Nice area nice place rooms were ok warm when we turned on heating rooms could do with bit more attention in areas but was ok for what we needed ideal place for couples who want to be in that area

Had a knock on the door and a guy who couldn’t speak English very well was asking for me to fill information I’d already done online again. He wanted to take pictures of my driving. He also asked for my reservation number so I showed him my email, but that wasn’t what he wanted. The bedroom had one heater and was freezing. The internet didn’t work. Not a very good shower would only stay boiling hot.license

Filthy bathroom and shower so gross i wouldnt wash in it .cracked sink best of all
NO HOT WATER !
The doors looked like somebody had smashed them in a bid to escape ? The stairs were unsafe and beyond filthy handrails it stank of rotten food and was staffed by a young man who could bearly talk english .

I slept with chairs at the door , it didnt feel safe at all .
Kettle worked but leaked everywhere . Quick exit on wakinv up , no sign of strange staff so dropped key in drop box - only to recieve an aggressive pho e call 6 hrs later from said staff .

The property was in good condition
The apartment was lovely. It was a ground floor studio room 7 but it didn't match the photos as it was showing room 8 at the front of the building which I think is a one bed apartment. The room was clean and spacious with a seperare kitchen area and bathroom. It had everything you would need just no oven. I didn't need one for a weekend stay but a family staying with children might welcome one. The only complaint was when I opened the cupboard in the kitchen to put my snacks in, the previous guest had left some mouldy breadcakes and various packets of crisps. The cleaner should of checked all cupboards before allowing new guests to check in. This wasnt too much of an issue. Parking is also a problem as there is no parking on site. I parked for 3 hrs outside on double yellows with my disabled badge but then had to move it to somewhere where it could be parked overnight which was very difficult as Skegness is very busy on a weekend. I did find a side street to park on but there was no spacec until early evening.

Will never stay here again. Spent 3 days here and did not have hot water in the bathroom and very little cold water. There was an issue with the water tank that won’t get rectified for a week.

To make matters worse; there was no WiFi. We couldn’t find any of the networks that belonged to the property.

Kitchen was good and had a microwave and air fryer. The cooker didn’t work.

xeptional apartment.cery clean.if we had one thing to sa y in complaint it would be to heavy duvet.but you are not the olly buisness with this problem. we hae noticed it i nmany appartments/guest houses/4/5star hotels are also guilyy of the same complaint.yes the appartment was exceptonal.we would hope to return at soome point but at 86yrs oldwe cannot sat for certain.

The initial booking in was easy, happy we got a ground floor apartment as easier to get out the building and the location was perfect. however the noise was unbearable, constant water running outside the window, from the bathroom, outside the door and an awful smell of sewage, barely got any sleep and upstairs apartment must enjoy running around all night as it sounded like heard of elephants. Staff were lovely but the rooms themselves could do with some maintenance(shower hanging off wall) and the sewerage smell inside the room.

Find it ok but nowhere in communication does it say how to get to car park. No one there when we arrived. Room smelt a bit musty and we found mouldy Takeaway food in microwave and buts of food on floor in bedroom. The sofa was dirty and tv didn’t work, well it worked when we switched on what we thought was the heater so that’s the negatives. On plus side it right next to pier and could see sea from our room but also could see Premier Inn so that’s where I will book next time.

The staff polite and welcoming. The hotel and apartment nice and clean apart from the kitchen. When we entered our apartment it smelt of the previous peoples cooking and who ever had been in there needs a lesson in pot washing. The plates had food stuck to them so i had to wash before use. The oven needs a good clean

Parking misleading, only 4 spaces, 5 at a push! Always look for onsite parking wherever I book but this should state limited spaces as it isn’t guaranteed! Apartment had clean bedding and towels but was in need of an upgrade, staff were lovely and helpful though!

I wasn't expecting much for the price to be honest but it certainly exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend and will always use this hotel in the future. :)

Location is perfect, just opposite Mcdonalds and waking distance to everything, including shops, beach and seal sanctuary. Windows are at least double glazed and keep the traffic noise out. We chose the sea view room and we could see the sea but contractors were building a hotel opposite which somewhat restricted this view.

Very nice room with lots of space. We booked an apartment, there were also kitchen facilities available (hobs, microwave, dish ware, saucepans, a fridge etc; no oven though) which was nice.

The room looked presentable, cant complaint! The view out the window isn't very good now they are building what looks like a car park, ruins the sea view really, its a real shame they decided to do that. Not very good at all!

Very impressed overall. The toilet paper could be better quality, its very very thin and shower gel and shampoo wasn't in the room, it was a pain having to ask when I woke up and wasn't yet ready to see the world, let alone, ask for some supplies. I also think breakfast could be a little cheaper for guests, and more expensive for non-guests as the cafe on the pier offers a cheaper breakfast by default.
