a 300$ a night boutique hotel) and that we need to walk 7 min to their other property to check out there. We were shocked and told there is no other way to check in. So we walked there with all our stuff and waited 45 min to check in only to be told we also have to come back to this ridiculous property in order to check-out. I’m sorry but there is a reason we booked an excellent rated boutique hotel that costs with tax $315- because we want a boutique experience, if we wanted a less than average experience we’d pay a 1/3 of the price for a 3 star hotel. Anyway we finally got to our room and after a long day walking we unpacked and my husband goes to take a shower only to discover the water is brown, we ran the water for 5 min and it stayed brown. We were shocked and called the number asking immediately to switch rooms and we’re told to come and get keys to another room. At that point I said no way! You send someone here with the new keys and he finally said ok. Beyond ridiculous! Just to mention that during Covid we stayed at other boutique hotels several times and they all were fully staffed so I don’t want any ridiculous excuses on why the hell they weren’t. Will NEVER go back there or recommend it.

This little hotel is very nice and in a great location. The room was large and the breakfast was really really good.
But there is one thing that I didn't like and that was the bed. The mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows was so thin I had to stack three of them. Everything about the hotel except the sleeping experience was great but if you can't sleep well, it kinda defeats the point.
One more thing, the bathtub was very narrow and the towels was very heavy and awkward to handle so that was another downside.

Quietly polite, discreet, efficiently quick, and helpful in suggestions. The front desk and staff for the dining areas are a great boon to this hotel, which also has excellent bath products from a source in Jerusalem. I have hair that usually cannot take mediocre hotel conditioners, but their products really work.

Slept well in the bed. Room was quiet and sufficiently big for 2 people, quiet due to facing the side of another building and not the main road. Quiet is sometimes interrupted by people in the outside corridors if they raise their voice above speaking volume or knock very loudly on other doors. The great bathroom layout needs to be understood by other hotels.

Central location, easy to get to many places... Would totally stay here again, and not just because of deliciously healthy breakfasts, a good bistro with awesome tortellini, very good teas, and the complimentary cocktail at 6 pm.

Love this hotel and look forward to returning. The room was great and the breakfast fantastic. The only part that is a little tricky is driving down the driveway and keeping both mirrors attached to the car. Everything else is excellent and after many visits to Tel Aviv, I finally have a hotel that I look forward to becoming a constant.
