The hotel is centrally located but the room is a bit dated. The best reason for choosing this hotel is location location location. The water pressure in the bathroom faucet, toilet and shower are very low. The breakfast was great, we didn’t initially include it but tried it and it has a great variety. The food at the restaurant was also quite good.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was adequate. Nice size. Was a good affordable option in Zona T. Breakfast at the restaurant was good offering several options in their buffet. The small gym was just the right size to get in a quick workout. The rooftop terrace had some nice covered seating areas and allowed for some views and fresh air. Zona T can be a bit noisy so be prepared for that when selecting this hotel as you are steps away and can faintly hear the nightlife through their insulated windows which do the best they can to reduce the noise from the parties at the bars and clubs. Oveeall the room is comfortable, close to the action of Zona T, and at a fair price for all it has to offer

Lo peor fue que legamos al hotel tipo 11am y nos dijeron que la habitacion sí estaba lista pero que debiamos de pagar 30 dolares si la queriamos antes, SEÑORES es mejor decir que no está limpia hasta las 3pm porque s eve horrible que el valor del chek in early cueste casi lo mismo que una noche... en ningun hotel a nivel internacional nos habian dicho en la cara y mas aun cuando viajas con niña menpr de 5 años pero OK lo dejo como sugerencia porque se escucha tenaz, mejor usen el tema de que no esta lista y punto.

Great location, within walking distance of shopping, Parque 93, and numerous excellent restaurants. High-quality service from all staff members. The gym is small but was not busy while I visited, so it was comfortable for a workout. Very good breakfast, but make sure you include it in your reservation so that you don't miss out! It was very easy to arrange both Uber and excursion pick-ups and drop-offs for the hotel. Easy 30-minute Uber to/from the airport.

Everything went pretty smooth. I stayed for 2 weeks. Got to the hotel and got checked in fine. The room was neat and in good condition. Got a free bottle of water from room service everyday. The lady who cleaned the room everyday did a good thorough job. Staff at the hotel was friendly and respectful. The hotel is quiet during the day and night despite being centrally located. There is a mall and plenty of shops in walking distance. The terrace has a good view. If I had to nitpick something, it would be that the air conditioner in the room I stayed in didn't blow hot or cold air no matter how I set it with the remote. It was basically a fan. But it did not affect my experience because the temperature in the room was fine anyway without it. I was hesitant about the trip since it was my first time in a foreign country, but the experience was about as smooth as it could have gone. If I go back to Bogotá it is a hotel i would recommend. I don't write reviews very often, but this one was worth making. I like to give credit where credit is due and the staff did a good job.

The only problem I had with this hotel wasn't anything they did, or didn't do! My only real complaint had to do with a \"bar\" or \"night club\" somewhere in the area that often was loud enough to hear late into the night making sleeping very difficult! For that reason alone, I wouldn't stay there again. And it's nothing the hotel has any control over.

Excellent location! You can walk around and find great shopping and dining options. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. On the side of the building my husband and I were at it was very quiet but the rest of our group where on the other side said that they could hear loud music from the street on Saturday night. Something to keep in mind but it didn’t really bother our group. Overall we would stay there again! We had a great time!

There was no acknowledgment by the staff that this was even a problem (in central Bogotá), and I was treated like I was being inconvenient. There was no hot water in the whole hotel for an entire morning - again no apology. The staff would all benefit from customer service training. It's remarkable this hotel has a 5 star rating, the whole experience was more 2 star at best. My advice is to avoid this hotel. I am seriously re-thinking my NH loyalty status.

I had to book this hotel last minute because of a flight delay. The hotel was responsive about checking in after midnight and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. It can be a bit noisy outside on the weekends, but with the windows shut the noise is minimal and the nightlife in the area is worth it.

The hotel itself is fine. The attractive rooftop picture is nothing like that in reality - unlit, unattractive and no service at night. The check in process is clunky and long. There was no hot water and no apology from the staff when reported. But the worst is that the rooms facing the street are also across from a nightclub whose music can be heard throughout the night until 5.30 am. I like NH a lot but think this is a terrible place to stay.
